Of course I had to be the first one. I glanced around and slowly stood up. My parents looked at me, surely. They know exactly what I‘m going to choose. I sighed and walked up to the Erudite Leader. I looked at the bowls. I took the knife into my hands. I took a deep breath. I looked at the Candor bowl and slightly pulled the edge of the knife along my hand. I held my hand over the bowl of Candor and poured my blood into it.
Candor leader
“Candor!” He shouts loudly.
The candor group immediately stand up and begin applauding Astraea for her choice.

He‘s 18 and already did the ceremony. 
Astraea
I smiled slightly. My parents smiled. I walked back to my seat and sat down. I took a deep breath. I hope this was the right choice.
Leaders
There’s a chorus of applause then silence once again. “Charlotte!” Calls out the Candor leader.
Snow
Snow shivered. Cut myself? she thought. She wasn’t used to injury. But that is how she would choose. She would choose Dauntless, and no one could stop her. She watched as the Candor chose their fates.
Charlotte
I gulped, my throat feeling dry. I looked around. My Mother’s eyes met mine, and she smiled slightly at me, giving me a slightly reassuring look. However, my Father’s focus seemed to be away from me. I sighed and looked down for a second. God, what am I going to choose? I rubbed my lips together, slowly.
I stood up, and walked towards the Leader. I glanced down at the bowls. I blinked a few times. I knew all eyes were on me, just making me the slightest bit more nervous. You can do this. I took a deep breath and picked up the knife. I’m going to choose abnegation, right? I should be sure of my choice. It’s the safest route…for what I am.
I bit my lip, and ran the knife along my hand, feeling my hand sting. Shivers ran up my spine. I felt cold. I stared at the bowls. It’s the safest choice.
But do I want safe? I narrowed my eyes. What if I’m willing to take the risk? I want to be…free. Abnegation is not for me. And I knew it from the start. The blood was running down my hand. I have to make a choice. I held my hand over the Dauntless bowl, and the blood dripping onto the hot coals, sizzling. I gulped. I could heard a few gasps, and then cheers from Dauntless. I raised an eyebrow. Did I just do that?—
Dauntless leader
“Dauntless!” He announces in a proud voice, giving her a clap on the shoulder as a bunch of dauntless came running up and whisked her off stage.
“Next up: Callie Hernandez!”

Callie gulped and stood up, then weaves her way down the aisle and towards the stairs, not even looking at her boyfriend as he gave her a kiss.
Henrick (her boyfriend) had already chosen Amnity, which made her choice a lot easier. As she picked up the knife, she gave her sister a look saying “I’m sorry,” before cutting her hand and letting the blood fall into the dauntless bowl.
The leader announced, and she smiled well aware of the furious looks she was getting from her family, and the single tear running down her sisters cheek.
It would be fine she told herself - Lucy would get to pick next year anyway.
Leader
“Next, Mae!” The leader then stepped back into the line, waiting for Mae to approach
Mae
i still hadn’t made up my mind on what faction I belong to I know its not Candor her home faction. She doubted her boyfriend Sev would stay there. He seemed to be more of an amenity to her. She decided to go with her first thought. Dauntless. She took one last look at her family and Sev before cutting her hand and letting the blood fall into the dauntless bowl.

“Dauntless!” He announces to the crowd as The girl is surrounded by dauntless and pulled off of the stage.
“Next : Sev Hamon!”

Mae made the choice I knew she would. She is practically fearless. It will be sad to not see her everyday but I am sure I will get used to it with time. after all she has accepted a bisexual drag queen that is me. Amnity is for me. I took the knife and cut my finger letting the blood fall into the Amnity bowl

“Amnity!” The erudite leader shouts out, and as the crowd begin to mumble, getting ready to depart she screams “Silence!!!” And everyone freezes. The erudite leader smiles and continues with what she was about to say. “You entered this hall as a child. A lost soul on a path to our safe city. Now, as you walk out those gates you are an adult, and can expect to be treated as such. No more being sheltered by your parents. No more time wasting. You belong to your faction and owe it your life. Good Day.” She said to the hall, then left, following the other leaders as people began to depart.

Once everyone from Amnity Sev was quick to follow behind them. He didn’t want to be left behind.

The dauntless guys were fast at clearing out of the hall. Mae bearly managed to keep up with them

She hurried up to a girl she had seen also pick dauntless. “Hi!” She said cheerfully. “We met last night right?”
Mae
“yes we did outside the test center. Callie right?” Mae was happy that she would at least know someone there.

“Yeah!” She said happily, still looking around for her sister and catching a glimpse of her face as they were finally swept out of the hall and onto the street. Many of dauntless kids had started running. Callie laughed and gave chase, “come on!” She shouted to Mae.
Everyone has been called and should be leaving the ceremony
