Katsu almost toppled over, and Kellan did too-it was a bit hard to keep himself stable while leaping and wearing heels-but he managed. He felt Katsu wrap their arms around him as well, gigling and smiling-though Kellan’s grin had to be larger. “I’ve missed my Kellan too.” Kellan was now the one to giggle as they stood for a second in each other’s arms. “Oh my gosh, if we don’t…” Kellan trailed off, though his voice was full of fire. “I have it seventh period, I think everyone does!” He said, eyes wide as he wondered if Katsu did, too. “No way, I definitely missed you more.” Kellan insisted, stretching out the definitely as he beamed at Katsu. “OMG of course we can eat together!!” He squealed. “You know I’d never back out on you.” He pouted at the mention of Katsu’s parents-he disliked them of course, everything he loved about his friend, Katsu’s parents seemed to despise. “Ugh, not them. Don’t worry, I won’t let them take you away from me anytime soon.” Kellan said, determination in his face. Though in his eyes, excitement sparked as he bounced on his toes. He had to tell Katsu about Rory or he might explode.

“No, it wasn’t, it was the people that knocked into you.” Fern said as she gently shook Petra’s freckled hand. Petra looked away, shaking her head as she shook Fern’s hand. “If I wasn’t so clumsy and disorganized…” She stopped, realizing no one-especially a stranger-wanted to hear it. “Nevermind.” She let go of Fern’s hands, getting to her feet. “The eyes aren’t makeup.” Fern told her, fiddling with the choker around her neck. Petra looked even more surprised. What else but makeup? Paint? Chalk? Was Fern, like her, an artist? “No?”

Just like he’d promised, Jason walked her to every class-though he’d taken forever to show up both times. Now she was inside her third period classroom-Villain History and Skills. The classroom seemed to contrast Camilla to a T-it was freezing, dull, and dark. “Brr!” She wrapped her arms around herself, letting out a shudder, her teeth gritting together. Jason stood in the doorway, looking concerned for her. She gave him a thumbs up and a weak smile before nervously walking through the classroom, teeth still chattering. She took the empty seat next to a boy on his phone who didn’t look much like a villain. He wore glasses and had a haircut similar to Jason’s. She could see Jason sizing him up cautiously before nodding to himself and leaving. Camilla swiveled in her seat. Classes had been very boring so far, and she found it hard to focus. She had made one friend-Maya-Rue, who seemed awesome in every way. Maybe this boy could be her friend, too? She smiled at him, “Hiiii! I’m Camilla!! Are you on Instagrimm right now?” She asked-as that was something people often did on their phone. Her voice shook a bit and he was a bit hard to see.

Fern watched at Petra turned away, starting to say she was disorganized, then dropping the subject. Fern figured she didn’t want to talk about it. Fern smiled slightly when Petra asked about her eyes. “I…I’m not human.” She said, fidgeting with her choker, which came unclamped. With a small yelp, Fern’s head fell off for the second time that day, unfortunately not of her own accord this time. “OW!” Fern yelled as her head bounced across the floor, landing at Petra’s feet. She looked up at her, furiously apologizing. “Oh my god! I’m so sorry!” She was definitely going to bolt.

Calista Circe

| Outside || Dark |

She was… not expecting that. Where was the clearly made-up story? The boasting of how he did sew it up, but he took it like a man and didn’t cry? What was wrong with him, why wasn’t he acting like how humans are supposed to act? They’re supposed to lie, trick, manipulate… yet he was just being honest. And Calista did not like it one bit, though she hid her discontentment with a faked expression of concern. “That… how does that even happen?” She asked, in a concerned tone.

Anger flashed in her eyes, did he really think that she didn’t have the ability to make a magical potion? Because she did. This herbal natural remedy bullsh*t was only there to keep attention off her. A disguise, as it were. She sighed, “I’m sorry to hear that,” Calista paused for a moment, “but… just know, that if you need someone to talk to I am here. I know we just met and everything, I just… no one deserves to feel alone.” Lies. All lies. She wanted to gag at what she was saying, but this was what it was going to take if she wanted to achieve great heights.

