“Thank you, I’m happy to hear that. I was hoping you’d say that.”
”The pleasure is all mine” she said with a small smirk and ran her hand thought her hair.

“Yes. You don’t like them?” they asked, and started explaining how necessary and fascinating they are, a matter which frankly, Audelia couldn’t give any less sh!ts about . ”Maybe. But they’re kind of gross.” she said with a light shrug ”Have you ever looked at a zoomed picture of an insect? They’re hideous”

Not too long after appearing in the Castleteria, Ervic felt his waist squeezed by two delicate arms. Then soft lips and warm breath were on his ear and he heard them whisper, “Well goodmorning my new partner.”
Partner? What had that meant? She must have meant a partner in terms of torture and murder, nothing more. But why was part of wanting it to mean something else? He stood there, frozen to his spot, unable to move. Telling his brain to break out of her hold, to say something, even to disappear on the spot and go far away from this place. Apparently, Ervic’s body was developing a mind of its own and disconnecting from his brain altogether.
Not wanting to break out of her hold, he carefully spun around to face her.
“And good morning to you too,” he responded in a deep morning grumble and a smug smile on his face. She pulled away from him and he realised he had to get ahold of himself. Ervic cleared his throat but the grumble was still there, “Seeing how you… commit crimes was fun yesterday and I hope your new partner will get to see some other recipes.”

Noah was also a twin, but this was probably the first time he met someone with an identical twin. A very useful information for the future when he goes around looking for a first friend he made in the school, only friend. But it was just the beggining of the day and by the end of it he wanted to meet as many students as possible; which shouldn’t be hard concidering his nature and frienly personality. “That’s good to know. It would’ve been really sad seeing “you” again and thinking you actually didn’t like me at all,” he joked, picking up one of the fruits that was in the mix.

”I mean, chip sounds adorable. Or is he not really a teacup either?”
“No, sorry to dissapoint you,” he whispered in the same way she did with a cheeky smile on. “He used to be until dear Belle saved him. And I’d rather have a real brother. not a teacup,” continuing with whispers, he laughed lightly at his words, now thinking about home. About the castle and his family, little village he would go to every day. He was gone for a day and he already missed his life but he doesn’t regret coming here. “Is your sister a teacup?” He teasingly asked, more so he could figure out who the girl next to him was and where she came from. Maybe it could even tell him something more about her because so far he only knew that she was nice and the type to blush when receiving compliments. Or so he thought. “What’s your first class?”

Looking in the expression Bobbie made, she was quite relieved on her worry to not be so intense, but of course then asked a few questions of the last. Though to Cotton’s view, it seemed as though it looked jittery with a question of wanting to know more. Of course, passing it off as a way to know more with a bit of worry, she only took a deep breath and replied to her questions, “Of course, all people do. No one is completely to be liked all the time. I may be the most beautiful and glamorous than the rest of these normal people, but of course they hate some pars of me cuz i am beautiful and glamorous. It’s normal mortal psychology, And plus we are yet to be close friends, so don’t underestimate that I’m just nice and pretty. I know some hate me, but I cease to never care. I don’t need pity nor a worry for matters like these” Cotton then paused as her face soon gave a crease of smile to remind Bobbie of something, “So please, never worry to things I will say. Unless it’s a threat. Do worry, but I’m not a threat to you since you are nice.”

With Bobbie’s amazement and questions to her, it felt her a sense of pride yet was bombarded with lots of comments, not the usual since people would literally be silent or speak less since she can be p!ssed easily. It might’ve been easy for Cotton since her childishness reminded her of one of her siblings. “Mhm, Advanced. Oh so you also have a twin here, I’m guessing a polar opposite? Plus, I don’t think attending advanced classes makes everything better. It is stressful in the purest form possible. It’s enough to make my body melt with internal heat of stress. But of course, I get credit where credit is due, but it is for my lavish early education. My father.” And as her explanation goes on, she felt a touch in her cheeks. A point, but enough to give a a gasp as she abruptly took aout a mirror to check her complexion.

