Camp Half-Blood: Siren's Cry || Official Roleplay

Rain Collins || With the others || The Trial

I had slipped into the trial much later, I had been busy all day trying to clear up the mess. I was more than contempt to sit to the side, if I say nothing then they can’t yell at me later, they don’t notice me.

But then, oh, a giant walking idiot walks out in a mad rage towards the traitor. I almost spat the word out loud. However, I could understand Micah’s rage but, death was too good for her, she needed something more.

I began to push my way through the crowd, watching carefully as he picked her up, I couldn’t bare to say her name. Once I was through the crowd, I walked towards Micah. I gently placed a hand on his shoulder. “Micah.”

Tap Me :p

I took a step back to keep a large distance between us. I guess she just didn’t like touching or being near people?
“Oh… I- I’m sorry…”
I said looking at the ground and adjusting my glasses. When I looked back over to her, her eyes were swelling with tears.
“I’m sorry. I didn’t mean to…”
I didn’t even know what I didn’t mean to do! I didn’t want to scare her, nor make her uncomfortable.
“Are… you okay?”
Stupid question Novack! Of course she isn’t okay!

Tap Me!

Chaos erupted as people began taking turns beating Mabel as if a slave. This isn’t my proudest moment. Looking back it wasn’t okay, no matter how much she deserved it or how angry we all were, nobody deserves to be beaten in spite of their actions. They deserve consequences, but not a broken spine.
Taking in heavy breaths, smoke extruded out of my ears. I would’ve died because of that b-tch! I furrowed my brows and stood up. I turned to the girl who had just taken a beating from Micah. I eyed the girl and made my way towards her. She smirked and waited patiently.
I hated her smug little face! She probably thought she was better than everyone else!
I gave a look of reassurance and held out my hand, as if helping her.
The girl fell for it, and outstretched hers.
Spitting on her, I stomped on her stomach.
“Who’s next?”

:dna: Audrey Williams :dna:

You know the drill

It didn’t take long for everyone to get their anger out on Mabel.
I wasn’t surprised when Micah stepped up first.
As angry as I was with Mabel, this was not okay to beat her!

“Micah! This is what she wants-”
I was cut off from the girls fiesty voice.
My eyes narrowed and I furrowed my brows.
“She’s a psychopath can’t you tell! You keep pushing her, she’ll fall off the cliff and who knows what she’ll do.” I took a step back from the chaos.
“You all don’t think this is wrong? To hurt someone out of anger? Put yourself in Mabel’s shoes, cause right now you’re getting be-”

“Oh shut up!”
The girl yelled with a laugh. I shook my head with disgust.
I tired.

:fire: Mabel Jefferson :bouquet:

idk if this is pg-13 or not?

“How’s your pain tolerance?”

Mabel was waiting for someone to throw a punch. The anger that riled in his eyes were a delight to watch. She could feel how desperate he was to let out his anger, and she was honored to be his target.
She loved egging people on.
To answer his question, she did not have a good pain tolerance, and there was no denying that it would hurt, but she didn’t care about her wellbeing. If someone wanted to slit her throat, she would not stop them and if anything encourage it.
Did she want to die?
Now, you’re getting ahead of yourself with these questions!

“Wouldn’t you like to find out?”
She offered with a smile, inviting him to do whatever necessary.
He lifted her into the air by her collar.
She smiled.
“Well aren’t you strong!” She chuckled with a smile.

“Micah! This is what she wants-”
“Well of course this is what I want!” She laughed.

He took out a knife and held it against her throat.
“Now that’s too easy. Honestly, if you wanted to make it hurt I’d choose a dull knife, that one looks freshly sharpen. You need some tips on how to torture someone.” She frowned then laughed maniacally.
She sighed. “Fun! Well let’s begin.”
At the sound of her words she was dropped to the floor with a loud smack. A sharp pain electrified in her spine. “You’ve got to do better than that, come on!”
He kicked her queasy stomach as she laughed, holding down the vomit in her throat. She had been suffering all day from this curse someone- or something had put on many of them.

He grabbed her by the hair and stood up.
“I think we all deserve to spill a little bit of her blood.”
“Now I’d have to agree!” She looked out to the crowd of campers.
“Come on then. Wouldn’t you like to pin a needle on the donkey?” She laughed.
“You’re a monster!”
She yelled with enthusiasm. “That’s the spirit!”
Mabel was glad to meet a fellow psychopath, even if it was out of rage.

“I know you’re upset, but don’t do something you’ll regret…"

“Don’t listen to her! The only thing you’ll regret is letting me get away, now wouldn’t you. Make me pay…” She whispered with a raspy voice then let out a chuckle.

She fell back to the ground and waited for the next person to rise.

“You all don’t think this is wrong? To hurt someone out of anger? Put yourself in Mabel’s shoes, cause right now you’re getting be-”

“Oh shut up!” She yelled at her, chuckling.
It was a ginger who held out his hand. She knew he wasn’t helping her, but alas she played along. With a smirk she stretched her hand out as he spat on her and kicked her on the stomach.
She chuckled with a scoff.
“Ooh, that was a good one! You’re one trickster aren’t you?”
She chuckled.
“That’s your new name. Trickster!” She laughed again as vomit fell down her cheek.

Haeven Belleau

Just as the last suspect finished speaking, loud shouts and shrieks were heard. Just like the other campers, Haeven looked over to see the Empousas that entered the trial hall. As she listened to them, she slowly stood up.

