Daughter of Mnemosyne

Biography:
Everyone knows of the famed nine muses, the daughters of Mnemosyne the goddess of memories and how they inspire the world’s art and everything nice. But they will never know of her tenth daughter, Algasia, whose being isn’t even clear yet. Her birth had no witness, let alone her growth. She passed off as the tenth muse to those who knew about her, of course, but no one was convinced by it—not even the child herself—because… well, to be honest, what did she inspire?
If anything, she resembled her mother so much. She was serene with a perfect memory. She even has the attitude of expecting everyone to have memories as good as hers as well. Perhaps so much that you would think she’s Mnemosyne as a child… well, believe that because she is. Algasia was a product of someone’s growing desire to come back to their youth. She immersed herself way too much into the thought of changing her past that she ended up giving life to a memory… literally.
Algasia wasn’t going to change her life as she wanted to though, but she still went on and planned a future for her. She got her acquainted with many figures, pushing her to do different things; the girl was, of course, uncomfortable with it at first, but she eventually gave in to her “mother’s” encouragements. She would explore the world, meet new people, and gain new knowledge. She’s not usually noticed, but she’s always there. She resolved to not getting herself involved in anything, though that resolution would actually be broken sometimes when she began using her perfect memory and ability to read memories to entertain people, even using that to get things she needed and wanted.
Now, Mnemosyne was not only known for her ability to keep memories, but also her ability to keep secrets. Of many gods, she was the first that someone would think of if they needed someone to keep their secrets. She’s good at that… but apparently, this would be proved wrong once. How it happened, no one knows, but the secret of Algasia being Mnemosyne herself got out (as a rumor, at least). Of course, this sounded absurd, but there will always be people who’d believe the most absurd of the absurds… especially if they’ve been to the stranger fact of taking back someone from the Underworld.
While it wasn’t meant to, the rumor made Algasia widely known. So when she arrived in this one kingdom, showcased her talent, she was immediately brought in front of its King, who had just gotten his son back from the Underworld. Believing in the rumors, he urged Algasia to bring back his son’s memories; however, the girl knew how much it would upset the Lord of the Underworld if she were to take part of something that was possibly even not legal at all. Plus, she lived only to witness history in the making, not to interfere with it nor to take sides in it. She wanted to remain neutral, because it would wound history if she were to involve herself in it. Besides, she never really thought of being able to touch memories that way.
But the King was desperate, his son being his only heir left, and so he threatened Algasia with her life. Of course, the girl was scared, and eventually gave in to their requests despite not knowing how to do it. She tried, but it ended up in disaster when she accidentally twisted the memories of the King’s son. This caused him not to see his father as his ally, but rather his archenemy. This caused for the both of them to battle, which ended in the King dying. The prince soon took over the kingdom, but that also ended up in disaster, and if it were in written/remembered history, the kingdom would probably go down as the worst of the worst. From left to right, innocent lives were bothered and sometimes taken.
Algasia was also one of the victims; thankfully, she wasn’t killed like some of the people. Instead, she was imprisoned, which—according to the prince-now-king—was mercy and consideration. This angered Mnemosyne, and with the help of other gods, the kingdom eventually fell, buried down to the ground it came from, with no signs of anything connected to it left but Algasia. That wasn’t apparently enough yet, as Mnemosyne also erased their existence from the memories of everyone and everything, including Algasia herself.
Things were fixed, or at least on the surface. Mnemosyne, however, knew that the consequence hasn’t arrived yet, and out of fear, she decided to let go of Algasia for now and sent her to somewhere safe. This time, she was “tasked” to record the events happening there.
Personality:
Through the years of her life, Algasia has mastered the art of turning her presence down so that no one would notice her except for the attentive ones. She always liked it that way, because it lowered the chances of her ever touching future history; however, she does tend to leave a big mark when you interact with her long enough.
If there’s anything Algasia is full of, it’s knowledge. She’s an expert at getting them, and she’s an expert at remembering as well as making use of them. As someone who’s been to different corners of the world, it’s not absurd that she’s probably more knowledgeable of your background than you yourself. Though… knowledge doesn’t really equal experience, and that’s where her funny hypocrisy comes in—she may get too confident about her knowledge a lot, most of the times refusing help or offering help because she already knows. She may claim to know how to ride a horse, but don’t be surprised if she falls just five seconds later.