“Oh my goodness! Not the face! Bobbie, one rule to be learned in communication is to never touch important part of me without permission. And I did not give consent nor a permission to touch my delicate skin. It may be enough to handle the everyday pressures of the human body, but this is considered rude!” As she looked in the mirror, though not seen by others, her eyes could detect a micro dent on such a delicate feature. Even the human face is as delicate, smoothening her face, her eyebrows creased as she made the micro dent unseen. Walking alongside her, coming closer towards her classes, she continued her conversation for her uniform as she looks down to see that her skirt has risen up a bit. Possibly in a rush, but she pushed the skirt down a bit as it appropriated the standard silhouette that she was going for,

“My skirt just risen up a bit. Of course the classic silhouette of the 50s New Look is determined beautiful. Although a but conservative than 40s, it looked glamorous. Below the knee, a cinched waist, perky bosoms, and a graceful demeanor to touch up. I strive to look like the models of Vogue of that time, so my choices are of course as delightful as always. I mean this school’s uniform is nothing like that! Just plain doll. So I made it a bit refined and glamorous. But I am doing fine, I did borrow some black gloves this afternoon for reasons I will not answer to someone who is… I don’t know, my roommate, but you know, to look glamorous is to look at other’s closets.”

“Spirits, oh so that may be the definition I’m looking for!” Bai-San’s enthusiasm for remembering that word was quite a landmark to her, but she does need to try to look at a dictionary to expand her vocabulary. As she looked at her phone, checking in for some type of definitions, she looked back to Neisha’s direction as she listened to her comments as she looked at some of her comments with amazement. Wow, a spirit who is stuck inside a body. Like humans but more complicated, she thought to herself. As she was able to process the information, she replied to Neisha, “Interesting! I mean I’m not sure if this is just a physical reproduction of my then body or just a transformation of spirit to flesh, but I do relate to the fitting in mortals. I forgot to ask ma, but honestly what is to care for such a small issue. I mean I met other spirits and gods who started wars and stuff, so that part seems small to ask about. Also speaking of wars, your true form must be either too ethereal and beautiful or extremely horrifying. Since that is most of the stories and people that I had met, but then again who cares, if your character is nice, the people from above will just tell me when it’s my time to go to the heavens for like a break!”

And with her finishing speech, she giggled she thought of many ways of what she could tell, but of course, would like to keep it a bit frank so that she will not be bored, “Well first things first is that I’m old. I’m not saying how old am I, cuz that is rude. But yes, I’m old, but that doesn’t mean I can’t kick butt! I’m a cool person, even in my days. Secondly is that, even though I’m from heaven, lemme tell you how these old folks love to riddle. Well, understandable, if they tell me my fortune, they’ll just say I will get a good business and not tell me how. That’s cause when I’m in this world, I should be able to do my actions to make that predictions work. I mean if they say it all, I would be more powerful here than these people. So praise them! Lastly is that I love green, I love lilies, like my hanfu would be the purest of emerald green. Adorned with gold and the purest jade, embroidered with the most precious of threads. Silks galore! And all must be of my favorite color, green. It’s just such a delicate yet regal color. What’s your favorite color? I heard that is a common questions in mortals.”

AILBHE - GARDENS

Valencia had a good grip, which Ailbhe smiled slightly at. Maybe she wasn’t as worried as she had first thought. The girl was a first year too, which Ailbhe was glad to hear. “Cool,” She replied, putting on a grin. People usually trust grins.
“May I ask what your parentage is?”
Giving Valencia a wry look, Ailbhe replied, “My father is the Dullahan, better known as a harbinger of death and the headless horseman. I don’t know who my mother is; likely some poor woman he seduced in a local town.”
Ailbhe was supposed to inherit her father’s title, but she didn’t want people dead. A note of bitterness had clouded her voice during the introduction of her father. Ailbhe was a long way off forgiving him for replacing her.
“How about you,” She added brightly. Time to learn more about this Valencia person.

Meabh shook her head as Aoife spoke.
“[I dare not ask … I am curious, but I rather ask after I prepare myself to hear something truly horrific.]”
“[Even if you did ask, I wouldn’t tell you,]” Meabh replied, shrugging. “[It’s not my story to tell. Ask Neisha, she won’t lie to you, although I can’t say that being reminded won’t p!ss her off.]”
Aoife looked around for a place to sit, soon finding one and taking it. She looked pretty deep in thought for a moment, before snapping back to reality.
Meabh followed her and sat in the seat beside her as she asked; "[So are you new to this school?]”
Meabh nodded. “[Yup. First day. How about you?]”

