Porcelain was experiencing something rare-she was not hungry. Her stomach was bloated, though no one could tell from underneath her baggy grey shirt and loose leather jacket. She was stuffed from the brunch she had shared with Tristan. Not that she had really shared, per se, she would never give any of her precious food to him. Her stomach wasn’t the only thing stuffed, however, her head was also stuffed with thoughts. Spending more than two hours with Tristan-or Strawberry, as she preferred to call him was messing with her head. And she’d have to meet him tonight-for a swim, or whatever. Porcelain didn’t know how to swim-she had never swam before. Growing up in an ice castle, surrounded by snow…it was kinda hard to learn how. Oh, well. She figured he’d never know if she just waded in a bit and shot him a few dirty looks. She had returned to the school at the end of second period, sneaking in. She almost immediately went her separate way. No, she still didn’t feel like going to class. However, at least Villain History & Skills might be interesting-unless they started talking about her mother.
She would’ve kept glowering at her desk, when a bright flash of orange caught her eye. In the seat next to her was a pixie-looking girl with red hair-she looked more deserving of the nickname ‘Strawberry’ than Tristain, especially with those freckles. Like Porcelain, she had blue eyes-though hers were more bluebell than turquoise. D-mn. She was absolutely stunning, and Porcelain had to bite her tongue in order to keep from blushing. She could still taste breakfast. The girl had a small smile on her face-though her main expression seemed to be one of uncertainty. Realizing she had been staring-and for much too long, Porcelain quickly turned her frown into an icy glare. “What are you looking at, Carrot-head?” She snapped, blaming it on the girl.
orp ✩ @angelic sorry this took forever!! :(( also, let me know if there’s something i should change, please!! i just tried not to assume too much, but i also wanted something to go off <-<
Rory knew his mother’s story wasn’t great and honestly she had been so naïve that it was hardly believable. There were admittedly flaws but it was his mother’s story so he had to accept it for what it was and embrace it. After all she was his mother and he loved her. “Its not great I know but I have become partial to it.” Rory admitted with a small smile. “I would still love to see it. I have never been to the coast and as an avid map maker it would be something I would love to draw.” Rory admitted as he tried not to get overly excited and scare Aodghan off. “Well the forest is just trees and plants.” he said shrugging. Aodghan seemed off put some by Rory and he didnt really know how to take that. “Did I say something that upset you or something?” Rory asked with his brow furrowed and trying to figure out what he had done wrong. “Got you just checking in.” Rory said with a nod as Aodghan said he was grand. “Well ready to head to class?”
After I heard her say those words I got to thinking. Oh my god does my behaviour register as evil? Am I worse than my mother? I asked my self worriedly. I turned to the girl and asked “Do you think my misfortune could be seen as evil? I don’t think I am evil because I don’t do it on purpose. Then again I heard Hades was a great god and never hurt anybody and they still portrayed him as evil and many underworld gods as such because of it … So do you think people will see me as evil, even though I might not be doing anything evil myself?”
She smirked. So, that’s how she wants it to go down… Cece’s rather perky facade quickly changed into one of cold-hearted malevolence. “I’m afraid you’re mistaken, dear. Nobody gives me anything. I take what I want, and right now as it happens, I want this seat. So, the next words out of that pretty little mouth of yours better be an apology or the next thing I might want, won’t be so good for you.” She replied, her tone matching the edge of the girl’s and possibly exceeding it. Cece almost wanted to bait this girl, she had to admit the girl had spunk but most girls who show it like that are just scared deep down. Cece knew her main goal was boys, lots and lots of cute boys, but if to get more boys meant she had to…eliminate the competition first, then that was alright with her. She waited to gauge how the girl would react before determining which potion to throw, should she need to.
Grotto shrugged, “I figured as much, but I didn’t want to be impolite.” Grotto thought for a moment, “Nobody has ever asked me that in a 1000 years. My father was always the Cave of Wonders, so I guess by extension I was always called the Grotto of Antiquities. Nobody really had a need to shorten my name, but I suppose if it’s easier to just call me Grotto, you can.” Grotto replied shrugging.