Suddenly, she looked over to see a girl on the floor, with poison flowing through her system. Right after, it was the boy she was talking to before, on the floor, gasping for air. She stared blankly for a bit, but quickly shifted her attention over to the cabin leaders, who were now making the decision that would decide if the traitor would be revealed or not. Thankfully, they picked what seemed to be the right decision for Haeven. She found herself scrunching her hands into fists, eagerly waiting to hear who the traitor was. The liar. The betrayer. Once the decision was made, Haeven’s eyes quickly followed the hands of the Empousas, who were now pointing at the declared traitor. Oh, she’s done. Pure disgust overtook Haeven quickly, but as much as she wanted to, she knew it was better for her to stay back and let the others attack impulsively. After all, it was better to see what the girl didn’t want, rather than what she did want. Haeven stood there, glaring at her and breathing heavily. Not only was it that this girl singlehandedly betrayed and lied to everyone in this camp, but it seemed as if she was proud of it in a way. Watching her go back and fourth with Micah was highly upsetting, due to the fact that he was basically doing what she wanted. Not only that, but the girl seemed to be amused with it all. She let a few more campers go at it, but she quickly came to the conclusion that she couldn’t deal with the nonsense any more. Immediately, Haeven roughly pushed through the crowd, and made her way over to Micah and Austin. “You fools are making this enjoyable for her. We’ve got to do the opposite.”

After speaking to the two, Haeven turned to the traitor. She slapped her and yelled in her face, “Just shut up!” Then she walked over behind the girl and grabbed a chair, roughly pushing her on it. Breathing loudly, she stood in front of her and stared, trying to figure it all out. Although Haeven was on the edge of snapping, she held it together, for the sake of the girl finding pleasure in it. “From the looks of it, you seem to be enjoying this. But here’s the thing. Why would I let you have any sort of enjoyment in your life? Why?” She chuckled, “After you’ve lied and betrayed us all, why should we?” Haeven leaned over with face close to hers, speaking to her with pure disgust, “Don’t get me wrong, I’d just love to see you hurt. Trust me. But the issue here is that you like that…for some weird reason.” Pulling back, Haeven noticed something. The hair, the statement about fire. She’s definitely a child of some fire god/goddess. Smirking, Haeven asked, “From what I’m seeing, you like fire…is that right?”

She was driving pleasure from their fury. She was laughing, smiling up at Micah and urging him forward. For a moment, as he was crouched and looking right into her eyes, staring at his glossed reflection, his smile disappeared. He was actually comparable to her.
He’d been too blinded by rage to see Rain come up almost quietly, placing her smaller hand on his broad shoulder. His head snapped around to yell but as she looked up at him innocently, speaking his name softly, his features began to soften.

“Don’t listen to her! The only thing you’ll regret is letting me get away, now wouldn’t you. Make me pay…”
Micah snarled and sharply turned his head back to her.
“Shut up,”

“Micah, she’s just trying to make you mad. Just let her go.”
Micah’s grip on her hair tightened and the muscles in his jaw rolled until he finally let out a unsatisfied grunt and let go.

He watched Austin step forward, hand outstrecthed. It took everything in Micah not to slap it away for offering help to the traitor.
Except that wasn’t his intention.
He lifted his foot and directed it at her gut, leaving her laughing maniacally once again.
“Austin! Stop it!” Amara screamed, rushing forward.

Haeven had beat her to it, pushing through and actually getting Micah to take a step back.
“You fools are making this enjoyable for her. We’ve got to do the opposite.” Amara and her crew all stopped, taking sighs of relief at the thought of some type of order being restored.
Micah ran a hand along his jaw and began walking back and forth, his eyes closely staying on Mabel.
“What? You wanna talk her ear off? Surround her with pretty flowers? Hate to burst your sparkly bubble princess, but that doesn’t exactly scream justice to me-”
Micah’s eyes widened as he stopped pacing, his hands lifted up to his shoulders as Haeven slapped and screamed at the girl.
“Well then,” he muttered, letting his arms fall back down to his sides. “Welcome to the judgement day team. Who wants to make t-shirts?”
The room had gone somewhat quiet as Haeven began her interrogation. Micah tilted his head and narrowed his eyes as he watched curiously.

*“Don’t get me wrong, I’d just love to see you hurt. Trust me. But the issue here is that you like that…for some weird reason.” *
“Who cares?” Micah finally stated with a scoff. “If she wants to laugh like a crazy clown as she dies, that’s her problem.”
But then Haeven was actually on to something. He furrowed his brows and walked to her side, looking down at her before glancing over at Mabel.

A girl stepped forward and slapped Mabel.
She chuckled and sat down in the seat she was forced into. The room grew silent but the angry stares and balled fists decided to stay and got comfortable.
“If you wish…”
She crossed her legs and got ready for her interrogation.

“From the looks of it, you seem to be enjoying this. But here’s the thing. Why would I let you have any sort of enjoyment in your life? Why?” She chuckled, “After you’ve lied and betrayed us all, why should we?"

Mabel giggled yet remained quiet giving the girl no answer or inference.

“From what I’m seeing, you like fire…is that right?”

She laughed. “You’re smart, you know that.” She titled her head and studied the girl. “My father is… what is it… sit? Set, there we go… however he is not a fire god.”
She shrugged.
“I’m just fond of fire.”
She laughed and took out a matchbox from her pocket. Lighting a match she gazed at the vibrant red flames.
“What a shame it would be to drop this on the wood floor.”
She looked back at the campers surrounding her with a smile and a laugh.
“Relax… I wouldn’t do such a thing.”
She put out the fire by sticking it on her tongue.
The warmth sent a trickle down her spine.
She dropped the cold match and tossed the girl interrogating her the box.
Mabel was aware they didn’t trust her. If she didn’t give them the matchbox, they’d just swipe it from her.

