Syrus had strangely enjoyed his first class, even if he had done less listening to the teacher and more talking with Caspian. He had learnt a lot from them and thoroughly enjoyed their talk. He had learned a lot from that talk and when the bell chimed, he and Caspian said his goodbyes as one was meant to do, and walked to his next class. Though when they never separated off to different classes, they learnt that they were headed for the same class. So stuck together.
That meant that Literature was more enjoyable too, he paid no more attention in that class than he did his first, which was largely due to having the distraction of a person to talk with and ask questions. He seemed to prefer the company of someone there to question, and it actually made him wish Caspian was in his next class too.

He found out they were. When the bell chimed again, Syrus soon realised the growling in his stomach could not be ignored. He had heard that he’d have to eat more regularly here on the surface of Earth, but he hadn’t known how regularly. Well, he must do what he must do, and headed to the Castleteria, Caspian accompanying him. They were in the short queue and looking at the menu, when a girl who was whiter than anything he’d ever seen, turned around with a mug of liquid. “Hello,” she greeted with a smile. “I’m Ailbhe. How about you?”
“You’re very white,” Syrus stated with nothing more than a melancholic tone. He didn’t know that that was an insensitive thing to say. But was aware that she had introduced herself. “Ailbhe. My name is Syrus. I’m waiting in line for food but don’t know what to order. I haven’t eaten much before. You seem to have eaten a lot before, what do you recommend?” Then was a long pause before Syrus remembered his books and what they’d said about introducing others. He side-stepped slightly for the girl to see Caspian. “And this is…” Though he became flustered when he realised he didn’t know this person’s name; two hours of talking and not once had he asked.

@Acorn06 - Ailbhe
@ethereal - Caspian - HAHAHA. We never had them introduce themselves.

Advanced Literature had been disappointing, the lesson wasn’t as structured as Vic would have like. Advanded Mathematics was marginly better but they still hoped for to improve. When the bell rang to end their second class, Vic walked around the door from where they had stood in the class and left the room, heading to the third class, Kingdom History & Management. They knew the route to take without delay, five minutes it would take. Although they could never have calculated someone interrupting them to ask, “You don’t happen to know where Kingdom History and Management is? I had a map back in my room, but clearly memorising it wasn’t nearly enough to make it stick in my head, you know?”
The creature known as Vic cocked their head at the person talking in one sharp moment. “Yes,” Vic stated in a very monotone drawl. “That is where Vic is going. I can show you. You follow Vic.” Then they walked on ahead, almost human-like Though their steps were clunky and their joints looked to need a little oiling.