She started shuffling around in her bag, pulling out another vial, yes another. Calista liked to be prepared. She eventually pulled out a very small vial, with a cork as the seal. “I know you said that it’s magic-induced, but lavender is a good form of aromatherapy for neck pain.” She didn’t mention the magical properties this concoction had, all you had to do was open the cork before bed and leave it off all night. There was a tiny spell on it that allowed the scent to travel more potently than usual.

When the bell rang to signal the first-class ending, Bertram said his goodbyes to the girl, Jara, and wished her all the best for her next class. Bertram’s next class was Literature and he spent it half taking in what their teacher was saying and half talking with a bubbly scarecrow. He had experienced a living scarecrow once before, for a year when he was seven. His father had enchanted their one and it had been his best friend. They did everything together until that storm hit. The worst storm in years. Rain, wind, lightning! Swampy grounds and fallen trees. A tree was what killed his friend, broke Merlin’s magic and turned him to just straw again. So talking to this scarecrow, Peckerhead, was reminiscent of the good times with his friend.

The bell rang to signal the second-class ending and Bertram said his goodbyes to Peckerhead. Checking his timetable, he learnt that he had Kingdom History & Management and looked at where he had to go. Fair certain he knew, Bertram watched leisurely there. Nearing the classroom, he saw a rather slim boy with slick blonde hair. He opened out his arm, gesturing for him to entering the room first. “After you.” He would then follow the boy in.

@Skyler2 - Kyle - All yours. (wink)

Gayelette left her first class, Advanced Literature, with a very low opinion of the girl she had spoken with. A timid girl who chooses to share no opinions of her own. Oh well, Advanced Mathematics was next and she hoped it’d be better. She was wrong, it was worse, and time couldn’t have gone slower in the class taught by some robotic creature.
When class was over, she was actually refreshed when she glanced at her schedule and spotted she had Kingdom History now. Finally, time to learn about other lands other than Oz. Reaching the classroom, she swung around the doorframe and chose to sit in the front row, a red row, far from any of the masculinity that was already in the room.

Tsuru said goodbye to Sora, happy they had made a friend. They walked to Kingdom History and Management, wondering what would happen. They’d never need to run a kingdom, and were very confused. They walked into the classroom, sitting down in the front so they could see. They turned to the pretty redhead next to them, smiling. “Hello…how are you?”

Cara entered the classroom early-after she’d gotten back, it was the middle of second period. And though classes hadn’t been too exciting, meeting her sister definitely was. She still couldn’t believe it. Though her smile did fade slightly when she saw the girl sitting in the center of the room, looking quite lonely and glum. It was Peckerhead, the girl she had spent yesterday with. The dark crimson of the uniform dress complimented her sack color, though she hadn’t accessorized as much as Cara-who (besides the uniform) wore layered chain necklaces, matching earrings, and boots that allowed her to appear several inches taller than normal. She also wore a soft smile as she walked over to Peckerhead, her steps quick and light. Though she was trying to tone it down, as Peckerhead seemed unhappy, her face still seemed to glow. “Hi, Peckerhead!!!” She bubbled, taking the seat next to the girl, and turning so she was facing her. “The uniform looks amazing on you, by the way. Mind if I take this seat?” She asked, even though she’d already gotten plenty comfortable, hanging her checkered backpack over the back of her plastic chair. The classroom was definitely quirky with loud teal walls and scattered posters. Cara definitely liked it. “I missed you this morning!” She added, her tone still upbeat.

“Don’t fall in your heals Kellan.” Kats told him as they smiled they had missed Kellan something fierce. Katsu was really happy to be here especially after everything Kellan had told him about this school and the people. Katsu had to smile when Kellan giggled boy had he missed just the little things like that. “Yeah I have it then what are you other classes because that better not be the only class I have with you or I’m going to be so upset and go change my schedule.” Katsu commented crossing their arms for romantic effect “I don’t know I missed you so much I mean you know what my parents are like and that when Im home its me and them and no one around my age to even talk to.” Katsu hugged him tight again. “Just had to make sure you were really right here and I wasn’t going crazy or something.” Kats laughed as they hugged Kellan “Good you better eat with me I need to hear all about your day and everything!!” Katsu was bouncing they were really excited. “So you will hide me if they show up here all crazy and stuff?” Katsu asked actually concerned that they just might… or well at least his dad when it became clear Katsu had run off. “Ok you are excited about more than just seeing me spill it!”