Mellona wasn’t pleased by the boy’s sudden aggression. Now, where did that come from? It’s true she laughed after he said his name, but it wasn’t one that deserved what he gave… or at least she thought, and it might just probably be with the word blind. While she acknowledged and accepted the fact that she, in fact, has no eyes to see physically, she didn’t want to hear it from other people in the way that Alec said. It sounded… like he intended to offend her. She replied to it with a sigh.
“Yes, you are right.” She answered to the question that followed, about to leave when the boy held her wrist. Out of instinct, she slightly aggressively grabbed her hand back. And immediately, there was a flash of fear through her veins, hinted in her face. She took a step back, hiding her wrist behind her back. There was something about gestures like this that could always break her stilly face. She gulped, forcing herself to regain the usual appearance she liked to let people see, continuing as if nothing had happened.
“Yes, I didn’t feel the need to know your parents… I… I think it’s yours to… say. I don’t demand answers.” she answered, “And I said it as a mark that will end our interaction.”
Alec now offered to walk with her. With the stunt he pulled earlier, she wasn’t sure if she should let her. Mellona didn’t see him as a threat or something, but she didn’t feel good after it. “Don’t you have your own destina-” Alec grabbed her hand again, putting it on to his chest for whatever reason. It was gentler than before at least, but that wasn’t enough reason for her not to grab it back to her side. “I would appreciate it if you refrain from grabbing my hand without my permission…” she warned, and though she tried to make it sound strong, it sounded more silent than before.
Olinda took a step back, allowing the girl to pick up her books without bumping into her knees. She observed her as she was fixing her mess, now convinced that this girl belonged to the gullible category of people. These types of people were the least of her interest, though sometimes they could be useful. Tell them to go to the class instead of her, for example. Not today, Olinda. she thought, stopping her mind from wandering away into its deep web.
She smiled out of pure habit as the girl started speaking. “That is fine, I understand. It’s hard to navigate through these walls.” she said, letting out a casual chuckle at the end. Just the classic, simple gesture fitting for a meeting like this. The classic, simple gesture fitting for a lady like her—in the standards of the world, that is. She nodded her head as she heard the girl apologizing again, though it was immediately stopped at the sight of her hands. It wasn’t because she extended her hand, but rather because of the hand itself. The girl, introduced as Evelyn, had colored nails. Now that was something Olinda was apparently an alien to. Where have I been hiding?
“Your nails look lovely as you,” she complimented, something you’d get that would leave you questioning if it is genuine or not especially if you’re one of the forgotten people of Olinda. But guaranteed that this time, she was genuine. “I am Olinda.”
Ji-Woo smiled when Grotto said he didn’t want to be impolite. “Thank you. That really means a lot.” He said. He nodded when his request to call him Grotto was allowed. “Ok, thanks. So, your dad’s a cave? Uh…how does that work? It’s fine if you don’t want to answer.” @Bluecookies - Grotto
Merthiel let out a breath of disbelief, crossing her arms as she watched the girl move her lips, blabbering whatever words she didn’t really even care enough to listen to. Eh, it’s just one of those people who think they can even match her in any ways. Perhaps they can—only in their dreams. The girl finally finished talking, though the only “message” Merthiel got was some kind of threat… and a desperate attempt to make her apologize. Apologize? Merthiel apologizing—that’s a funny concept. “You know, I really don't know how to put this but… you’re delivering the wrong words. Also, I won't appreciate it if you reply again even with the right ones. You know what I would appreciate? You leaving me alone.” she said in a rather playful way that transitioned to dropping her face into the frown that she has mastered—one that will probably stick in your mind once you hear her name. “You can say all you want to make yourself better—go ahead, but just let me let you know…” she leaned closer to her, “… people who were like you to me weren’t happy with the ending they got from me.”
