No worries, questions are great. I love questions. So for your baby, you click on them and hidden info will be seen, as Skyler said. You can use Blow Darts, Throwing Daggers, Sleight of Hand, or the one time use per area Sneak Attack.

This is up to you, as in the first story post I suggested they were family but not what. They could either be siblings, partners/married, parent/child, aunt/uncle and child, cousins, etc. Up to you two.

Having two of the group covered in thick black gunk now, Salazar decided it best to help the group out since they were probably feeling quite drained. When they see someone in need or even just getting tired, their first instinct is always to help. Muttering a few soothing words, Salazar focused on the two who were covered in gunk.

Rolls… Salazar: 11 and Thia/@elixr goes up by 2 stamina and Lucan/@Skyler2 goes up by 2 stamina.

OOOO ok
idk if this is a very good idea
but could Kiya maybe use their magic to trick the monster into thinking it is seeing a duplicate of itself?

Seeing the black tar stuff covering Thia and Lucan, and unsure what on Earth Salazar was doing, Kiya decided that it might best to trick the puddle in the hope it’d confuse it. Kiya sprayed their hands out in front of them. Focusing on the puddle, they managed to draw attention to them. The puddle looked as if it were doing nothing but the hand at its centre shot straight out, the bony arm still attached, straight their neck. It started to suffocate Kiya. (-2 damage to Kiya)

Well, weapons can work but it’s harder, just +5 more on the die to get a good result. But that works. Cool.

Two of Patrin’s group mates had been glooped by the deliciously smelling treat thing, and a third, Kiya, was now being strangled. So adjesting the bag on their back, Patrin removed the grappling hook and threw it up at a semi-fallen rock wall above them. It hooked around it and Patrin wildly around the puddle of black like a lunatic. It seemed to be working as the hand let go of Kiya and dropped back into the puddle. It splattered black on the walls with every miss it made at Patrin. (-2 damage to the black pudding)

Somehow, after Salazar had done whatever they were doing, Thia had felt energised and back to full strength. So when Patrin started distracted the black pool of sludge, they thought this was the perfect time to retry their ability after being rejuvenated. Thia let out another boisterous and horrendous laugh. This time it seemed to. Perhaps its ears were uncovered but the sludge was raging. (-2 damage to the black pudding) It was raging at Thia once again and splattered them with more of that horrid blob stuff. (-1 damage to Thia)

Uhmm, can I use Natural Disaster again?
Then again it does hit back, so maybe I could roll Dexterity to get out of the way?

You can.
Though unfortunately, as this is the board game and not an actual D&D game, a Dexterity check is not include. (pout)