“Oh-”
She remembered, as she closed her mouth drawing her hand across it and throwing away the key, with a small shrug and muted laugh.
They did tell her to shut up after all.

Azalea smiled as the girl introduced herself and she sad “You have a pretty name.” Just the view from the window into the crop field was devastating. The sign of utter the destruction was heart wrenching but there was nothing she could do right now. She let her apple drop from her hand as she stared at the girl in what one would describe as confusion, surprise and fear. “So you’re telling me I wasn’t hallucinating when I saw all of that?” She questioned without sputtering. The situation was alarming and for once she wished it was the effects of the narcotics. She was pulled out of her thought’s when the girl continued to speak. “Yeah…” She replied dumbly. She didn’t know what time say and the situation scared her a lot but she was going to try and help the situation. “You said you were picking strawberries right?” She asked nodding her own head. “Let’s go back to doing that. I can even plant new seeds for fruits to grow,” she said already getting up to her feet.

Eden Irvette |Mess Hall

As the events played out front of Eden she didn’t know what to do. Everything was so fast paced that before she knew it, a girl was dead already; someone from pantheon. She didn’t really know the girl so she couldn’t bring herself to care long enough to mourn over her and mostly because some form of other madness had erupted. She was horrified to see how the man was manhandling the girl and how the girl was laughing maniacally. The scene was so familiar yet so unknown. She couldn’t link enough of the floating images in her mind to try and remember when this happened. Before Eden even realized where she was going, she had tackled the boy to the ground. She didn’t know she even possessed such strength but here she was repeatedly throwing blows at his face with the occasional slaps all the while her knee driving into what she hoped was the fundiform ligament of his manhood. “You think it’s lovely to go with revenge at any given time, don’t you?” She asked her green eyes gleaming with rage and frustration. She snapped her head in the direction of the girl and saw as she threw an invisible key away. “The gods so help me you make another sound, I promise I won’t hesitate to burn you alive; seeing as you love fire so much,” she said coldly. She turned her attention back to Micah and looked at him in confusion. How she got to that position she didn’t know, but she had the decency to get off him and look at him apologetically. “I’m really sorry. I don’t know what I was doing on top of you,” she said earnestly.

I grabbed him. “Micah.” I watched as his rage fuelled him. “Listen to me.”

Before I could say anything else, Micah got tackled to the ground. “Micah!” The girl started hitting him, I froze, what in the underworld was going on? She got off him and I glared at her. I rolled my eyes before going to help him up. “What the heck!” I shouted at the girl. A cold rage began to fill my veins, first an innocent camper is killed in some dumb deal, then this bloody traitor is a psychotic b*tch who is trying to bait and get a ride put of everyone.

Karan Lander || Big House

“Shut up, all of you.” Karan stood up, slamming her hands harshly down on the table. It was complete chaos and these people were ready to dish out punishments and killing and murders and as she screeched with her eyes closed she could only replay the killing of the girl by the empousas. The heat of the room seemed to freeze as the frost and ice spread in the air from her anger. She stepped from behind the podium, her eyes sweeping over the mess hall an icy glare on each person she laid her eyes on as she walked, meeting everyone who had even thought of dishing out punishment of their own kind upon Mabel.

“How dare you? Who do you think you are?” She demanded, her voice loud and scattering across the hall. "To even think you of all people have the right to kill someone. Last time I checked you were all a bunch of cowardly demigods hiding under your parent’s protection too scared to even check the damage that was happening on the camp. Her eyes flashed a brilliant silver as she stared at Rain, before swicthing to Haeven and finally Mabel. “Instead of caring there’s a dead girl at your feet, you’re all more concerned of adding another one.” She walked down the podium, her feet silent on the tile floor. “You can see she’s not mentally stable, already you want blood instead of information on your hands, so excuse me when I say the following but you’re all a bunch of f-cking idiot cowards who’d like their killings served to them on a plate instead of looking for the one who started this mess. Any of you stop to think what they have on her? Anyone?” Her nose wrinkled in disgust, “It’s not a surprise we have traitors, so much for being family when you’re ready to murder them without a chance. You didn’t even pause to see if the empousas might be lying, and that utterly disgusts me more than there being a traitor in the camp.” She gave a dry laugh running her fingers through the ends of her black hair. “I don’t know if you’ve heard but, sociopaths are made and pyschopaths are born.”

Karan walked over to Mabel, her eyes narrowed and angry. She gripped the girls chin with an icy set of fingers spreading frost onto Mabel’s cheeks. “It’s already obvious though, you have no qualms about what you did.” Karan said. “But I want to know why. You’ll tell me, or I’ll freeze off your limbs one by one. Forget fire, that’s child’s place. I’ve only got ice and I’ll freeze you alive with it.” Karan snarled before throwing the girl’s head backwards before saying. “I want her tied up and locked in her cabin, touch her and you’re next on my list. You want to kill her, fine, when I finish at least show you’re worthy of it. Spineless jellyfishes.” Karan said before walking out of the Big House.

Micah stood still, his arms folded and his demeanor strangely calm from the crazy wild-eyed animal just a few minutes before. Even when she pulled the match box out from her pocket, threatning to drop it, he didn’t think it posed any real threat considering it wouldn’t catch any flame without any gasoline. Well. That was logically. He had no idea if she possessed any powers that could change that rule.
“Oh-”
She stopped midway and Micah’s lip twitched as he took a step forward.
“And now you suddenly don’t feel like talking?” It meant she was withholding information.
Rain had grabbed a hold of Micah’s arm again, casuing him to let out a long sigh.
“Not really in the listening mood right now,” he growled, yanking his arm free.
Rain was always trying to convince herself that Micah was better than he made himself out to be. That he was just a captured beast waiting to turn into a prince.
Yeah. Fricking. Right.

