gotcha. Anytime I see light mode I go blind. I have a friend that texts me back and she has light mode on her phone and I have dark mind and when I see it my eyes need a good minute to readjust since it’s blinding me haha. But we all like different versions so nothing wrong with that

That’s different, texting doesnt require long texts or extended periods of reading and I imagine texting at night is common so itd blind you otherwise … Hiwever, dark backgrounds with light texts are HORRIBLE for reading and writing long texts like a story or a post or a rant. Reading in light mode is much easier compared to dark mode IMO and since I dont use light mode but pastel mode with a pastel yellow background, its much less blinding than regular white mode. Its like I have paper in front of me and I’m reading directly from it

I know, I wrote an essay about it, and its aesthetically more pleasing to me, the pastel yellow with the purple buttons is just so gorgeous and isnt at all blinding.
