Jamal | with Emma Lockwood | The beach
Sitting there, on the beach, staring at the small waves in the darker, murky ocean. Drops of rains now soaked through Jamal’s checked shirt. They were alone… for now. Their mind began revelling in its thoughts. Plotting to find a bucket to fill it with saltwater and splash it into Aphrodite’s cabin. Those guys would love to smell of the sea… not. It might even stop them thinking about how wet they are right now. They hated water. Jamal thought they heard a noise under the soft patter of rain on the sea, which made them realise that this plan was rather stupid. They shook their head as if to lose it from their mind, then turned to where they thought the noise had come from.
Jamal found they were face to face with a beautiful female. Her hair was curly and decent length, unlike how Jamal looked right now. “Hi,” Jamal responded with a smile. “I’m just on my way to that meeting at the big house.” They turned to look in the direction the girl was walking and then back at her. “Where are you off to, and in the rain nevertheless?”

Dustin Mansor | with Akio Moore | Big House Patio
Watching his mate only blink in response to what he’d said, only left Dustin more smug and self-assured that what he’d said had been correct. This would not have been logical in anyone else’s mind, it was just… Dustin logic. This only got worse when he became more proud of making Akio’s face go almost the same colour as a tomato. Dustin’s ego was always high but right now, it was getting dangerously so. Akio quietly mumbled with a small smile, “You should not be so certain…”
“Certain is my middle name,” he retorted cockily. “Normally it’s Danger but today, it is Certain, and I am for certain going to beat you in a race.”
Akio was quiet for a long time and Dustin wasn’t sure why, nor what to do. He stared at him for a second, then remembered his mother saying that it was rude to stare, so he started looking everywhere except at Akio. “I was thinking along those same lines… I was mainly hoping that it was not some announcement saying that we were about to be attacked, though. Just… hoping for something good, I suppose.”
“No, I hope it is,” Dustin disagreed, standing up straight. “What if there is an army on the other side of the camp hill and we have to fight. I’m ready.” He put up his fists to show that he was. “It could mean the end of whatever is happening when we win the battle just over that hill.”