Just as he was about to make Mabel talk, a smaller body rammed into his side and he went tumbling to the ground, landing with a hard grunt.
“Micah!”
Before he even had time to register what was going on or to defend himself, fists were flying at his face.
He finally caught hold of her wrists, gripping them tightly as he gave out a breathless and throaty chuckle.
“You stepped into a bad situation sweetheart-GAH!”
His hands released their grip as they reached for his crotch. His teeth clenched and his neck arched upwards as he tried his best to contain a howl.
“You think it’s lovely to go with revenge at any given time, don’t you?”
His cheeks puffed up as he sucked in and out before giving a strained answer. “Pretty much,”
Her eyes met his when she turned her head back around to look down at him. Micah wasn’t even paying attention to the fact that a pretty girl was in a very compromising situation. But she had taken note of the indecency and it was enough to make him laugh through the pain, even as a wave of nausea hit him.
“I’m really sorry. I don’t know what I was doing on top of you,”
He groaned as he sat up, lifting his knee and resting his elbow against it as he wiped the corner of his mouth with his thumb. He looked up at her with a cheshire grin, his teasing and cocky attitude shining through.
“No need to disguise it sunshine. If you wanted a bit of one on one action, all you had to do was ask. I appreciate the bold invitation though.”
“Shut up, all of you.”
Micah turned his head to look over at the curly-haired brunette, her eyes sending daggers over in their direction.
Micah rolled his eyes discreetly, knowing just what was coming from Miss perfect Oracle.
Her words made him twitch, but he stood up anyway, literally biting back his tongue to keep from bringing her back in her place. She only felt the need to direct and command because she had a fancy title. Micah cared nothing for that. You had to prove yourself to him to gain his respect.
“It’s not a surprise we have traitors, so much for being family when you’re ready to murder them without a chance. You didn’t even pause to see if the empousas might be lying, and that utterly disgusts me more than there being a traitor in the camp.”
He crossed his arms over his chest, avoiding eye contact and staring at the floor instead.
At least Karan had threatned her for information instead of mercifully letting her go. Still, it made Micah angry she had taken the ropes. He was handling it juuuuuust fine.
“I want her tied up and locked in her cabin, touch her and you’re next on my list. You want to kill her, fine, when I finish at least show you’re worthy of it. Spineless jellyfishes.”
His eyes followed her as she walked out, and the room was left in silence.
“I’ll take her,” Amara stated, shearing her sword and stepping forward.
“Ah ah ah ah ah,” Micah said, clicking his tongue as he walked over to Mabel. “I think I should watch her. You’re all so set on letting her love that you’ll end up letting her escape.”
“You’re clearly too mental for the job,” Negan barked.

The room was filled with so much tension. The empusas killed an innocent all for the sake of a deal. It didn’t seem fair to val at all. Yet she was struggling to underwhat the hell was going on around her. Val wanted to be anywhere but in that room yet her leg would not move. Vals mind went blank. It eas like she was on autopilot, she moves towards this so-called traitor. To autopilot Val, she was nothing more than an innocent in a situation willed with anger and confusion. Monsters lie all the time. ”Hey kid, do you want to get out of this room for a second while they are like this. It’s better than bei g stuck in your cabin" vals voice sounded deeper than her usual soft tone. This val could careless was the others would think on him right now. All he knew was Mabel needed someone she could talk to even if she was a traitor like everyone assumed.