NEISHA SÍDHE - LITERATURE

Neisha looked up as she noticed Meabh entering the room, but turned her attention swiftly back to Bai-San as she began rambling on again.
“Interesting! Since that is most of the stories and people that I had met, but then again who cares, if your character is nice, the people from above will just tell me when it’s my time to go to the heavens for like a break!”
Neisha laughed, not sure where to start in responding to that. “Well, for one, I’m not stuck. I just like this form better. I can switch if need be.” She shrugged. Maybe showing her chains would entice this one to have more interest in her. Of course, the ensuing questions on how they came to be would most certainly be annoying, but as long as she didn’t get too prying, Neisha was sure she’d be fine.
“Well first things first is that I’m old. I’m not saying how old am I, cuz that is rude. But yes, I’m old, but that doesn’t mean I can’t kick butt!
“Oh i’m sure you can,” Neisha replied, only a touch sarcastically. Bai-San didn’t look overly strong or fast, but Neisha knew better than anyone that looks weren’t everything when it came to power.
"Lastly is that I love green, I love lilies, like my hanfu would be the purest of emerald green. Adorned with gold and the purest jade, embroidered with the most precious of threads. Silks galore! And all must be of my favorite color, green. It’s just such a delicate yet regal color. What’s your favorite color? I heard that is a common questions in mortals.”
Wow. This girl really liked green.
“My favourite colour is silver,” Neisha replied. “It’s pretty i guess. I’m not as crazy about it as you are with green though” She chuckled, slightly incredulous at Bai-San’s enthusiasm. This one has too much energy for her own good.

[“The same.]” I put it simply. I didn’t want to tell her how I wanted to learn something about this school before blindly attending it as to not make her feel like she’s dissapointing me, but then I realised a more optimistic way to put it, a way she wouldn’t ever think of the first idea even lingering in my mind. [“Now we can discover it together. I’m not as alone in this as I thought I was going to be.]” I smiled and looked aorund nervously. I really hope there weren’t assigned books for this class because I didn’t get the memo. There were so manny things I wish I knew right now, that worry could be seen on my facial expression alone so as to not exclude my friend from my train of thought as it was obvious I was lsot in it I asked a simple “[Nervous?]” Hoping for a yes.

She doesn’t mind pulling a few games here and there, but she has to admit she didn’t expect him to turn around and face her. She could fed her whole face burn with how close they were but she didn’t want to back down, she’s not the type to. She held her ground and looked him in the eyes trying not to take a peak at his lips. “And good morning to you too,” She had to collect her thoughts a lot happened especially yesterday. From the stairs incident to baking those people. She didn’t expect to have so much fun. “Seeing how you… commit crimes was fun yesterday and I hope your new partner will get to see some other recipes.” She smirked at his comment and shrugged casually. She never thought to share her recipes or techniques ever, but she actually looked forward to.”I just might need to, but I have to say you must have tricks too right?” She playfully tilted her head at him. It was hard to read how he fully felt with her. Maybe this is what partners in crime always felt like. “I mean partners don’t keep secrets right?”

[“Now we can discover it together. I’m not as alone in this as I thought I was going to be.]” Meabh smiled at this. Probably not the time to tell this girl that they weren’t the most social bee in the nest. Although, as long as Aoife didn’t pester them too much over things it shouldn’t be so bad.
Meabh could clearly see as worry clouded Aoife’s eyes. What is she worrying about? Meabh honestly didn’t know whether to ask or not, and mistakenly thought that they’d get an answer when the girl opened her mouth to speak.
“[Nervous?]” Aoife asked her. Pausing for half a second, Meabh considered. She was far from nervous, but empathy was supposedly a thing that made people dislike you less. “[Nope,]” She replied shortly. “[Although I get why you could be. This is a completely new place, after all. We know nothing.]”