[ Tal floated into the classroom. Being almost seven feet tall, the two cloud-shaped puffs attached to the sides of their head brushed against the top of the doorframe, while their serpent-like tail brushed the tile floor. However, their feet did not, as they were literally hovering above the ground as they made their way to the front of the classroom. Of course, they caught the attention of several as they faced the class-it was hard not to notice such a creature. “Good morning, class!” Tal smiled, blinking their sparkling blue eyes as they addressed their first class of the day. The classroom felt a bit warmer than Tal would like-probably because of all the extra bodies. Usually, they kept it cold-not so cold as to freeze the students, but cold enough to keep themselves comfortable. “My name is Tal, and you please do address me as such. My pronouns are they/them, and I would appreciate if you used them when addressing me as well.” They had a pleasant speaking voice, two of their arms waving at the class as they spoke, the other pair resting comfortably at their sides. “How has your day been so far? Do you feel you’ve been doing well with your classes?” They asked, addressing the entire class. ]

[ Orwell was a bit later than they wanted to be, and they hoped the students would not mind. After bursting through the classroom door, they took several detours before making it to their desk. Several of the students had the most interesting things sitting on their desks, and Orwell couldn’t help but examine them, and occasionally, ask the student what it was if they were stumped. They also took their time examining the faces of the students. Though they had seen plenty of the students from last year, and had interacted with the human teachers on a daily basis, gawking over the human students was also something Orwell did quite often. They all looked so unique and intersting-so different from Orwell as well as each other. “Hello, students!” Orwell bubbled, when they finally reached the front. “My name is Orwell! What are your names? And what do you think of the classroom? I decorated it with you guys in mind.” They blinked their wide blue eyes eagerly at the audience in front of them as if trying to get a closer look without actually moving. ]

[ The large door creaked open, and Queen Belladonna Lucretia’s head peeked in. She was a stunning woman, skin pale as chalk, black curls tumbling over her shoulder. Her lips pursed, and she smiled slightly as she saw the classroom was mostly filled, with the students enjoying their truffles. Her lips were so shiny and red-they almost looked as if they had been dipped in the blood of some unfortunate mortal. Opening the door all the way, she glided to the front of the room. “Good morning, future royals.” She began regally. She pressed her lips together remembering some of these students were not destined for royalty-or even a future of wealth, just commoners who didn’t want to take Villain History and Skills. “And kingdom enthusiasts.” She finished warmly, smiling at the beautiful faces in front of her. She would show no bias towards the royals or against the less fortunate. Besides, anyone had even a bit of a chance at becoming a royal if they played their cards correctly. “My name is Queen Belladonna Lucretia. You may address me as Queen Lucretia.” She bowed lightly. “I do hope you are enjoying your truffles. It took almost all night to make them.” She continued, eyeing the students who hadn’t touched their treats in particular. She licked her lips, but the lipstick held in place. ]

[ There were a lot of things people did not know about the Villain History and Skills Teacher. For example, no one knew their real name. Even the most cross of teachers, and most wicked of students addressed them as “Your Darkness”-no one wanted to find out the consequences that came with using a different title. No one knew how old they were, what their life was like growing up. No one could tell what they were thinking, either. A black hood covered most of a face no one knew if they even had. Followed by a long, swooping cloak that hid their body from view. Their face appeared to be nothing-or at least invisible-just a giant black spot. One more thing no one knew about “Their Darkness” was that they were standing in the back of the classroom, in a corner, listening to what the students had to say, analyzing what bunch they would have to put up with. Finally, they had had enough. They stepped out of the shadows, still barely visible in the dark, freezing room. Some sort of invisible wind allowed a cape to billow out behind them as they brushed by students to stand in the middle of the classroom. “This is Villain History and Skills. Don’t expect a ‘welcome’ from me. You’ll soon find, similar to my classroom, I am anything but welcoming.” The classroom felt even more chilly then. “You will address me as ‘Your Darkness’. I will accept no other title. I will not accept tardiness or using the bathroom either.” They continued, “I have already been disappointed by you several times, and class has not even started. You-” They turned to the kitsune girl-her hug had not been appreciated, and neither had her words. “Clain you are ‘not even a villain’ like there is something wrong with being one. Detention.” They grabbed her wrist before she could react, clamping a gold bracelet on it. ]

Evelyn smiled back. “I agree! Navigating through this school is especially hard.” she commented. “It’s huge, and it doesn’t help that I’m new here.” she added, as she laughed at her situation. Perhaps this encounter wasn’t going as bad Evelyn thought it would. The stranger seemed friendly, maybe she could even help her out in finding her dorm room.
