So what ever ended up happening to Adelaide Parker that night - stuck with a broken car in the middle of nowhere with her boyfriend who had finally bloody realized why she had been acting weird for the past few days? Well, after an hour, their tow finally arrived, and one hour after that, the two were settling into their hotel in the early hours of May 11th. Should she be exhausted? Yes. Both of them had a long day but… well… there was just one thing on her mind. So yes… Settling in was one word for it.

The minute Addie had walked into the hotel, she wrapped her arms around Leo’s neck - her soft doe eyes looking into his with an essence of innocence, yet the thoughts in her mind were far from that. “You know, I think I deserve a better I’m sorry from you after being so bloody rude all day. And actions are louder than words, darling.” With those words, her lips curved into a soft smile as her her left hand navigated to the back of his head - playing with his hair.

“I only did what you were doing, but I’m sure I’ll make it up to you,” His voice was low as he lifted her child to place a kiss on her lips, only to further push her into the wall - wrapping her legs around his. His lips went from her own, to her neck, and Addie felt her eyes close in pleasure. “I love you so much… bloody hell Leo”

The morning light woke Addie up though it was accompanied by the softest moan from her lips as she felt Leo’s arm tighten around her as she moved. Turning her body so she could face Leo, she placed her hands on his face… and for a moment she just took his appearance in. His eyes were closed, but she knew he was awake. He looked at peace almost. After a moment, she found herself brushing her thumb on his cheek. God she loved this man… so fcking much. Honestly Addie never really knew what love was supposed to be until she met Leonardo and now she knew what it was… she didn’t want it to bloody end. With a soft smile, Addie brought her thumb to his lips before bringing her own to his and placing a kiss where her thumb was.

She felt her body pressed even closer against him as Leo kissed her back. “Shouldn’t we be awake by now, Love?” Addie whispered after a few seconds, pulling her lips away. “The mechanic called an hour ago and said the car will be ready by 12, so we actually have a couple of hours to ourself.” “Oh we do? I have no bloody Idea how to spend all… that time.” Addie whispered, bringing her lips to his neck.

Perhaps that moment would have led to a repeat of last night, but she soon heard the familiar ringing of her phone. Though a frown met her lips, she turned away from Leo with a sorry before grabbing the device and picking it up. Feeling bad for… well… everything she did for the past two days, Addie leaned back against Leo before putting her phone between two of them so he could hear what all of this was about. You know what would be great? A way to make the sound louder, but perhaps that was an invention for the future.

On the other line, Miranda was calling to ask about what kind of alcohol should be in the bar. Sending Leo a ‘so this is what I’ve been dealing with’ look, Addie responded “Miranda just make it a normal open bar so anyone can order what they want. We don’t have to do anything specific. Leo should already have some alcohol that we can steal,” Addie responded, teasing her boyfriend with that last statement. Though the questions continued and after a few seconds she heard Leo whispering that he would be in the shower if she wanted to join him in a second. As much as she would have loved to… let’s just say her call with Miranda lasted far longer than any shower could have.

After about 2 hours, Addie made her way down to the lobby to… well hopefully find her boyfriend who had told her he was going to call the mechanic. And there he was. After a few seconds, she found him standing in an empty lobby - using the phone. Walking towards him, Addie wrapped her arms around his torso as he hung the phone up. “Sorry for taking so long.” Addie added before he turned around to face her. "You ready to go? The car should be ready and we still have a 6 hour drive

“So you’re telling me I bloody wasted the entire morning? Bloody hell Leo…” Addie frowned, sighing as she felt a kiss on her cheek.

“It’s okay, I’m sure you’ll make it up to me later” Leo stated with a soft smile. “You cheeky bastard, fine let’s go.”

And off they were - another 6 hour ride but this time, Addie was giving Leo all her time. Sure every now and again Miranda would call to figure out some last detail but after a bit of reassurance that Addie trusted that she’ll do just fine, Addie brought her attention back to the car ride where she brought her attention back to the man driving.

“You know, I have to say, your friend seems like a big… type A personality”

"You’re one to talk love, you’re a type A personality yourself. You know, honestly I think the two of you are going to get along, you’re pretty damn similar. "

“I find that hard to believe”

"No seriously darling. She’s shy but she knows how to get things done… just like you. "

“Fine, I don’t see it, but I guess we’ll see.”

"Yes we will…andddddddd I should probably mention she’s going to stay with us for a whilee. "

AND HERE THEY WERE. One 45 hour car ride later, one big fight, more than her fair share of make up sex and about a million calls from Miranda later and she had arrived. Where was Miranda by the way? The party was at midnight and they were… okay how did they get here early? She didn’t know - clearly her calculation skills were off but they were and guests wouldn’t be arriving for a few hours so she’d have to take her boyfriend out and bring him back but at this point, she should at least give Miranda a big ol’ hug.

You know… she would but first… she needed a bathroom. What? It had a been a bloody long ride okay. Giving Leo a kiss on his cheek, and asking a question to where the bloody hell the bathroom was in this hamptons mansion, Addie ran off while Leo grabbed a few suitcases and brought them inside. Perhaps she should have hurried along so she could find where the hell miranda was… but… let’s just say she got distracted. Walking further inside the mansion, Addie walked into a random room which she could only assume was Leo’s. That much was clear with the picture frame on the dresser of him and his sister. Addie had actually never seen her before - but she looked like Leo in a way. Beautiful, and with dirty blonde hair that fell down the side of her shoulders. Walking further into the room, she found more picture frames with Leo as a child and she couldn’t help but smile at them. There was only love in her heart as she looked at the various pictures of Leo. You know… honestly she needed to start taking more photos of her and Leo together. As if her mental wish was answered, Addie found an old polaroid camera situated in the corner of his closet. Picking it up, Addie back towards where she had last seen Leo with a sense of excitement. She wanted a photo… the first one of them here in the hamptoms. Though, as she arrived at his car she found it empty Leo no where in sight. Damn.

Walking around the mansion, Adelaide looked for the man… honestly forgetting all about the fact that she also had to find Miranda. “Leoooooo darling,” Addie yelled as she walked to the foyer - taking in all the decorations that Miranda had been working on for the past few days. Honestly it all looked really amazing. Honestly after a few minutes, it had felt like she had walked everywhere. The kitchen, the side bed rooms, the movie room. After a soft sigh, Addie walked towards the backyard.

“Leoooooooooo. Come on Love, as much as I love games, hide and seek wasn’t one I was hoping to play when we got here… LEOOO…”

Addie screamed again, though when she was going to start again she finally saw her boyfriend sitting in front of the pool. Her smile grew as she ran towards him with the camera in hand… only to realize as she was getting closer he was completely wet. “Leo?” Addie questioned, but as she walked closer she found Miranda sitting in front of him with a towel around her shoulders. The girl was shaking and Addie could see Leo holding her hand talking to her.

“Oh my god Miranda.” With those words Adelaide ran towards her dropping down to her knees and wrapping her arms around her. “Are you okay? Are you hurt? WHY WERE YOU SWIMMING MIRANDA YOU CAN’T SWIM.” Addie yelled as Miranda kept saying I’m okay, it’s okay.

“Are you okay?” Adelaide asked, looking towards her boyfriend who had been staring at the two for the past minute.

“I’m fine but maybe we should take Miranda inside and get her changed,”

“Yeah… come on Miranda… let’s get you out of these clothes” Adelaide whispered, standing up and putting her hand up to help Miranda who looked back to Leo for a second only to whisper thank you so much before walking back inside with Addie.