When she said she wasn’t nervous, I was a bit dissapointed, but I could tell she was not only forgiving, but strong willed from how she could just forgive a person who in a fit of rage wounded her so and that’s why not knowing something doesn’t instantly instill fear into her … but it does instill fear into me. “[That’s exactly why I’m nervous. I know nothing. I believe we only fear death because there is no way of knowing what awaits us afterwards, so every person fears and try to avoid death as often as possible because of that fear. I’m nervous because a small fraction of the fear of death comes to me when I come across something so new, yet so life-changing and something I know nothing about. I suppose you wouldn’t understand. You seem better off when there’s something bigger to fear that of school.]” During the last sentence I nodded towards her sister, hoping I was right and not insulting her or her sister, or getting their relationship completely wrong. So I regrette insinuating anything in the first place.

Marc felt a pleasant warmth in his chest at Bertram’s easy kindness, even more so when he realised that he was a student, just like him -and still went on about details on botanics. “It is more beautiful from here,” he said, gesturing towards the shrubs that expanded into the sunrise. Lovely.

A student who saw him, and one with a passion for plants. Marc’s grip on his suitcase loosened almost instinctively. “Oh my, I didn’t mean to be rude,” he lilted, turning his head to look back at the other. “I didn’t think we’d be around the same age. Surely you’ve had a lot of experience with these to know so much about them…” Marc let his hand caress the golden petals ever so slightly. “If you like plants, you should come to Rold Skov-”

The rest of the sentence died off as he looked into Bertram’s eyes, and his smile clenched slightly. “Oh, never mind. It’s not a very nice place.” A smile still set on his lips, Marc took a moment to remind himself of how different things were here. “Yours must have been much lovelier, if you’re familiar with all of this. “Okay, I guess I can’t argue with that,” Rory giggled and reached out, as if he wanted to hold Kellan’s hand. Kellan raised his eyebrows-looking shocked. Was he trying to… No, he must’ve flinched or something. There was no way. “No, you can’t,” he replied eventually, still thinking about Rory possibly trying to hold his hand. “Yeah, my cat is named Rosie, she is like my baby if I’m being honest, I have had her since she was only a few days old.” Kellan listened with wide brown eyes and let out a long “Awwwwwww! That’s so sweet.” He looked at Rosie again, she was adorable. “Kittens are everything, too.” Rory smiled at Kellan’s pictures-telling him it was cool to have a pet pig. He laughed-“Aww, thanks!” Since Hammy could talk, they were also friends…in a way. He couldn’t wait to tell Hammy about Rory either-he couldn’t wait to tell everyone about Rory! “I really don’t think I could, but thank you, Kellan for saying. That is a pretty big confidence boost, if I’m being honest.” Kellan grinned, shaking his head. “You’ll see.” Was all he said. He knew Rory could eventually get there if he wanted. Rory looked worried at Kellan’s gasp-he looked cute. “I’m glad, because I’m no good at it.” Kellan flipped imaginary hair-“Don’t worry, I got you,” he bubbled. “My bestie Cara is super fashionable, too. She actually helped with the uniform design.” He gestured to his own uniform. He looked around and then whispered, as if telling a secret. “I’m kinda only wearing it since she’s so proud.” “They are cute, but I would die in those, Kellan, I’m more of a functionality guy.” Kellan let out a loud laugh-“We’ll find something else for you, then. I like being taller,” he joked.

“Right, better than letting a bad thing happen because you’re too scared to do anything.” Eun nodded firmly at this-she agreed wholeheartedly. Hilda sat with an open mouth after listening to Eun talk about her family. “I’m now grateful for my mom, as crazy as she is.” Eun smiled gently-“Don’t compare your family to mine of course, everyone has different struggles.” “Could I meet your siblings sometime?” At this question, Eun froze a bit. She didn’t want to introduce her siblings to her new, sweet friend. They would probably like Hilda-who wouldn’t-and then take them away. Maybe not, but she couldn’t help feeling she didn’t want to mix her life with theirs anymore. Still, she smiled gracefully, “Of course! I don’t get along very well with my sister, but I’m sure she’d like you.” “Honestly, I’m shocked I don’t have any siblings with how much my mom messed around with random dudes.” Eun nodded-“Wow, she must use really good birth control.” She noted-not in a mean or sarcastic way. “I had to take care of myself more as I got older, but she was always there.” Eun nodded-“You do seem like you can take care of yourself.” She complimented. Hilda made a fa-la-la-la noise as they pulled their fist away from Eun’s, which made Eun burst into laughter. “Fa la la l a la!” She repeated.

