Omg, I am legit so happy now! Ahhhhh, lol. I was so nervous so this really was a relief tbh… Oh and congrats to the other new leaders, looking forward to working with all of you as well as with the current staff!
We loved your applications and you were in the final shortlist, but we unfortunately couldn’t choose you guys for a number of factors: hours you can give, time zones, interests clashing… basically all of the cosmetic stuff that has nothing to do with how good your application/activity on the forums was. For one person, it was that they hadn’t been here long enough!
But if we ever need a new leader before we hit 500 users (our next applications), we will come to you first and foremost before trying to have another application!
And then we had another list of people whose personal statements were amazing but unfortunately they had a few issues with the questionnaire, which we will cover soon! @ChaoticDeluge is making a powerpoint with all of the right answers.
