I highly resent the term “out of shape” because 90% of the time it’s used to body shame people and it gives into the idea that there is only one shape of body that “looks good” or is “healthy.”

I had a dream of what she could’ve looked like. She had brown curly hair, caramel skin, and she was chubby small one she was a girl, and she was with me, and I was holding her. I hope I can have that dream again, but maybe it’s just my imagination. A small part of me wishes it’s not but I’m not sure. I still question it a lot :heart:️
