MEABH AND NEISHA
Meabh smiled slightly as the new kid seemed to be observing - and most certainly not understanding - the pair’s conversation. She then proceeded to speak to Meabh in English, leading Meabh to glance at Neisha expectantly.
Upon receiving Meabh’s look, Neisha gave her a smile, swiftly translating the statement in her head. This Hilda person could be very useful. Neisha needed to make sure she a) made a good impression on the kid herself, and b) got Hilda intrigued enough in Meabh that she would be an asset to Neisha’s plans.
“The kid says their name is Hilda, and that they’re your roommate.” Neisha delievered with a smile. “Who knows, maybe they’ll be able to help us, especially if you guys are going to be together a lot. Oh yea and they’re a Huldra.”
Meabh considered the statement, nodding the themselves as they did so. This Hilda could definitely be an asset, as long as they didn’t freak out or anything if they learned too much. The kid’s tail cought her attention, and she smiled slightly.
“Ask Hilda if they want to help us. Don’t explain everything. We don’t want to scare them away.” Meabh spoke shortly, watching Hilda as she did so. Neisha simply nodded at the request, resisting the urge to laugh.
“Do you want to help us? We’re trying to figure out how to remove a magical binding item from a friend, and could use all the help we could get.” Neisha explained, crossing her arms as she did so. They probably looked quite the pair, conversing in foreign languages and keeping secrets. It could work out in their favour, in the end.

THUC KIEU SINH
As classes started, Thuc’s conversation with the strange chinese girl was forced to end abruptly, or risk humiliation by being called out on it by the teacher. He was still rather put off by her attempts at wiping the dirt away from his clothes, as well as her surprising sympathy, but it was no matter. As Literature ended, Thuc swiftly left the classroom, determined to change into more sensible clothes.
In his dorm room, Thuc took his time in changing and re-primping himself, completely missing second period in the process. You can’t rush perfection, the boy thought to himself as he checked his watch upon leaving the room once again. His watch was gleaming, and his uniform perfectly white and ironed, if not exactly the style Thuc preferred. He would remedy that later, however.
Walking into advanced Chemythstry, Thuc chose a seat near the middle of the classroom, lounging in it seemingly without a care in the world. Time to wait.
@Skyler2 - he’s ready for Pin
@Bluecookies - mention of Moon, I hope that’s ok for an ending, they should defo talk again soon though!
AILBHE
The boy most certainly had a very melancholic voice, Ailbhe noted, but it was not that that surprised her.
“You’re very white,”
Lost for words momentarily, Ailbhe just blinked at him, before shaking herself slightly and putting her smile back on, although it was a tad forced now.
“Yes, I am.” She replied, hiding a chuckle at the incredulity of the comment. Was this guy an idiot? Maybe he had no socialising skillis. Who knows, but Ailbhe planned to squirrel away every little titbit, in the hopes that maybe she’d be able to have some fun with this guy.
“Ailbhe. My name is Syrus. I’m waiting in line for food but don’t know what to order. I haven’t eaten much before. You seem to have eaten a lot before, what do you recommend?”
Oh. Bad choice of words.
Ailbhe took a breath to rationalise, reminding herself that this guy was clearly an idiot and didn’t know what he was talking about. Even still, she glanced down at herself, unsure whether this man perceived her the same way she saw herself. Really bad choice of words. Resisting the urge to wrap an arm around her stomach, Ailbhe looked back up, making eye contact with this Syrus guy. “Pancakes are nice.” She managed, consciously reminding herself to keep smiling. “But in all honesty, just sniff around when you get there. There’s bound to be something that smells good.”
Sipping her tea, Ailbhe slipped a hand into her pocket, slightly comforted by the familiar weight of Grass. He had ceased squeaking upon entering the cafeteria, intimidated by all the noises. Well, I did want a more interesting case, and here he is.
As Syrus introduced, or tried to introduce, the kid behind him, Ailbhe blinked, registering the second presence. More fun for me, I see. They had a more timid presence than Syrus, which could most certainly work in Ailbhe’s favour, especially if this Syrus was protective of them. Stretching out a gloved hand, Ailbhe smiled friendlily at the other. “Nice to meet you…?” She trailed off expectantly, waiting for their name

AMELIA BJORGMAN
The kid Amelia had pulled away was certainly peculiar looking, and although mother had always told her not to comment on people’s appearances, Amelia was certainly tempted to. Their strange way of speaking distracted her from that topic however, causing Amelia to latch onto that particular curiosity instead.
“That is where Vic is going. I can show you. You follow Vic.”
They had a funny walk, too.
“Is your name Vic?” Amelia asked, before launching into a complete babble mode. “Why do you speak in third person? Or are you talking about someone else. My governess loves english, and I think she’d like to talk to you. She always gets very interested in people who talk in third person.” Amelia paused for a breath. “Also, you walk funny. Are your legs sore? Mine always get sore after a lot of walking, but it doesn’t look like that’s what’s wrong with yours. Ooooo, are you a robot?”
Her excitement increased with every word, and in the end Amelia had to force herself to stop, rimly remembering her mother’s comments about how she talked to much, never remembering to listen. Instead, Amelia now just walked beside strange robot person, slightly awkwardly, until another point of conversation entered her mind of course.
“My name is Amelia, although some people call me Amy. I prefer Amelia, but then again Amy is cool. I talk a lot, sorry.” Amelia made herself stop again, focusing her gaze on her shoes and hoping the other didn’t feel that she was being annoying. She really wanted to be able to make friends here.
