Aidene || Carnival || with Ivan
“So I’ve been told. Multiple times today. By you.” Aidene shrugged slightly and was surprised when he returned her poke in a playful manner. He laughed at as she understood, rather slowly what he was hinting at and she rolled her eyes as he shook his head. He was flirtatious and dirty which simultaneously amused and embarrased Aidene, but mostly embarrased her. “Sure you aren’t.” “I am not!” She insisted her cheeks still flaming red. She looked away before adding, “My sisters are more interested in that.” Which was, unfortunately, true. They had no issue seducing and persuading those of any gender, meanwhile Aidene got flustered if someone so much as even hinted at it. It made for a few close calls when she was doing her havoc-bringing onto various places – she had to learn to poise herself. Ivan had a way of making her lose her poise though. She glared at him, “Glad you’re finding this cute, tell me should I stammer a bit and see if that makes it cuter?” She finished sarcastically.
“I think so. You’re demanding, rich, pretty-” Aidene turned her head to face Ivan as he cut off. She laughed slightly and a light pink dusted her cheeks. “Huh, striking simalarities.” Aidene rose an eyebrow as Ivan continued to speak, she was slightly surprised…and maybe pleased by his response. Simply because it was nice to recieve a compliment from him, they were friends after all. That’s not all. “Good on you for helping the environment, Princess.” Aidene chuckled slightly, “Huh, you’re sticking with that nickname, then? But yes of course, as royalty it is my duty to protect the environment around me.” Aidene replied in mocking tone and did an air cursty in a sarcastic manner.
" Lucius." Aidene nodded, filing this small amount of information away in her head. It was light, un-important but still important to her. Because she wanted to get to know him, so she could have something to remeber about this friend she had once upon a time long after she’s burned down this school. “Mine?” A ghost of a smile seemed to hover on her lips for a moment before she spoke her middle name. It had been a long time since she heard it, her mother used to use her full name when she needed to get her attention or when she was angry with her. “Carina,” she ansewered. “And that was your question, so mine now is: If you could go and visit anywhere, where would you go?”
“Alright, alright, if you insist,” Ivan had agreed to the pink-haired girl’s offer who beamed and ran around the booth and threw her arms around him into a hug. She was shorter than Ivan so she had to step on her tippy toes but in her elation she didn’t allow that to faze her. “Thank you!” She released Ivan quickly and stepped back and the other girls in line whispered excitedly. Aidene rose an eyebrow at Ivan accepting, but she supposed the wish would definitely be a tempting driver. Although, she couldn’t help feeling a bit jealous? No, I’m not jealous. That’d be ridculous, we’re just friends. Aidene thought to herself as she leaned against the booth. “Don’t come to me if you end up getting Mononucleosis,” Aidene teased slightly as she referred to the ‘kissing disease’. She wondered what she’d end up doing, she didn’t want to stand her watch Ivan kissing people…not because she was jealous – simply because that’s weird! And she was a little jealous. But at the same time, she didn’t want to end up walking back to the school alone. She brushed a stray wisp of hair away from her face as she glanced at the line of girls already gathering closer to him. “You’ve already got a crowd,” Aidene chuckled lightly, waving away thoughts of jealousy and leaving. She patted his back and gave him a sympathetic look, “Like pinky said, I pity you. Deeply.”
