Well, you should def give feedback! I’d imagine this doesn’t work for everyone so I wonder how they take that into account for real, controlled, not internet quick studies.

I think that it’s good that most countries try to work towards gender equality, but I don’t think that a women’s quota is the right way to do so. Most females will just feel like they got the job because of a stupid quota and not because of their abilities and in some cases it might really be that way… 
We should try to make traditionally male jobs more attractive to women instead of creating quotas, in my opinion

Oh okay, I think it’s ridiculous to have a women’s or even a men’s for work policies. You should have an equal amount of both genders and non-binary genders as well. That is an old system that is still in place from past era’s that should be fixed. This is just how I feel about it.