“Oh hello!”, the girl greeted back. “I liked your song…bit peculiar choice of words but you have a good voice.”
“Hi,” she greeted again, still waving. “I’m Bobbie. Thanks. My voice isn’t as good as my parents’ voices. What do you mean the words are pecuilar? It is a strange song but haven’t you heard it before. It’s called Escape, by Rupert Holmes. It’s a really famous song. Don’t you like music? It’s strange that someone doesn’t like music these days.”

Alya Cheshire

| Villain History and Skillz || Jara |

Okay, Alya was impressed with this girl’s reaction. She repressed the very strong urge to laugh, not wanting to give away the illusion. Her favourite part was the immediate belief that she had gone insane, as opposed to automatically assuming someone was playing a prank on her. “It wasn’t foolish, it was smart if anything. If only I had done the same thing,” Alya pondered aloud.

Alya shook her head as the girl continued making a tiny scene. She was having a blast, but this would have to end soon. It would be mean to do otherwise. “No, I meant in the actual classroom. Besides, a hot tub would require a bathing suit, something I currently don’t have.” She watched as the girl slowly lifted a book, hitting herself on the head. “Wow,” Alya carefully got up, being careful to not make any noise and standing in front of the girl’s desk. She then picked up the book, and turned herself visible, starting with her charming Cheshire grin and ending with her feet. “I can not believe you just tried to kill me with a book. I’m gonna put this over here… for safety reasons,” Alya placed the book on her own desk, going back and putting her hands at the edge of the redhead’s desk. “Alya Cheshire, daughter of the Cheshire Cat. Sorry if I scared you.”

Isaiah Westergaard

| Eudora || Kingdom History and Managemant |

Isaiah was done with the kid. He didn’t even have a reply. How dare he assume such things about him. He had faced plenty of hardships. Just because he chose to pay more attention to the literature as opposed to the writer meant nothing. He didn’t have time to research every minor thing someone might have done wrong. He merely continued with the class, much like how he continued in his next class, taking notes with his trusty pencil.

He made it to his Kingdom History and Management, a class that he apparently shared with Tristan who he willingly avoided. That stupid boy wasn’t even wearing the uniform, just some random clothes that he got from who knows where. Instead, he took a seat next to a girl with dark skin and curly black hair, smiling sweetly as he sat down. He started pulling out his notes, taking out his trusty pencil and highlighters to make his notes look cleaner. He also ate the truffle on the desk, because why not. It was a truffle. Those things are amazing. Then his pencil broke. In half. How he had no idea. He sighed, lifting his head and speaking to the girl next to him, “Would you happen to have a pencil? I only have one, I wasn’t intending on it breaking.” He adjusted his glasses while speaking.

Kyle Forlana

| Kingdom Stuff || Bertram |

Kyle continued on throughout the classes, pushing through and trying his best to pay attention in Literature. Theo needed to focus in class, which made complete sense to him. He needed to take notes, anyways. And he had thoroughly enjoyed 3arl as a teacher. He appeared to try very hard and was very kind.

As Kyle made his way to Kingdom History and Management, a class that he supposed he’d have to take. He was technically supposed to be a king. Once his father died, that was. Which could take decades. He was slightly taken aback at how many people were in the halls. He barely found his way to his next class and was met with a tall, dark, and handsome stranger with stubble. Kyle had always wanted some stubble. Yet he had been told it wasn’t professional. His jealousy caught up with him as the man allowed him to do first, mumbling thanks under his breath. He then followed Kyle in, causing Kyle to roll his eyes. He turned around to face him, holding out a hand for a handshake. “Kyle Forlana, next in line to the Forlana Kingdom.” He spoke in a cocky tone, hoping that this would somehow make him feel superior.

I shrugged at her question how one gets born without an eye. “I don’t know it just did, I guess” I mumbled. Still, telling her that when I lose control would make it return, wasn’t something I could say out loud. Instead I let out a sigh.

“I appreciate that” I tell her as she offered to talk. “But everyone has stuff they rather keep to themselves, I’m sure you do too” I added giving her a polite smile. “but this is already calming me down, thanks” I tell her.