Algasia loves to share her knowledge, and that’s the main entertainment you can get from her. Sometimes even, she’d get into the deepest points of philosophy, leaving you questioning your surroundings and existence as the conversation ends. Don’t worry though, because you won’t be the only one wondering about that. Her speech may mostly compose of normal (sometimes formal) words and phrases, but sometimes, in specific situations, she might randomly speak like one of those ancient philosophers and quote them sometimes.
She can also be described as a social chameleon—it was a necessary trait to have being in different atmospheres all the time. At first, though, she may come off as awkward and silent, but that’s only because she’s just trying to figure out how to match your energy. Though, even with that, there are still actually certain people she can never get along with—a.k.a. those who are too loud.
Algasia can be a great person in many ways, but when it comes to privacy, that’s where she might fail. Being in the background most of the times, and with a power she sometimes can’t help but use, no one has really told her about it enough. She just loves hearing of people’s memories, and sometimes secrets, but don’t worry though because that is something you can trust her with. She will never tell anyone of anything, even when it’s really important to. That’s also where she might fall again: she always refuses to take sides, because she fears of angering fate. She also tries to avoid big decisions as much as she can, and this is because she always wonder what might have happened if she chose another choice. On the face of it, she can be indecisive and tries to think of ways to make things fair.
Others:
- Perfect Memory. As the “daughter” of Mnemosyne, Algasia possesses infinite memory and can recall anything.
- Memory-reading. She can read memories of a specific subject (person, place, etc.) that she didn’t personally witness.
- Memory Manipulation. She shows signs of manipulating memories, being able to erase, return, and (potentially) rewrite them (she doesn’t actively know about this).
- Surrounded by her mother and her sisters, she is pretty knowledgeable when it comes to arts and language.

Biography:
Gaea is not only known to be the goddess of the Earth, but she was also known for challenging Zeus’ supremacy a couple of times, sending the best of her children to get rid of him; she always had the upper hand in the beginning, but she would always end up failing to Zeus’ wit. She would always almost win, especially with her last offspring, almost.
But one story men probably have not heard of, and will probably never, is that before these attempts, she gave birth to her favorite daughter, Anra. Anra was born to be an exact copy of her mother, for the exact reason of avenging her other children. Surely, being in full control with the nature much as her mother would be enough to overpower Zeus, right? Not to mention, her wits probably matched those of Zeus’. Gaea made sure Anra had that one and only goal in life, to bring justice to what happened to her siblings. Anra kept it in her mind so well, preparing herself extensively just to defeat the current king of Gods.
And so, Anra challenged Zeus. It was said that they matched so evenly that even the greatest seers couldn’t foresee who’d win, but hailing from the future, you probably know who did, and that is Zeus. The war may have lasted longer than anything else, but Zeus was still the one to win here. But if they matched so evenly, then how did one of them fail? Well, it turns out the match wasn’t so even.
While warring, Zeus thought of a plan that will definitely work. He brought in a man and managed to let him slip in Anra’s abode. Gaea witnessed this scheme, but was too late when she found out that she has fallen in love with this man. Well, who can resist a good enchantment of love, right? Now you can guess what happened—Zeus took advantage of that and defeated Anra. No one knows, not even Gaea, where she went after her defeat, which only caused Gaea to be more angered at Zeus.
What did Zeus do to Anra? He knew quite well that Anra was only forced to live the life she was living right now, so she gave her a chance to live a life that was entirely ruled by her and not by her mother. Sending her off to the mortal world, he caused her memories to fade away, only filled with the fact that she’s a flora and fauna goddess, whose goal in life is to help nurture the nature and the rest was up to her.
Anra thought of growing her own abode which she visioned to be her very own kingdom—a forest. Settling in a clear land, she planted trees and helped them grow healthy and invited different kinds of animals to reside in her forest. Kind enough, she even decided to spoil the nearest civilization with her nature, letting them occasionally take whatever they needed to take. Anra grew fond of these humans, easily making a deep connection with them as she would to other creatures.