“That’s right,” Cam replied softly. Bay smiled back as she reminisced on the past year-she was so glad she’d met him. “I wonder what our lives would be like if we hadn’t met,” she mused, speaking her thoughts out loud. He smiled at her-seeming to know she was joking. Which was good! Bay would never want her boyfriend to see her as someone who would hurt animals, just as someone who wanted to protect him with everything she had. “Hm, I’m not sure I’d be able to guess which one. They all look very similar, you know?” Cam said in a joking way. Bay made a face-“True.” She agreed. “I guess they get off scot-free. But next time, I’ll come for them!” She punched the air as she said this, speaking very loudly.

He smiled. “Nope,” he assured her, continuing to use the blowtorch. “Cookies don’t have nerves. I can’t feel a thing right now.” “What?” She exclaimed, peering closer at the tiny flame. He wasn’t flinching, his face showing no sign of pain. She didn’t think he would lie to her either. “Wow,” she murmured quietly. Not being able to feel pain seemed cool-although she knew it probably had it’s downsides. He laughed, “Come on, then. Let’s get the big b-stard up here.” He took her hand in his-hers still wet from the ocean, his still warm from the blowtorch. She grinned at him and began to walk as fast as she could-she didn’t run in case he was still healing.

“WOW!” She said, as she finally saw the fish he had caught-lying dead on the sand. It was a very fat grey fish and seemed to have whiskers of some sort. She licked her lips- “That’s going to taste great!” This time it was her stomach that growled. He grabbed the fish around the middle, and by his reaction it seemed to weigh a lot. Bay quickly grabbed the fish by the head to help him. “You know, it was much lighter underwater.” Bay let out an oof as she felt how heavy the fish was-“You’re not kidding!” She laughed, her arms straining a bit. Still, she was sure she could make it to the kitchen.

“They really are! Really friendly, too.” Maya said, smiling. “Thank you!!” Camilla exclaimed, even though Maya had been complimenting dolphins, not her. She had taken it the wrong way, as she had been thinking about herself before Maya said that. “You can borrow some of mine, I don’t mind.” Camilla’s eyes sparkled-“Really! Are you sure, MnM?” “Ooh, you have a brother, don’t make him mad.” Camilla rolled her eyes, though her smile stayed on her face. “Everything I do seems to make him mad.” She smiled at Maya-“Though I think he’d be happy I met you.” Maya seemed to be everything Jason wanted in a friend for Camilla-she’d definitely meet his standards and gain his “approval”. “I don’t have brothers, but my cousin goes here, too.” Camilla tilted her head-“Do you have sisters?” She asked eagerly. “What’s your cousin like?”

“Did you ever tell him to stop?” “It’s no use!” Camilla groaned dramatically. “He just thinks he knows everything,” She said with a small hmph, crossing her arms. “Hope so, too.” Maya nodded. Camilla sighed dreamily, thinking about what she’d look like as a mermaid. “I think I’d want a yellow tail! Or purple. What color was your tail?” “No, no, I meant my mom.” Camilla nodded. “Ohhhhhhhh.” She said. She tilted her head-“Your Mom’s not an angel?” She asked somewhat sadly. “Belle is definitely an angel.” Maya chuckled. Camilla nodded, though she didn’t know Belle either. “Of course!!”

She shrugged and looked away for a moment-“Maybe I don’t want you to.” “Aww, why not?” Ivan asked, tilting his head and trying to get into her line of vision. He used a joking tone, but he did want an answer. She smirked-“I was talking about the baseball cap, but we can burn the hair too…” Ivan laughed-“What’s all this ‘we’ stuff?” He asked teasingly, though he kept his hands on his head… just in case. She mock frowned. “Pity.” Ivan let out another sad sigh. “Indeed,” he replied overdramatically. “Sorry to disappoint.” Ivan grinned playfully at her-“You should be.” The pressure was even more intense-he knew Aidene was watching him, although he didn’t know what she was thinking. He didn’t want to. He felt her move a bit, though he didn’t look over at her-he didn’t want to see what expression was on that pretty face. She snorted, not believing him. “Suree,” she drawled. He frowned at this. “Definitely not because you don’t know how to solve the problem.” He looked down at the problem again and his entire face turned red as he realized he had wrote it completely wrong. Embarassed, he wrote it a third time, paying attention to make sure it was correct and legible as well. She stretched lazily, “I can help you if you want.” He exhaled, then smirked confidently at her. “No, no, I got this. Third time’s a charm.” He said with a cheerful wink. He had already tried subtracting the sixty-seven, so this time, he tried to add what was inside the parenthesis-‘Please Excuse My Dear Aunt Sally’, right? 3(-10x)=67. Next, he multiplied the three and ten to get -30x = 67. So the answer is close to two… Somehow it still didn’t seem right. And now he didn’t know how to divide sixty-seven by thirty. He looked a bit frustrated as he stared at the paper, wondering what he should do.