Ajax Taylor - The Big House

The trial had Ajax on edge to begin with. Then as some began to whisper about the method of execution, Ajax’s posture grew more tense. When the time came, he would be the one to make the final decision. Technically anyone could have their own input, but it was a serious topic, not to be taken lightly. Then came the empousas. As the empousa that seemed to be the leader began speaking, he understood what was said completely. Ajax did everything he could to keep the camp running, but he was only one person. If everyone else kept going the way they were, then there would be no hope for the camp. Each problem the empousa listed was something Ajax had listed on the task list of things that needed to be done. He couldn’t do everything himself. Then the empousa offered a deal. To heal the two who were suffering from the tasks that were yet to be done, and to reveal the name of A Traitor. There was more than one, but there was no way to know how many. There could just have been the one they were looking for along with the one the empousas would name, or there could be even more. The biggest issue was that in trade, the cost was great. They would lose someone, but that didn’t change that the decision was made by the cabin leaders to accept the deal. The injured were healed, but an innocent camper was killed as they announced Mabel was a traitor. The entire time Ajax’s anger grew, and he wanted to go after the empousas for killing an innocent camper, but they disappeared. Ajax looked to Mabel, angry that she would betray the camp. She was welcomed into the camp, and she betrayed them all. Ajax, despite his anger knew there was a way to do things. Micah went after Mabel, and as much as Ajax would have like to do the same, he was going too far. That was something where she should not be left in a room in front of everyone. Ajax was seething at the sight before him as Kara reached her limit. He watched and listened as she spoke to everyone and made her way to Mabel. Everything Kara said was accurate, then after she left the tension in the room was still clear, as the argument of who should lock her away in her cabin began. Ajax stepped forward looking over everyone in the room. Anyone near him could have felt the static electricity in the air. “She is not the only one to blame here. You all are.” Those who did not know Ajax well, could easily tell he was angry, and those who knew Ajax well, knew enough to not risk pushing him any farther. Ajax was furious. Not just at Mabel, or the unknown traitors, or even the empousas. Ajax was furious with the campers. There were a few who Ajax knew there was no reason to be angry with, and they knew he wasn’t angry at them specifically. He was angry with the campers as a whole. He stomped over to Mabel, glaring at her. “You are going to tell us everything we want to know. Then I will decide what to do with you.” He snarled. Keeping Mabel within his sight, he looked to the other campers. “All of you take this place for granted! None of you had to be welcomed here. This camp was designed for those of us with Greek parents, yet we welcomed those of you who are Roman and lost your own camp, we welcomed those of you who are Egyptian and Norse, despite how different you are from us! However, none of you have tried to help us. Not even the Greek demigods who have been here for years! You all came here to be safe, somewhere you could be protected, but none of you are even trying to help protect this camp! I’ve done everything I can to keep this place, my home, from falling apart at the seams, and its all just fun and games for you all. Even the empousas could see that! You’ve all known about problems that have been needing taken care of, and not one of you has stepped up to help.” Ajax gestured towards the task list pinned to the wall nearby. “I have told you all myself that there are things that need to be done. Things that are necessary for the camp as a whole. With everything I do, I can’t do it all entirely on my own. You expect everything to be done for you, but here’s the truth. I can’t do everything around camp by myself, especially since you are all too lazy to do what I need you to do. You all think that you know better, but you haven’t even stopped to think about the consequences of your actions. You’re ready to just jump into action only thinking about right now and the immediate future. You are all just thinking about yourselves. Someone innocent is dead, and none of you have thought about her for even a second. This camp honors those we’ve lost. You’re just ready to see the next person’s blood on your hands. You should all be looking to prevent more deaths. By rushing into executing the guilty, you are sentencing more of the innocent to death.” With each word Ajax not only did not calm down, but grew more angry. “This all changes, Now. Things around camp are going to change starting now. You are all going to do your part to fix the problems around camp. There will be training so we can all be prepared for what comes next. There will be no more slacking off or taking the easy way. This is the beginning of a war. We are against a powerful enemy. One who is turning us against each other. By jumping at the opportunity to kill someone who has betrayed us, not even trying to discover the true problem is only going to help them. If you all don’t start looking forward at the big picture we’re all as good as dead.” Ajax was not going to sugarcoat a word he said. Everyone had to listen. “If anybody steps out of line there will be punishments. Rules are to be followed and things around here will be done. Fail, and we all suffer. You have seen that for yourselves.” He said in reference to Ariel having suffered from the poisoned water, and Austin having been injured by Elizabeth the anemoi. “You all have to start thinking ahead, and thinking about the good of the camp, not just yourselves. If you see a problem with this and refuse to help protect this place, then Leave and Never set foot in this camp again. And to anyone even thinking about turning on this camp and betraying us like she has, take this as a warning. The next traitor won’t be taken so lightly.” Ajax looked in the direction of Micah, Amara, and Negan as he grabbed Mabel by the arm, keeping a tight grip. “I will take her myself.”

:snowflake: Karan Lander || Infirmary ~ With Ajax ~ Before Trial :snowflake:

Karan shrugged slightly, “Rather be tense than dead.” She replied, offhandedly. She shook her head slightly before offerings a slight smirk before asking, “Trying to charm the Apollo kids? Believe me, they are completely charmed by you.” She laughed slightly under her breath and paused before adding to the end, rather quieter. “Thank you though, we appreciate your hard work.” Karan had no issue saying thank-you to people, her nanny made her have manners. She just hadn’t had much to be thankful for since the outside world “died”. She’s noticed the slight frown on Ajax’s face. She waved away the concern with a flippantly said remark, “Don’t worry about me, it’s only a broken arm, I’ve had worse.” She’s wouldn’t say it out loud but she appreciated the concern he offered her, she’d recall it in the future. “Besides as long as I can speak I’ll be able to spill prophecies easily.” Karan downplaying her injuries were nothing new, she did not like that oftenly she had her own issues. She got sick easily and was often noted to be weaker than the others, one her mother being a minor god and then two, although known to feel, her own family history. We all end up dead before 21 though, Karan thought grimly, which wasn’t that far away, the more she thought about it. Karan nodded in agreement before responding in a quiet voice, “I hate to be that person, well actually I don’t care, but chances are it’s more among the newcomers rather than one of our own.” She let out a sigh before adding, “Either way, this entire situation is insane, and I heard rumors of my brother of course no one would like to tell me it to my face.” Karan bit her lip shaking her head, she wasn’t aware if Ajax did know about the Khione child’s curse but either way there was a reason most of the time only one camper was in the cabin.

:crescent_moon: Katherine Tania Kolchis :star: || Infirmary ~ Scott McCallen

Katherine gave a quick smile at Scott when he asked to call her by her nickname instead of her actual name. “Yeah, of course. Everyone calls me Kathy anyways.” She giggled slightly at his theatrics as the name clicked for her in her head. He was the son of a personfication, well that was cool. Much more interesting than being a demi-titaness…But of greed and jealousy? Katherine was curious if he was like his father in that sense or not. But she wasn’t that rude, even among her intense curiosity she knew where to draw the line. Katherine tilted her head slightly, analyzing the ginger before asking, “Are you from Scotland? You have a rather thick accent. What’s it like? Must be different from New York.” Katherine remarked, musing slightly, her curiosity ever-growing.