Being complimented wasn’t anything new to Evelyn. She put on a polite smile, responding with a simple “Thank you.”, as the girl introduced herself as Olinda. She seemed like a polite, educated woman. Or at least that was Evelyn’s first impression, gathering it from the way she spoke. “Olinda is a beautiful name.” she responded, trying to return a compliment. Little did she know she’s complimenting the naming skills of the woman, with whom her father cheated on her mother with- But that’s another story.
Considering she was new to this school, she had no way of knowing her schedule, nor where her dorm is located. She could spend hours wandering the halls, and meeting Olinda only held her back. She had to ask someone for help. “Excuse me, do you happen to know the way to the dorm rooms?” she questioned, keeping her polite smile. It would be great if we were roommates, but what are the odds? ~ she thought to herself.
Cece laughed rather loudly, “Dear, you really are talking to the wrong girl about happy endings. I ruin them for kicks, as for what you’d appreciate, I don’t particularly care. Now, I suggest you apologize, if you know what’s good for you. But, then if you have no regard for your own safety, I can’t be faulted for that. So, by all means, please keep trying to scare or ‘threaten’ me, it’s really amusing and I could use another good laugh.” She replied with a sneer.
I really like our friendship, especially when we make out.
Alec rolled his chocolate brown eyes as she saw Mellona displeasure in him telling her the name didn’t suit her. It wasn’t like she didn’t do the same, the ‘double standards’ he muttered. He was actually glad she couldn’t see, meaning she could not report him to his parents for failing to do as he promised or she couldn’t see how he rolled her eyes at him or the reactions on his face. But it was also quite sad she couldn’t see his handsome face.
“Yes, you are right.” Alec did a double take, almost falling on his feet. So she was the daughter of Tiresias? Not that Alec knew much about her but he had heard things from his grandfather, he had heard many things about Tiresais. So imagine the surprise to find the daughter of Tiresais at his school. When he gets out of this conversation he will call his grandfather to get more information on Tiresais,
Alec noticed the fear in her eyes as he grabbed the wrist as she tried to go, causing him to drop it. "Sorry, " he apologized to her looking away.
“Yes, I didn’t feel the need to know your parents… I… I think it’s yours to… say. I don’t demand answers." she said and Alec felt a knife ran through his knife, things like this had never happened to Alec before. Girls and guys would beg him for his parents name just so they could find a way to arrange a marriage with him this of course made his ego bigger shush. and his parents would reject and he would chuckle. But here she was telling him he didn’t care of his parents, from where he is your parentage is very important and by saying this she is implying that she thinks he is boring or doesn’t like him in a romantic way or a friendly way “Oh” he said disappointed, before dusting himself.
Thinking about it now, Alec couldn’t see why he wanted to walk her and he sincerely hoped she rejects he wouldn’t want to be seen with her. Not that she wasn’t attractive, she was just average in looks and had a cane that could cause pain. He would really appreciate her to reject his most kind offerings as to not cause him embarrassment. After all, there were other girls who wouldn’t mind his kind attention and wouldn’t mock his name and then go all sad about him doing the same as if they didn’t do it too and then say they don’t care about his parentage. “I would appreciate it if you refrain from grabbing my hand without my permission…” she said cutting him off his thoughts and he nodded. “Ok, Mellona” the name rolled of his tongue again really, really sweetly. He actually did like that name and it really fitted her.
Literature was as boring as mathematics, it didn’t help that Aidene was dyslexic too and hated any Literature class with every essence of her being. Talking with Ivan was fun enough, but it was class and all the teachers were determined to kill any and all interesting things happening. Once the bell rang for Literature signaling the end of class, Aidene left the class much quicker then she entered it. “Not to say I’m not having a good time or anything,” Ivan began to speak as he leaned against the lockers. Aidene paused listening him to speak, “But these classes are definitely the most boring experience I’ve had so far.” Aidene chuckled at that before nodding in agreement. The classes were definitely boring and draining for no reason. Her next class was probably going to be the same as the last ones. Ivan looked to the side before his brown eyes flicked back to hers before continuing, “So what do you say we ditch and go do something we’ll both enjoy?” A smile grew on Aidene’s face at that, “That would be nice.” She paused before asking, “You sure you want to get your parents angry though?” She teased him, poking him in the side. “The great Ivan Beast shouldn’t be skipping his classes.” She mock frowned at him. She thought of where they could go for a moment, although she drew a blank. She wasn’t too familiar with the area, it was the first time she was here. That would make it all the much more fun, however. “Let’s get out of here.” She smirked before grabbing his wrist and tugging him away to one of the exits out of the school.

