“As beautiful as you are, Celine, I don’t know if I can take your side over Jennifer’s just yet… I guess we’ll have to get to know each other just a little bit better before I risk life and limb taking someone else’s side over a girl who can take down a sumo wrestler,” Anna smiled; flirting slightly with the girl. Honestly, it was weird… Anna hadn’t felt this comfortable flirting with someone since… was it bad to say Theo? After all, the girl sitting beside her was Theodore’s sister.

As the radio turned on, Anna paid honestly no attention to the song as she attempted to navigate the menu with a million and three photos. She honestly believed the last time she had been to a place with pictures on their menu… not to mention a drive-thru, was when she was 8 and Jessica had begged the driver to stop by since the two of them would be stuck at a fancy dinner for the next few hours with their parents, members of parliament, and more. In other words, as little Jess had called it, “a place with complete and utter inedible food and they would die without supplemental nutrients,” hence ending up at the drive-thru for a burger joint that she honestly couldn’t remember the name of.

She had a small smile playing on her lips as Celine told her about the different things on the menu. “Okay… now don’t kill me. But what in the bloody hell is an ‘Oreo,’” Anna asked, confusion on her face as the girl was explaining the different things that could be in the ice cream. “Ew what’s a McAndy? I know an Andy and I can’t say I’m a fan so let’s avoid that?” Anna stated looking at the menu for a little bit longer before driving to a little noise box; Anna flinched slightly when it TALKED at her. “My lord, it speaks,” Anna muttered after a few moments. “Hello my good sir… can we have two cheeseburgers, a large McNuggets, Lots of fries… yes I like those… um and a Mcflurry with… oreos?” Anna sated; though as she was talking it was more like a question than anything else. The girl listened to Celine as she drove the car forward to where they pay; handing the man who thankfully was not dressed up like a clown her credit card and found herself holding a pile of food in a paper bag. The number of times Anna had been handed food in a bag was… well… it could be counted on one hand and that hand was holding one finger up because as far as Anna could think, it hadn’t been done before.

Parking her car in a spot; Anna listened as the girl asked where she wanted to start. “Fries are good right?” Anna asked, taking one up - the familiarity of the item from before when it was filled with cheese - and took a bite of it. “I will say I liked it with cheese more, but this is still pretty damn good. McNuggets then? I mean there has to be something about them if Jessica keeps eating them like it gives her life,”
