Only that one song or do you just not know the band’s name?

My problem is the hair. Everyone looks like they were electrocuted…why’d you willfully want to look like that?

It was a representation of their mental state thanks to all the cocaine they were on.

Well, that makes sense. No one in their right mind would do that to their hair…

Just making sure. I didn’t know thier name for the longest time.

I also thought the lead singer was a woman, but that’s kinda the eternal struggle with 80’s bands, lol.

I feel you. I thought Tracy Chapman was a guy…

I thought Freddie Mercury was a soulful black woman

Also, can you explain the sides real quick? I only know a little about X-Men. Meaning all I know is Wolverine was one…I don’t watch superhero stuff, but I just thought this looked cool, and I recognized it.

I thought Boy George was a girl…

Despite they name? Me too. I think that’s the whole reason why he put “boy” in his name.

Probably :joy:

So it’s all a big allegory for either racism or homophobia, depending on who you ask, but the racism arguement makes more sense. There are two main sides: Charles Xaiver, the Martin Luther King stand in, who leads the X-Men and wants to protect all people. Magneto, the Malcolm X stand in, who leads the Brotherhood and believes that all humans are evil and that mutants are superior. Therefore, his goal is to protect mutants (Unless they’re fighting against him, of course) and destroy humans. There’s a couple independant groups like the X-Force and New Mutants, but the big players are Charles and Erik.

I had a Bon Jovi t-shirt my aunt got me from their concert. It got too small, though