orp >> thank goodness!!! and OMG nooo you are big brained ani!! ANSNDJDKD I KNOW IM SAD OKAYYYY but on another note, Aidene is the cutest ever and I stand by that.

Rory finalized name plat
Rory caught the look on Kellan’s face when he reached out to hold his hand. This sent a wave of panic through Rory. Not only had Kellan caught him reaching for his hand but he also seemed shocked and shook wasn’t usually a good thing in Rory’s experience. Kellen had such pretty brown eyes. Kellan’s aww over Rosie brought Rory back to his senses. “What is your pet pig like? I mean Ive never met some who had a pig as a pet.” Rory was generally curious if things were different for people who had different pets. Rory wished he had more people than his sister to tell about Kellan because he knew just form this interaction that Kellan would be stuck in his head and on his mind for… probably ever. This was the biggest and fastest crush Rory had ever had and he was hoping it didn’t end in a fiery disaster. “Oh come on you really think I would be insta famous? I guess that just sounds crazy to me.” He said as he shrugged and let his eyes get wide honestly shocked that Kellan seemed rather certain that he easily could. Rory couldn’t help laughing at the imaginary hair flip that Kellan did when he started to talk about fashion. “Good I mean this is the most fancy I’ve ever dressed and its a standard issue uniform. She did a good job.” He nodded as he looked at the uniform on Kellan. “I hope you can find me something that I don’t feel like a fish out of water in though.” Rory shook his head smiling when Kellan stated he like being taller. “What if I want to be the taller one?” Rory asked jokingly he really didn’t care as long as Kellan was happy.

The boy looked at him coldly-which made Jakob shiver. Not a prank person, huh? He spoke in monotone as he pushed Jakob away with one woolen hand. “I don’t have one.” Jakob moved right back into his personal bubble-giving him an ‘are you kidding’ face. Who didn’t have a name? Or at least something they liked to be called. “Sure. And I’m not the master of pranks.” He said sarcastically, smirking at the blonde-haired boy. “Tell me your name, or…” He thought for a second. “I guess I’ll have to call you pixie-dust-pants.” He laughed a bit wildly at his new nickname for his friend. “Or…” He chuckled a bit maliciously, “I might just have to call you that anyways! It’s too good!”

“And I don’t care what your thing is. It doesn’t make me your toy, unlike you seem to believe.” Jakob stared at him-what a priss! “Hey, I never said that,” Jakob said, somewhat defensive. Sure, he saw the world as one big playground, but he saw most as a “playmate” rather than “plaything”. If the boy in front of him could stop acting like someone p-ssed in his cereal, he’d be a lot more fun. “Again, it was only a goof.” He seemed a bit more confident now, letting go of the shelf and retrieving the school guidebook. Oh! Jakob had one of those too, but he was pretty sure he’d thrown it in the mess under his bed. “About your next prank, would you mind if I make a suggestion?” Jakob perked up, his eyes brightening-this was more like it!

