Leonardo:
Body language and tone are far more telling than words. Someone’s body language will give away the truth whether it matches what they say or not. There’s something about her that’s not adding up, and I want to understand what the deal is with her.
Leonardo:
While it wouldn’t be expected, I would still look at her with the same level of interest.
Leonardo:
I’m sure, but I will admit that it is strange how we keep running into each other, even though the likelihood of it is low.
Leonardo:
Words lie, but body language doesn’t
Leonardo:
Like I said before, maybe I’m just not looking for friendship.
Leonardo:
Even if, hypothetically, that was true that we slept together while I was in London, it still wouldn’t fit with what she said. What she said was about a full relationship, not a drunken night of sex.
Addie, you better not pull away from Leo.
You can worry about your daughter, but you don’t need to pull away from Leo. He needs you.
You’ve pulled away from him before and only hurt him. Don’t do it again, even if you aren’t thinking straight.
But you didn’t really tell me, other than what’s going on with Jess, how are you feeling?
They may not know exactly how long after Miranda’s death that Leo started dating, but they do know that he did start seeing someone. They know he’s moved on, so you coming around won’t keep that from them. It won’t take anything from them.
You may not know much about how things have gone between them, but maybe this will make it make some sense. Jess and Kai need each other. The way they feel about each other, is like how you and Leo feel about each other.
You do know your daughter has a way of not letting anything stop her from doing what she wants, right?
It won’t be a big event. She’s just going to pop the question while her and Kai are talking. She’ll use a ring pop. It will be very spontaneous, her showing him that she’s not going anywhere, even though he thinks she could be better off without him. She might not be able to go down on one knee, but there’s really nothing stopping her from proposing.
Then they’ll get eloped before almost anyone knows they even got engaged, because that’s easier on them than having anybody question them, especially after she was stabbed.
It wouldn’t be better for anyone if you pulled away from Leo. He’s always a better person when you’re around.
Are you sure? Maybe there could be another reason
Miranda knew how much you care about Leo, and she would love knowing that you’re there for him, making him happy, and helping him be a good dad to their boys.
Well, they first officially met because Jess was trying to avoid someone so she went into the guys’ bathroom where Kai was and she decided to pretend they were having sex, and Kai decided to ask her out after that.
Just don’t try talking her out of getting engaged.
Leonardo:
I never really thought much about the idea of people being meant for each other, or any of that sort of thing before. It alway made more sense that it was just made up for movies and fairytales, but maybe I was wrong. There’s no other way I can explain it. There are too many coincidences for it to not be true.
"Adelaide:
"I don’t know… I don’t know my head’s just spinning and this is a lot of information… I don’t… I love Leo. He is the love of my life I just… I don’t know… "
"Adelaide:
"No… I’m pretty sure it’s just this… I think… "
"Adelaide:
“I… I don’t know… I’ve hurt her so much.”
He’s the love of your life, and you’re the love of his. Don’t pull away from him. He needs you. He’s been a much better father to his kids with you in his life than he would have if you weren’t in his life.
You should think about other things it could be. Maybe think about getting a pregnancy test.
But Miranda would want you happy too. You, Leo, and her kids all deserve to be happy.
You heard me. Its true. It was a very unique first meeting between them.
Trying to talk her out of it will only make her want Kai more.
And she already wants and cares about Kai how you cared about Leo when you two had gotten engaged at their age.