He was a Greek demigod, Katherine had deduced that rather quickly, and she could already tell (or she thought) he was already nicer than a few of his counterparts who held just a bit of xenophobia. It didn’t bother Katherine though, she’d still be nice to them. It’s a large change for everyone involved, regardless of pantheon. “The camp used to let you leave in the school time or stay, right? Which did you pick?” Katherine asked, curious to how Camp half-Blood was like before they arrived. She heard it wasn’t vastly different from Camp Jupiter. She’s sat on the infirmary bed next to Scott, kicking her feet for a moment before throwing another question. “You guys don’t have cohorts, do you? What’s training like then?”

:herb: Ariadne Lanthe Calpyso | 2 | with Zaire Signon ~ Before Trial :leaves:

“but I got you pretty good though.”

Normally, Ariadne would laugh and smile naturally but it took more facial effort to push the smile onto her face and when she laughed it seemed almost robotic. She quickly shut her mouth and shook her head slightly, disapointed. So many had gotten fatally injured and they were unable to do anything, and it made her rather upset that this guy- who must be non-Greek since I’ve never met him before, Ariadne thought. She couldn’t help the slight frown which crossed her face for a moment before she turned it upside down with a single thought. She would hate to make anyone uncomfortable or upset. Ariadne rubbed the back of her neck before releasing a short laugh as he told her not to be a bore, even though her stomach turned upside down as memories resurfaced. “No, it was funny, definitely.” She gave him a bright smile, teeth showing and completely perfectly put on. “It’s hilarious,” she replied once more before adding. “I do have to head to the trial though, if you don’t mind.”

:crossed_swords: Daphne Aliz Claramount :fire: | With Negan ~ During Trial

Daphne sighed slightly, still leaning against the wall continued, spinning a gold ring on her finger. She watched her half-brother nearly go berserk, which she shared the same feelings with, Kara go all frosty-ice queen on them and finally Ajax channel some of his father’s temper. All in all, it was a sh-tshow although they had good points, Others were quiet but the girl’s body was still on the floor, still devoid of blood, pale and probably cold. Daphne moved towards the girl with purpose, pushing herself off the wall and crouching next to the dead girl before putting her hand on the skin. It was cold. She was truly dead. She grimaced as she grabbed the dead girl under her arms and lifted her up.

Daphne was a strong gal, she trained and such, she had her father’s brute strength and temper with a little thirst of blood. But… she was also a smidge shorter and she wasn’t as strong to carry a dead girl’s body. In Daphne’s excuse, the girl was heavy, maybe she had a large bone mass. She snapped her fingers at the first person she saw, calling Micah insane which she whole-heartedly agreed with. “Negan,” she said, surprising herself that she even knew his name. “Help me lift her, we’re taking her to the infirmary.” She was dead, so there wasn’t much the Apollo kids could do but prepare her for a cremation…but Daphne didn’t say that. Daphne didn’t bother it as an option or choice, it was a command like everything else she did.

Ajax Taylor - Infirmary ~ Before Trial - Kara
Ajax let out a slight sigh. “Quite true.” As tense as a trial could be, that was better than death. Ajax let out a chuckle at her comment about the Apollo kids. “Although that’s good to know, I am just trying to keep things running around here, and you’re welcome. I do the best I can.” Ajax exhale with a slight sigh. “I still don’t want to see you hurt though.” Ajax nodded to agree with her. He felt the same way. There was a much higher chance that the traitor among them was a child of one of the other pantheons, or even a Greek that was new to camp. “You’re right. There is no way to be sure though. People have gotten hurt because of decisions made before, but I just hope that it is not someone who we’ve known for a long time.” Ajax paused as he listened to Kara mentioning her brother. Kara was not the only child of Khione he had ever known. Ajax had met Colden when he first got to camp, and they had become friends for that short while. There were just very few campers that had known Colden still around. Mainly just Ajax and Jake. A few others had met him, or knew of him, but that was about it. “I’ve heard some rumors as well. I have no idea what’s true though.” Last Ajax had seen of Colden was him putting just a few belongings into a bag, muttering something about having one choice. Ajax didn’t understand why at the time, but as years went by, many assumed Colden was dead.

Vanya “Butterfly” Blake - Outside ~ Before Trial - Colton-Elliot
Vanya looked back to him, shaking, as he stepped back. The distance made her relax slightly, but the tears still rolled down her face. She was both alright and not at the same time. She was better having the distance, and she was the same as how she was normally. Though, Vanya wasn’t ever fully fine. Her whole childhood she was treated as being out of her mind. She even believed she was crazy, since she didn’t understand her powers. “You… you won’t understand…” Tears began pouring down her face. “Nobody does. I’m sorry… I shouldn’t be here…”

Haeven Belleau

Once she slapped and yelled at the girl, Haeven turned around, looking at Micah. “No sparkly bubble to pop here, princess. All I’m doing is trying to make her suffer…rather than the opposite.” Instead of speaking, hitting, or doing anything to the girl, Haeven stood there, watching her giggle and laugh pathetically. She scoffed, “What are we, two years old?” When Micah made another comment, Haeven turned around again, rolling her eyes. “You know what? Go at it-“ she paused, gave a fake smile, and moved away from Mabel, “give her what she wants.” Without giving him a chance to respond, Haeven shook her head and moved back over. “Not an option.” After speaking about her interest for fire, Micah walked over. “Exactly what I was-“ Haeven cut herself off, due to the fact that Mabel started to speak. After hearing that fire had nothing to do with her godly parent, Haeven shrugged, “It’s still the opposite as to what you’d prefer.” Unexpectedly, the girl pulled out a match and lit it. Haeven’s eyes followed the match closely, but she stayed back, assuming that she wouldn’t do it. Not only that, but she knew she could stop that tiny fire quickly. Knew it. “None was alarmed anyways. Try next time…if there is one for you.” Smirking, Haeven caught the match box and threw it back to a random camper. Watching the little “show” that she was putting on infuriated her. Haeven let out a loud fake laugh, stopped after a few seconds, and went back to glaring at the girl. “You think you’re quite the comedian, huh?”

