Biography :
Amy grew up without a dad, always wondering where he was and why he never wanted to see her. As a result of that, her mom could barely afford to put food on the table since she has a disability that puts her out of work. Her mother brought in many different men who could “support” them during that time, which didn’t benefit in Amy’s favor at all. She’s been though it. Her older brother had a job and brought in money that way, slowly earning enough to move out with his sister and place their obviously mentally ill mother into a caretaking facility. By that time, Amy worked two jobs along with keeping up a good rep at school. She inserted herself in clubs, tennis, charities, and volunteering — and in pretty much anything she could join to earn a scholarship.
No one knows about her home life, and she’d rather keep it that way. She’s never had time for parties, although she’d be interested in seeing one.
Her brother is one of her best friends. They have a very strong bond after all they’ve been through. He encouraged her to take on her passion of photography and cinematography. She dropped a job her junior year because her brother could finally bring in more income than before. He encouraged her to lighten her load — to enjoy high school and finally do more for herself her senior year.
