Cafeteria
Anang let out a sigh of relief. “I’m so glad it isn’t taken, I wouldn’t want to intrude.” they smiled softly. They reached for their bag, taking out a neatly packed sandwich. They weren’t sure whether or not they’d have to pay for their food, so preparing lunch ahead of time seemed like the best solution. “What’s your name, if you don’t mind me asking?” The introduction seemed to be going good so far.
That’s what extroverts do, right? Asking for other people’s names isn’t weird or anything, or was that too personal of a question? Oh, just stop it already, Anang! As their thoughts were racing, they realized that they’ve been lost in thought for a few seconds, leaving awkward silence between them and the guy sitting across.
“Oh, so everyone is new?” they raised a brow. “I wasn’t aware of that, I guess I should’ve researched more.” Anang spoke, followed by an awkward laugh.