“If attention is all you seek, I would put that time to looking a little more worth of it.” Jakob jerked back, offended. “I’ll have you know that plenty of girls-and boys think I’m worthy of their attention,” Jakob said, smirking smugly. “And since you’re still talking to me, maybe you think that too?” He raised an eyebrow suggestively. As the blond boy fumbled and then stared up, Jakob looked up as well. The boy’s muffler was hovering above their heads, just a bit out of Jakob’s reach. “I’d like that back, please.” He was staring at Jakob, as if expecting something. Rolling his eyes a bit, Jakob shifted to stand, then a lightbulb went off in his head. “Not so fast. What will you give me?” His eyes were filled with excitement and greed.

orp >> @edelgard Poil de Carotte I- I just know that means redhead or something I’m dyingggg- also, I am sorry to ask, but I do not know what a muffler is, and was wondering if you could explain :eyes:

As attentive and observant Isaiah normally was, he didn’t notice Laurie’s attempt at keeping some personal space. He didn’t hate being touched or anything, Isaiah just wasn’t used to it. He listened while Laurie brushed off the question, taking a sip from his drink before answering. “Why? Did your dad do something horrible or something? Not everyone can always be a saint, people make mistakes. My father, you, me- there’s no exception. That’s what’s great in life.”
Isaiah went back to eating to let what he said sink in. He had made plenty of mistakes in his life. Such as not getting to know his brother better.

“It’s my father you have to worry about.”

Aodghan nodded. It made sense that Death itself would need to be feared more than some scrawny kid that he could easily beat up. “If he wasn’t fit to be a parent, why’d he have a kid?” Aodghan raised an eyebrow, “Was he tricked into having children?” His father had been tricked into having kids. Well, technically as his mom did give Diarmuid a love potion. He would have been loyal if it wasn’t for her.

“He believes people die when it’s their time, and so do I.”

“Funny, I believe that you die once you’ve become a hero. Everyone has that chance, some just don’t take it. That’s what it means to die old. At least that’s what I was told.”

He scowled when she brushed off his country. “Some people have the courtesy of saying where they’re from after being so kindly told by someone else where said person was from- wait, does that even make sense? Whatever, the point is that it’s courteous to share where you’re from.” Tristan didn’t have much hope for an answer seeing as this was the girl who had been oh-so-tentative in sharing her name. “Yeah… brother. He… he sucks. He’s a brat. We don’t talk about him,” he responded coldly.

“Fake?”

Tristan shrugged his shoulders. “Sometimes you gotta crack make a few omelets to crack an egg. Or something. I forgot the saying. Point is that some girl’s are too gullible for their own good and need some bad boy for them to not make mistakes in the future.” It was the best response he could come up with in a moments notice. He really didn’t wanna get slapped. “Fine. I’m Silver, you’re Strawberry.” Tristan scowled, “Unlike some, I don’t hate my name.”

Pin nodded slightly before he started saying, “So- I mean, yes, of course.” They were able to catch himself before once again causing a problem. Pin turned away, blushing, when Rylan brought up girls. “Well… I… I must admit, I never really met any. The few I did meet were… special. Empresses or nobles, they had a lot of jewels and what not in their hair and it was normally done up. I was also never really allowed to talk to them.”

Pin smiled when Rylan responded in French, with much better pronunciation than when he had spoken Vietnamese. “C’était mieu. Je pense que tu as biensoin plus de pratique. J’ai commencé quand j’était… dix, peut-être? Mais ca peuve êtes moins.” It roughly translated to “That was better. I think you need more practice. I started when I was ten, maybe? Might be less.” If anything good had come out of being with Hien, it was the schooling he had been given.

Calista
|| With Olive || in the Gardens ||

“When you don’t insult me, sure,”

Calista didn’t bother looking up, she was too busy trying to remember if she had insulted this girl. “You’d think someone who claims to be so powerful would be less threatened by a “mere mortals” insult.” There was a smirk playing on Calista’s lips.
“Sure, if you like. Other people would more accurately say that we are Fae, similar to Gods and just as powerful, if more material.”
This caught Calista’s attention. Strong words to be comparing yourself to a God, she thought to herself, They don’t tend to be very forgiving. “Funny, my mother’s a God. And I can assure you that she is very material. Even more so than you - seeing as you have barely any evidence of this fact. Except for that sad excuse of a tail you have.”

@Acorn06 - ORP Thanks, that gives me a plan. Calista would totally have remembered this from any stories she read. Also, don’t mind me looking up what on earth a bridle is.

