He hated seeing Elodie hurting, and that’s all he could see as she talked about Lyonrad. What had happened over the last two years? This truly wasn’t the best friend he had left. Though, after two years of the man not replying - maybe Jordan should have expected the man to have changed a little bit. So instead of saying anything, Jordan just put his arms around her, though making a mental note to talk to Lyonrad about the BS he had pulled. Nobody hurt Elodie and got away with it. Not even his former best friend.
Jordan couldn’t face Elodie as he told her about what happened with Jezebel. He almost felt… guilty. Instead, Jordan listened to his friend telling him that Jez was likely confused as well. She wasn’t wrong… he had kept coming back from everyone and he knew it probably would hit Jezebel Sloane the hardest. Which is why he told her it was her choice if she wanted him to stay or not. Jordan only moved his eyes back to her with her questions.
“We talked a little bit about how she was feeling. I asked her about Mikel… and she told me she hadn’t decided yet about the girlfriend thing. And so… I… might have told her I still care about her,” Jordan mumbled, putting his head in his hands - re-evaluating everything he had said. He didn’t regret telling her that, but he did regret the emotional turmoil she was likely going through. Fck
“And then she kissed me, and I kissed her back… and Elodie when I tell you… I still love her.” Jordan mumbled, “I never stopped,” he continued. “But… Mikel saw us and I told Jezebel to go after him,” Jordan revealed, rubbing his head before moving his head to face her - ready for any disappointment on her face. He deserved it.
“What a hero,” He smiled, though he didn’t feel like it at all. Not after everything that had happened over the past few hours. Nodding at the girl, Jordan walked up the stairs - likely being the only sober person at this party as he used his light to make sure he didn’t fall.
As Jordan made his way to the second floor, he found a few people unfazed by the lights making out in the hallway and sighed. “Hey guys, there’s a black out, not telling you to stop… just be careful,” Jordan explained awkwardly. Though as he spoke, the girl looked over at him with her eyes widened. “OH MY GOD ARE YOU JORDAN WILLIAMS,” he heard her scream as she pulled away from the man who seemed annoyed at the interruptions. Though after a few minutes of the conversation, which ended up in a selfie with the girl and apparently the “mood” being lost as they both headed downstairs, Jordan made his way through the hallway.
“Is anyone here?” Jordan shouted through the hallway, knocking on the various doors - making sure no one got hurt during the power outage.
