nevermind… the petition we signed didn’t work. despite over 200,00 signatures for an appeal, it didn’t work. he died in the chair as a death sentence. he was the ONLY person sentenced to death out of all people involved in the crime…

That is revolting. He was sentenced to death even though he did not kill anyone, but the law thought he did because he’s black. This poor, innocent man was murdered for his skin color.

I don’t think the issue here is that the Supreme Court refused to hear the case… the Supreme Court of the US’ role is to clarify legal issues, so they only take cases that have a large constitutional impact or answer legal questions. In my opinion, the main problem is the death penalty. Then again, Justice Sotomayor probably had very valid reasons for dissenting, so I don’t know.

Can y’all seriously stop complaining about getting voted out in Among Us? It’s a game, for christ’s sake. Some people are very competitive and maybe in that situation, voting you out is the best possible option. Sometimes the susses are wrong, but again, it’s a part of *the game*. If you don’t wanna play, that’s fine, but don’t ruin the fun for others when you start guilt-tripping.

And I think it’s funny how the people who are complaining about getting voted out for apparent “no reason” are usually the people who sus others for no reason in the first place. Love hypocrisy :)