Then I started to laugh, it was careful but genuine, which I haven’t done in a while. “I’m sure it’s amazing, but I meant the expressonl version of ‘a pain in the neck’,” I tell her. “Like. I said, it’s something connected to my magic or powers and if I get rid of it with potions or something, there is a big chance I die with it” I sad with a sigh. “And I don’t want that… Yet” I said. as long as there is a chance to get getter control and minimize the risk of losing control both in my normal life and when I’m using magic, I want to live - I thought as I politely refused the potion.

Tristan Westergaard

| Ace Lanceton LaBouff || Kingdom History & Management |

Porcelain and Tristan got back sometime around the 2nd period, in which Tristan did not attend. He went back to his room, had a shower, and changed back into his school uniform. Except this time he put on the leather jacket, he had bought with Porcelain. It would’ve clashed with his outfit if it weren’t for the jeans and black shoes he had brought with him to the school he was wearing instead of the white pants. Once he heard the bell, he made his way to Kingdom Management. He actually needed to be in this class, otherwise, he’d have no idea what he was doing if he even married into a new kingdom. Or if Isaiah mysteriously died.

The minute he strutted in, he went straight to the kid who was wearing a letterman jacket. Now that was someone Tristan wanted to be seen with. He tossed his bag on the floor beside the desk in front of the boy. It was a little obvious what the boy was doing, at least it was to Tristan as he did it nearly every day. He popped the truffle into his mouth, and scoped around for girls, eventually settling on a girl with her purple hair in braids. Tristan slowly leaned back, “Mk, who do you think is the hottest in this room. I’d say the purple chick,” he said loud enough for the boy to hear, yet quite enough for no one else to notice.

“I don’t know if anybody actually can. I’ve barely talked to anyone!” Jara smiled like it was an accomplishment.
“Is that just at this school or in your life so far? If you mean them both then I can assure you that you’re not alone. I too, have not talked to many outside of my small family.”
“I don’t know. It’s just one of my favourites, I guess. I have also tried experimenting in the kitchen a few times but I’ve rarely pulled it off,” Jara answered. “I’ve also decided to take that thought process thing as a compliment.”
“You are being modest, I’m sure you are a great cook and can cook up a storm, as patience is the only skill needed to cook,” Bertram responded. “Indeed you should, it was meant as nothing other. It is rather impressive to watch, though difficult to keep up.”

When she took back her hand, Jara replied with a nod and said, “T-thank you… I’ll keep that in mind for next time we meet.” Bertram only gave her a kind smile in return and lay his hands on his lap.

Jara’s eyes sparkled with a look of glee. “Yes! Very important! If I have to outwit the devil themself, my wit must be as sharp as a tungsten needle! … I think.”
“That’s quite a unique quote,” Bertram mused. “I don’t believe I’ve come across it before. May I ask who wrote it?”

Jara seemed distracted with her reading, but still answered, “Unfortunately, I don’t know her contact information. You see, she only ever came over to my house, never I to hers. Though, if I had a chance I would take your advice,” Jara sighed.
“That is unfortuniate.”
“Good that we’ve had them to begin with, no matter how short or long, like an informative book! And that does sound rather peaceful. It’d be a great environment for study other than the bee. Oh! Unless the bee is giving honey to put on rye bread! Then I would name that bee Sir Beeinton the III and he’d be my best friend for life.”
“Yes, it is rather peaceful,” He agreed. “Amongst the seedlings or leaves in spring or Autumn is the most serene place for some quiet time. As for Sir Beeinton, that is a perfect name and I shall name one for you when I am back home.”

They were looking for their class and they wanted Peregrin but they still didn’t know where he was. Sora kept walking head down wings tucked tight to their body. They were really lost and they just wanted to be with a person they felt safe around or back in their room alone or at least not lost.

During Literature class, Daniel had had a rather dull conversation with a smokingly hot girl named Valmia, who once she realised he wasn’t talking that much, couldn’t stop talking herself. When the bell rang, he couldn’t get out of there fast enough and jogged outside. He stripped off, from the waist up, deciding to spend his next class going for a long run instead.
Towards the end of the second class, Daniel returned to the school and ran to the dorms to have a quick shower. The bell rang for the end of class as he was drying. He shoved on his uniform, leaving his shirt and jacket unbuttoned and flying open. Quickly restyling his hair with a dab of gel, Daniel left his room. Along the corridor, he stopped at a long window, the same shape as a full-sized mirror, and looked at his reflection. Looking good. He was contemplating buttoning up when he spotted a… boy(?)… pacing along the corridor behind him.
He spun, wondering how much the student had seen. “Uh, hi… I’m not-” Daniel was flustered, he couldn’t lie. “I was just… looking at the window…” Then he quickly touched his nose. It hadn’t grown. What he said wasn’t too much of a stretch, it was just close enough to the truth to get away with it.

