Entering the venue, the first thing she did was look around, almost in awe. She’s seen many beautiful places and she didn’t think this place would meet her expectations but it did. For a school prom it was actually perfect and she didn’t even pay attention to people around her until Jordan spoke up. It was then she realized that most of them were in fact looking at the two of them, knowing it was probably because of Jordan, she still liked that little bit of attention they were getting. It was hard not to notice it, not to notice the way they whispered about them. “It’s because of you, we both know that,” stopping, she looked back at him with a playful smile that quickly turned into a soft, genuine one - appreciating his compliment. “What do you mea-” But as he continued talking, she felt confused for a second before realizing what he was hinting at. If there was something she should expect from him is to dance the night away - just like he told her, before they left her house. Knowing him this wouldn’t end in a usual way - swaying to the music, but it would feel as if he put on a whole show for everyone around him. And she had to take part in that. “Oh nooo, I’m going to embarrass myself.” She whispered, following behind him but knowing that’s not something she could say not, it’s a battle she already lost. Of course she remembered the time she visited him and he taught her that one dance, she had a blast but she wasn’t sure she wanted to do it now - in front of people she knew. “I hate you,” jokingly whispering, she chuckled before following his lead, trying to remember everything he taught her and not mess up. But that little doubt she had in herself soon disappeared, enjoying every second of it just like she should.
Tightly hugging him back, she laughed before she took a step back and curtsied, looking around the venue. He surely did know how to make an entrance. “Oh, it is,” shaking her head as she looked back at him, she chuckled and fixed her dress. “I would actually, yes. I feel like I’d need it,” getting a drink was something she would suggest if he didn’t, even if she wasn’t the one to drink. Just one glass was enough for her, but being here she had a lot of things on her mind and she just wanted to relax and enjoy the night as much as possible. She was still avoiding opening the message she received earlier, from Blue Royalty and she didn’t want to do it now when she was him. “Come on,” gently taking his hand in hers, she started making her way through the crowd of people, making sure to smile at everyone she locked eyes with. But at the same time she was hoping not to bump into anyone she tried to avoid, well… at least not now, when they just arrived. “I’m guessing that by now someone already spiked the punch.” Whispering, she slightly smirked as she stopped in front of the table picking up one glass and filling it in, before turning to Jordan, handing him the glass. “For you and-”, taking another glass, she lifted it up in the air and looked at Jordan with a cheeky smile on. “For me. And having the best night.”
“And for your performance tonight,” she quickly added before the glass touched her lips and she took a sip of the punch. “You know… I’m still mad Daniel knew you were coming so he arranged this, but I didn’t.” Placing her hand over her chest as a joke, she acted hurt as she looked away from him, playing with the glass in her other hand.