Alicia Liddel

The boy had skillfully turned this conversation away from his own parents - or maybe Alicia had accidentally done this herself. Either way, she blushed when the boy recognized her parents name and mentioned the truthfulness of the story. “Well… even in my realm there’s no real evidence of it being real. There are some suggestions that my mom is just has schizophrenia- sorry, I said too much. She’s just… well, no one really knows. But she named her own kid Alicia… whatever that tells you.” She was nervous as she continued her ramblings. Not really knowing when to stop.

”Never said they were, But I do like my privacy”

Mei’s face fell. They were not making it easy to get to know. “Well, privacy’s a good thing to have. Boundaries are important sometimes. Sometimes it’s good to be less guarded, though.” Mei didn’t press any further on the subject of what Jeryn was drawing.

"Isn’t that where all baby names come from?”

“Well, my grandmother was actually the one that chose my name. Sooooo, depends on who you are I guess.”

Kyle smirked at her look of amazement. He spent a lot of time on it - one of the few things he did put an effort in - so it felt nice to be acknowledged for it. She complimented them and Kyle simply nodded his thank you, his hand was starting to get sore from all the writing.
When he asked how she knew what the teacher was saying, Theo took out a contraption of some sort and Kyle tilted his head. It made sense she’d be good at engineering seeing as she was in the advanced math class. She gestured to start talking so that’s what he did, thinking back to a poem his mother told him every night before bed,

“The girl he loves is midnight, like the blue of the sea cradled be the moonlight.
The girl he loves is verdant, the very green of the hill kissed by the summer delight.
The girl he loves is coral, as pink as the roses that grow in his mother’s garden.
The girl he loves is crimson, red like the autumn leaves that lay abandoned.
The he loves I can never be
Because he’s allergic to violets,
And violets are too much like me.

He didn’t know who wrote it, merely that his mother seemed to adore it. Looking back after all these years, it kind of foreshadowed his parent’s divorce. He shrugged the thought off, didn’t matter anyways. “Sorry if it’s too sappy,” Kyle wrote on the paper.

@ethereal - Theo ORP: The poem’s by Nikita Gill, if you’re wondering.

AlyaCheshire
|| With Samantha and Headmaster Grimm || at the Front of the School ||

She didn’t mind being left out of the conversation, it gave Alya time to finish her toast which was on the verge of getting cold. She nodded when Headmaster Grimm said hello, she wasn’t one for formalities. Alya was however interested in what he had been doing before meeting them. Then he did something kind of weird which was inviting Samantha into the school.

Alya was still kind of confused at what just happened when Samantha told her that it was considered a warning of danger to not be invited in. “Oh, really? That’s interesting, where are you from?” Alya asked the question with an upbeat voice. “In my world it’s considered dangerous if you don’t eat some form of shrinking or enlargement potion before entering… then again that’s because we don’t really have a set door size and it’s kind of cooky over there.”

Headmaster Grimm went back inside the school and Alya was left with Samantha. “Well now that that’s done, do you know where your classes are? I didn’t see him give you a schedule… or a uniform. Well, you can actually just buy the uniform if you want. But the schedule’s a bit… uh… crucial to not failing your classes.”

Hilda noticed Eun stiffened when they asked to meet her siblings. They were about to say they didn’t have to meet them if she was uncomfortable, but she then smiled, saying her sister would probably like them. Hilda shrugged it off, not let it bother them. Hilda burst out laughing at the birth control comment. “Oh, definitely. I don’t know how she does it. You gotta love her, though.” Hilda flushed at Eun’s compliment, grinning. “Thanks. I’d say I’m a pretty good cook.” When Eun laughed after the fist bump, Hilda burst out laughing, falling out of her chair with a thud. “Ow! I’m ok!”

Laurie name
Laurie didn’t know how to react to Isaiah’s statement about mistakes. The issue was that his dad did terrible things and never once believed them to be mistakes. Out of petty hatred towards his own son to Laurie he had even left him to die at one point that was no mistake in his fathers mind. Laurie sighed as he decided what to say. “That might be true that we all make mistakes but to be a good person you have to know and acknowledge that your mistakes are mistakes. My father doesn’t believe that the horrible things he had done and continues to do are mistakes he thinks they are accomplishments Isaiah.” Laurie took a deep breath and at his food. “Im not like him and I don’t like talking about him.” he mumbled under his breath.
