Minor Celestine of Water - Pisces’ former guide
Name: Banda
Zodiac Guide: Pisces
Powers: Water Manipulation, Radio Wave Manipulation
Sexual Orientation: Heterosexual
Bio: When Banda was assigned to guide Pisces, he thought of it as another trivial responsibility. So, he didn’t try at all to be a good guide. Banda never tried to help Pisces out of her comfort zone. The only thing he was good for was bringing her what she wanted and nothing more. Banda knows that if Pisces ends up getting herself exiled, it’d probably mean someone would have to replace them, which would not be desirable since it means more work for him. So, he concluded that he should help Pisces and perhaps fix his past negligence.
Personality: Banda doesn’t do much unless he has to. He has a strong dislike for responsibility. Banda never actually tried to be a good guide since they just assumed everything would work out. He knows now that was a mistake. Banda finds watching earth from afar rather entertaining. He even claims that he enjoyed the mess that broke out because of the zodiac’s negligence. Banda tries to distract himself with trivial matters to avoid dealing with his flaws. Even if he’s trying to be helpful, he can be condescending and hypocritical.