Just as Haeven was about to continue on with what she was doing, she was interrupted by a loud thud. She turned around only to see a girl on top of Micah, with another girl attempting to interfere. Haeven didn’t even have the chance to react, because right after, Karan stepped in. The hero. Yippee. Haeven turned to face her, giving her a dirty look. Once their eyes met, Haeven sarcastically smiled. What did she think? That she’d bow down to her and apologize for her actions? Definitely not. Hearing her call them cowards and so on caused Haeven to shake her head. In her mind, they were simply doing what had to be done. Instead of even starting a discussion with her, Haeven decided to stand there and continue to glare at her. Once she left, it was quiet. Finally. But of course, the silence was broken by Ajax. Haeven scoffed and muttered quite loudly, “Ah, the dynamic duo. Can’t have one of them reprimanding everyone without the other.” As Ajax spoke, Haeven stood there, staring at him blankly. Almost every word he said went in one ear and out the other, knowing that if she actually listened, her patience with the perfect ones here would have disappeared in a split second. When he announced that he was going to be the one to take Mabel, she turned over to Micah, Amara, and Negan. “Seems like none of us are taking her. What a shame.” Turning back around, she faced Ajax and continued, “She’ll be in the marvelous hands of the camp’s savior, Ajax. There’s nothing to worry about.” With that, she smiled.

Nikalina Abren

Returning the smile, Nika told her, “Thanks. My full name is actually Nikalina, but people usually go with Nika.”
When Azalea dropped her apple due to the overload of emotions, Nika grabbed the napkin she had and bent over, picking it up. The campers had a lot to deal with already, and preventing the mess hall from becoming a mess was the least she could do. “Nope, no hallucinations here. What you saw is what you saw,” Nika replied, shaking her head. “It is alarming to see how quickly those monsters got in though. Hopefully this situation will help the campers realize how serious things are getting now.” Once Azalea brought up the idea of replanting the fruits, Nika nodded. “That’s a good idea. Since we can’t do much with the injured campers, this is the least we can do.” Following her, Nika stood up and exited the mess hall. By now, everything had calmed down, but by the looks of it, it was easy to tell that madness had occurred. When they reached the fields, Nika remembered that she stated that she could plant seeds. Turning around, she told her, “While you plant the seeds, I’ll pick up the mess around here.” Nika walked around the fields, picking up the weapons and pulling out the dead crops.

Zaire Signon

Watching her smile, Zaire could tell that she was forcing it. Then, she shook her head, looking disappointed. Alrighty then, Zaire thought to himself. He tilted his head as he continued to watch her expressions. Zaire knew she was bothered by it, but was confused as to why she expressed otherwise. “You know, it’s not too hard to see that you were bothered by this. Instead of not saying it, just say it. Who cares.” He narrowed his eyes and rubbed his chin, making it look as if he was a coach of some sort. “If you want to keep on doing that, you should work on those acting skills. They’re a little rusty.”

“Nope, I don’t mind at all.” He paused, “Wait…a trial? What are we on…Law and Order or something?” Right after, Zaire asked another question. “What’s the trial for? I choose not to be on the loop around here.”

Negan hadn’t planned on joining the fray until that annoying Micah drove him to it. Amara had urged them to step forward and protect the camp’s fairness system. Negan was, in all honesty, only joining to keep things from exploding and to put crazy blonde boy on a leash.
Luckily, Ajax and Karan stepped forward, ensuring that he would no longer have to stick his nose into it. He was already p!ssed enough as it was.
And hungry…

Negan heard his name being called and turned his head to look over at Daphne, another hot-headed daughter of Ares he wasn’t sure he wanted to handle today.
“Help me lift her, we’re taking her to the infirmary."
He stared at her for a moment before letting out a small sigh and sheathing his sword, walking over and crouching down at the other end of the body.
For a demi-God who fought and trained on a daily basis, the sight of a lifeless comrade still punched his gut hard enough for him to vomit. Throw a sharpie his way, and he’d be at it. But he was never really tough enough to kill something that looked like him… He tried not to think about it as his hands gripped around her limp ankles, flicking his head at Daphne as he began counting down.
“3, 2, 1, up,” he said as he stood up, situating the placement of his hold.
There were quiet stares as the made their way through the crowd. Some people bowed their heads or held out their swords as a sign of respect.

Walking backwards didn’t exactly place him in the most flattering postion, but he managed to step over a few rocks and shrubbery despite his unusually clutzy personality. Their walk was silent, and Negan had nowhere to look but past Daphne’s ear.

Once they reached the infirmary only to find it temporarily empty, Negan gestured his hand to one of the beds. “We can put her right there for now,” he stated as they gently placed her down as if she could still feel. Negan stared down at Ebony for a long moment before looking around and spotting a flower, hanging limply on the edge of a vase. He walked over and took it, twisting it in between his fingers as he glanced over at Daphne. A lot had happened during the past few days. He didn’t expect them to exactly converse about it.
“How do you do that?” He finally questioned, referring to her calm demeanor despite the dead innocent girl in front of her.

Rain Collins || With the others || The Trial

“You haven’t even stopped to think about the consequences of your actions.”

Something about those words struck something within Rain. The voices around her, faded into nothing. The people disappeared and the room began to warp and change in her mind.