”I-Im not human.” Was the answer to Petra’s question-a surprising and unexpected question indeed. And just as Fern admitted this, something even more shocking happened, the girl’s choker peeled from her neck, and her head fell off. It bounced before landing and touching Petra’s foot. Petra yelped, jumping away and landing on someone’s foot. What had she done now?! Had she been the one to cause this?! No, it couldn’t be true! The decapitated head was looking up at her and speaking, but Petra wasn’t listening. The person whose foot she had crushed was glaring at her, but she couldn’t focus. Squeaking again, she backed away, turned, and began to run.

“It wasn’t foolish, it was smart if anything. If only I had done the same thing,”*
“You did! Considering how you were created by it!” Jara countered. She had to think of a way to dispel insanity or something. While doing this the voice spoke again.

“No, I meant in the actual classroom. Besides, a hot tub would require a bathing suit, something I currently don’t have.”
Jara didn’t think it was too cold. Despite the temperature being cold, it was a sort of comforting cool to her. Likely since it reminded her of when she didn’t chop enough firewood for the cabin. Though, her legs were getting goosebumps. “That’s odd. I don’t think it’s that cold… Oh no! Are you the part of myself who tells me hard truths?! What else have I been lying to myself about?” Jara inquired.

This took Jara a second to register. She poked Alya’s nails that were on her desk as she thought. “So… you’re not a voice in my head. And who’s safety are you talking about since I feel like I was in more danger than you! I was about to call a mental institute,” Jara pouted for a bit then realized she should return to greeting, “…Jara, Daughter of Sæmundur The Learned. And you didn’t scare me! I was just in a high state of panic.”

“Is that just at this school or in your life so far? If you mean them both then I can assure you that you’re not alone. I too, have not talked to many outside of my small family.”
Jara nodded, “Life so far. I don’t mind it, and I don’t usually feel loney. So, don’t worry.”

“You are being modest, I’m sure you are a great cook and can cook up a storm, as patience is the only skill needed to cook,” Bertram responded. “Indeed you should, it was meant as nothing other. It is rather impressive to watch, though difficult to keep up.”
Jara laughed, “No, no. Baking isn’t a strong suit. I’d say I’m moderately fine. I just have to study up on it more.” Though, Jara did like the idea of being great at cooking which caused a goofy smile to appear on her face.

“That’s quite a unique quote,” Bertram mused. “I don’t believe I’ve come across it before. May I ask who wrote it?”
Jara didn’t understand, she tilted her head questioningly. “I just remembered, ‘My tongue is as sharp as my wit’ and went off that. Since my tongue is rather dull I used the sharpest object I could think of,” Jara answered, worried if she accidentally stole a quote.

“Yes, it is rather peaceful,” He agreed. “Amongst the seedlings or leaves in spring or Autumn is the most serene place for some quiet time. As for Sir Beeinton, that is a perfect name and I shall name one for you when I am back home.”
“Well then…” Jara paused. She was re-reading a section of her book and almost didn’t respond for another minute. “I hope they are in good hands when that happens. I also hope… you can find something that makes you smile just as much at this school.”

Lorelai dismissed Peckerhead’s comment when she didn’t receive the answer to her question and examined her nails instead. This didn’t seem to bother Peckerhead, in fact, she was completely unaware of any change in behaviour to Lorelai and just went on with the conversation. Lorelai shrugged. “It doesn’t matter what they’re capable of. I’m a goddess.”
Peckerhead’s eye’s widened and her mouth gaped. “You… You’re… You’re God? Why are you here then?”
Lorelai grimaced. “No. It’s kinda like… a box pulled through the sky by flying horses. Not everyone can afford to travel by one, though.”
Upon hearing the words flying horses, Peckerhead looked worried and stammered, “Fl-Flying horses? Not flying monkeys, right?”
