Haeven Belleau
Just as the last suspect finished speaking, loud shouts and shrieks were heard. Just like the other campers, Haeven looked over to see the Empousas that entered the trial hall. As she listened to them, she slowly stood up.
Suddenly, she looked over to see a girl on the floor, with poison flowing through her system. Right after, it was the boy she was talking to before, on the floor, gasping for air. She stared blankly for a bit, but quickly shifted her attention over to the cabin leaders, who were now making the decision that would decide if the traitor would be revealed or not. Thankfully, they picked what seemed to be the right decision for Haeven. She found herself scrunching her hands into fists, eagerly waiting to hear who the traitor was. The liar. The betrayer. Once the decision was made, Haeven’s eyes quickly followed the hands of the Empousas, who were now pointing at the declared traitor. Oh, she’s done. Pure disgust overtook Haeven quickly, but as much as she wanted to, she knew it was better for her to stay back and let the others attack impulsively. After all, it was better to see what the girl didn’t want, rather than what she did want. Haeven stood there, glaring at her and breathing heavily. Not only was it that this girl singlehandedly betrayed and lied to everyone in this camp, but it seemed as if she was proud of it in a way. Watching her go back and fourth with Micah was highly upsetting, due to the fact that he was basically doing what she wanted. Not only that, but the girl seemed to be amused with it all. She let a few more campers go at it, but she quickly came to the conclusion that she couldn’t deal with the nonsense any more. Immediately, Haeven roughly pushed through the crowd, and made her way over to Micah and Austin. “You fools are making this enjoyable for her. We’ve got to do the opposite.”
After speaking to the two, Haeven turned to the traitor. She slapped her and yelled in her face, “Just shut up!” Then she walked over behind the girl and grabbed a chair, roughly pushing her on it. Breathing loudly, she stood in front of her and stared, trying to figure it all out. Although Haeven was on the edge of snapping, she held it together, for the sake of the girl finding pleasure in it. “From the looks of it, you seem to be enjoying this. But here’s the thing. Why would I let you have any sort of enjoyment in your life? Why?” She chuckled, “After you’ve lied and betrayed us all, why should we?” Haeven leaned over with face close to hers, speaking to her with pure disgust, “Don’t get me wrong, I’d just love to see you hurt. Trust me. But the issue here is that you like that…for some weird reason.” Pulling back, Haeven noticed something. The hair, the statement about fire. She’s definitely a child of some fire god/goddess. Smirking, Haeven asked, “From what I’m seeing, you like fire…is that right?”