Moon stepped into the hall, “Thank you.” Moon raised an eyebrow, “Another wild monkey? Huh, maybe she found you. I don’t recall there being anymore wild monkeys on campus though.” Moon watched Saga actually bite her tongue and rolled her eyes with an amused smirk. “I see you’re still curious about my tail.” She surmised. “I don’t think I’ve ever met anyone more curious than you. But I suppose if it’ll satisfy that cat-like curiosity of yours, I’ll show you.” Moon looked around to see if anybody else was coming or in the halls, she then lifted part of her flowing robe enough to let her tail come out. It was a brown monkey’s tail, that seemed excited about a moment where it wasn’t cooped up under her robe. Moon then wondered if this girl could put 2 and 2 together and get 4, or if she would be hopelessly, hilariously naive and think it a coincidence that Moon both owned a monkey and just happened to have a monkey’s tail of that exact kind of monkey as a part of her body.
“Alrighty, Ari! You can just call me Bay, I don’t really think that can be shortened. Unless you want to call me ‘Ba’.” Ariadne smiled, “I like you.” She very quietly commented as Bay giggled. Ari went back to spying on her brother. “Nineteen? Wow, you’re pretty old. I’m only sixteen.” Ari couldn’t help it, she started laughing, and a little louder than she wanted to. “Yeah, thats what happens when you skip school the the time. I remember being six-teen. I wish I would have enjoyed it more than I did.” Ari smiled, “Make sure to enjoy it.” She added.
“Or like a very tall strand of kelp!” Ari let her upper eyelids raise in curiosity, but quickly it faded into a smile. “Well, you’d better hope so! Also, don’t worry, I forget a lot of things too! You know, this is only the second year I’ve been on land? I’ve lived in the ocean all of my life.” Ariadne looked around, then sat upright on the stool. “Really? How do you live in the water? Are you a spirit or a fae…” Ari thought for a second. “Well is it nice there?” She asked after nothing came to her mind.
“Your parents are Titans, right?” Alexia squeaked in a “yep!” then let Noe continue. “Sure, I’ll walk with you. You can probably get there faster because people tend to clear a path for me.” Alex started nodding, "They’re probably afraid I’ll step on them. I try really hard not to, though.” Alexia had to will everything in her not to say aawww out loud. That’s just to cute, she thought as he expressed his tenderness. “Sounds like a plan to me!” She said, always letting her voice be cheery.
She started forward akwardly trying to decide if she should next to or behind Noe. People really do clear a space. Alexia thought as she nodded. “What do you think class will be like?” She asked, looking up to Noe’s face.
Quill listened, not sure what to expect “gods don’t die, they can disappear though for millions and millions of years and so one day if something happens and Ekwensu disappears I’ll inherit it” Quill nodded, “do you know why they disappear?”
“Anyways, as I was saying they don’t die but disappear and yes like I said i will take over” Quill nodded, “Are you ready to take over? Also, when the time comes do you know where you’ll disappear to?” Quill stopped for a second then added, “It wouldn’t really be disappearing if I knew.”
“do you know why they disappear?” Kristi pursed her lips, “No, I don’t know the reasons gods disappear. Well actually could be because people forgot them, another god trapped them, they want to rest and not have to deal with their duties, they are killed but because gods don’t die they disappear until they have recovered or they want to cause drama.” Krisi listed all the different reasons for immortal beings to disappear.
"Are you ready to take over? Also, when the time comes do you know where you’ll disappear to?” Kristi licked her lips when she asked if she was ready to take over the palace “I was born ready, I was always ready to fight someone for the throne when Lord Ekwensu disappears. And like I said I’m not sure if I am a god and so I might just die and go through rebirth 7 times as my people believe.” Quill stopped for a second then she added “It wouldn’t really be disappearing if I knew.” Kristi shrugged.