She was standing in the rain, locks of raven hair sticking to her face. A small, navy blue car, was parked at the side of the road, headlights on and the doors were still open. The light from the inside of the car cast a glow around it.

A girl was lying in the middle of the road, wearing a red jacket. Rain could hear the sound of growling but couldn’t place where it was coming from.

She blinked and she back at big house, she was dry and not soaked in rain. She fought back tears as she looked at Ajax, a cold flame slowly consuming her until her veins were filled with rage.

“You haven’t even stopped to think about the consequences of your actions.”

This time it wasn’t Ajax’s voice, it was her own.

She was back in the rain again, the voices of the other campers had been drowned out.

This time she could smell the creature, almost like wet dog but not quite. The smell of wood smoke filled the air. She looked around and realised that they were in the woods.

They.

The girl in the red jacket was here. Except she wasn’t lying down, she was standing and staring out into the woods. Rain tried to call out but she couldn’t hear her own voice, couldn’t even remember what she called out. Couldn’t remember her own name. She started to walk, slow and sluggish towards the girl. The woods faded away.

She didn’t know when she had done this but she had began walking towards Ajax. Her eyes almost seemed to have a fire behind them. Her whole body was shaking but she never broke eye contact with Ajax. The room swayed.

Her shadow began to change shape, reflecting her anger. “What is this?” She thought. Her shadow morphed into a familiar shape. The creature from before. The temperature of Rains body had risen significantly, sweat poured down her.

Finally, her vision blurred as she collapsed to the floor.

Aaru || A Cabin || With Colton

I had begun to unpack. I had gotten here about an hour ago, the guy who had led me here, had ran after telling me to unpack in this cabin. I hadn’t seen anyone else around. I was pretty startled when I heard a voice, I jumped.

My jackal tail had appeared.

“Great” I thought quickly trying to hide my tail. “Uh… Hi… I’m Aaru.” I stared anxiously at the guy. “Are you my roommate?” I asked, the guy looked anxious himself but I mean, he just saw me grow a tail so…

:crossed_swords: Daphne Aliz Claramount :fire: | With Negan ~ During Trial

”We can put her right there for now,”

Daphne nodded as they let the girl rest lightly on the bed as if she was even slightly alive, which she wasn’t. “Yeah,” Daphne looked at the girl lifeless and pale amen grimaced slightly before releasing a breath and wiping her hands on her shirt as if she’s had touched something rotten. Just because Daphne invited- no commanded Negan along didn’t mean when was looking to make a small chitchat. She ran her hand over the wall, dried blood on the wall. Probably from the recent battle she gave a short nod towards Negan and was ready to leave him behind with the corpse and continue on her merry way and plan to forget all about what had just happened.

“How do you do that?”

Daphne paused, turning back to Negan. She thought for a moment, looking for a good response before sighing and sitting down on a spare infirmary bed, picking up a set of wrapping bandages and wrapping it and unrapping it around her hand. “I’ve been here since I was young child, eventually you get used to seeing dead corpses.” She nodded towards the girl. “Her? It’s not that hard to be calm, I don’t even know her. Considering the fact that everyone in my cabin hasn’t been here for as long as that was. We used to have more, bu they’re all dead now.” She gave a bitter laugh before shaking her head. “I’m a war child, I’m so used to it at this point. Darling, just let it sink in that, people like you and me won’t make it last 21.” Daphne finished, referring to their pantheon, Greek demigods.

Karan Lander || with Ajax ~ Before trial

”Although that’s good to know, I am just trying to keep things running around here, and you’re welcome. I do the best I can.”

Karan nodded and patted his shoulder lightly in a reassuring manner. “Everyone can see that, you’re doing a good job. Most people would’ve gone mad at this point.” Namely me. Karan thought to herself. She raised a slight eyebrow at Ajax and shrugged before replying smoothly. “Ah, I’ll try to speed up the healing process faster just for you then if that relieves you in any way.” She paused as she thought of past choices that hadn’t been the best for the camp. It occurred to her that until now, since Ajax took the reins the camp had been going along in a state that wasn’t terrible. Although,he wasn’t able to control everyone’s choices he did set a good example. She glanced at Ajax’s before responding in a rather grim manner, “No matter how things work out from here, someone’s going to end up hurt, it’s the cycle of a demigod’s life.” She gave a small shrug. “People just have to not go completely insane over it. **Che per vendetta mai non sanò piaga.*” Karan finished in Italian before adding, “Revenge never healed any wounds.” Karan nodded, no doubt Ajax heard plenty of things. He ran the camp, while doing that one must’ve heard many whispers. Colden Lander, unlike other Khione children was 100% her blood brother instead of just half. He’d left home when she’s was young, so she didn’t recall much, and didn’t find out was also a Khione child until she arrived at camp. She had no idea where he was.

Probably dead.

Ajax Taylor - Infirmary ~ Before Trial - Kara
“I’m glad to head you think so. I certainly don’t feel like anyone else agrees most of the time.” Being camp leader put a lot of pressure on Ajax. Most of what Ajax did, few campers ever saw. Then a lot of what they did see, many campers seemed upset over. He did everything he could to do what was best for the camp. Ajax cracked a small smile at her comment about healing. “Just take care of yourself, alright?” He nodded. “Someone always ends up hurt, no matter how things go. We just have to wait to see how things go.” Ajax thought for a moment before saying, “Have I ever mentioned that your brother was the first person I met when I first came to camp?” Ajax was also the last person to see Colden before he disappeared, but he figured it was better to not add that information.

Drew walked over to the girl, no was really paying him much attention anyway. “Hey miss” Drew spoke gently trying not to spook the girl when she opens her eyes.