It was because of this that Gaea quickly found out. After giving up on getting rid of Zeus, her vengeful spirit was brought back by this news; however, she was enraged to find out that Anra didn’t recognize her. With the help of Mnemosyne, though, she managed to get Anra’s memories back. Gaea thought this would help her get back on track, but Anra told her that she was satisfied of the life she currently has with the humans. With this, Gaea threatened her, telling her that she will take her “being” once she realizes that the humans will only disappoint her. Anra, her whole trust gained by the humans, shrugged it off.
But the humans would soon prove Gaea right. To keep nature fair in all of the world, Anra has resolved to traveling once in a while. She liked to spoil these humans, giving them probably more what they needed for them to consume while she was away; however, time would come when she came home later than usual and winter came. Constantly increasing in number, they quickly ran out of resources. The answer they saw was, of course, to take from Anra’s forest, which she had forbid because of the life she treasured in there. At first she pitied them, though, and let it pass by, but it persisted and persisted, until the humans decided to cut down almost half of her forest for space. This greatly angered Anra, causing her to separate each territory away enough from each other and even going as far as condemning the humans’ growing civilization into having a land that didn’t support life.
Gaea appeared in front of her, doing so as what she had told her, taking half of her godly abilities. Anra pleaded with her mother, but the deal was that she could only get it back if and only if she decided to return to her old doings. She thought to ask help from Zeus or just any of the Olympian gods, but she held back thinking they can’t do anything either. Realizing she has nowhere to go, she resolved to staying in her forest, with a grudge in her heart and a determination to die old and miserable… at least that’s what she thought when a deer brought her a piece of paper. Could this be hope for her to restore her honor? She can only hope.
Personality:
Right off the bat, Anra has a wide presence you can’t help but notice from afar. She always puts a big smile on, hiding any signs of negativity. She doesn’t like to spread negativity after all, and always pushes herself to live a happy life as much as possible. Having a bad day? Just run to Anra and let her order the sunshine for you. Around her, you will never feel alone. Needless to say, Anra is a big social butterfly, and there is no such thing as being shy nor having nothing to say for her. Back in the day even, she would have at least two friend from each species—that’s probably still true to this day (or is it?). It’s definitely not often to hear someone say she has an enemy.
With mistakes, Anra understands the uncontrollable nature of it, so she is usually passive about it. This is probably because of her merciful personality that some people took advantage of before which is the wrong choice to make, because even though she may seem like she doesn’t get upset… she does. Take for example, the humans. Anra absolutely despises the human race, even when you’re just a stranger to her. When it comes to humans, she’s gonna “break character.” She has witnessed the ugly nature of them. And you may say that other animals also have ugly natures, but her experience was different with humans, and besides, they were supposed to be more capable than any other animals. She won’t actively show the hatred, but will make you feel like she doesn’t like you in many other hinting ways. But what do you know? Maybe someone can sway her back…
Unless you’re a human, Anra seems like a good friend, right? Well… not really. Her mouth is one of those that can’t stop moving at all, and she always has something to talk about. She observes just about anything about people, and she may make you secure by saying you’re beautiful, you don’t need to worry, or you can trust her: hold up, think again, because you can’t fully. Especially with people she doesn’t know a lot about, she can be very judgmental, and can’t really keep those baseless opinions by herself and will randomly talk about it to some random person she probably isn’t even a friend with. If it makes it better… she doesn’t talk about appearances. Oh, and she will always have a lot of stories to tell. Despite that, though, Anra does want to be trusted and she will try to prove that to you. She wants to be the person you can run to when you broke up with your boyfriend; and don’t worry, if you tell her not to, she won’t tell anybody except the deers.
Others:
-
Biologist. Being a (at least former cri) nature goddess, she is knowledgeable in the field of life. She is able to use this knowledge to create things like medicine, food, etc. She is more dedicated to plants to making this. - She has the talent to tell a specie apart as if they’re human. Other than that she can also quickly classify which creature is which (and yes this is the only thing Gaia didn’t take away from her lol)
-
Connection to the Nature. (I DIDN’T KNOW HOW TO CALL IT HAHA) She has deep connection to the nature and attracts animals and such easily. She knows how to tame (in the past times, she used to tame them effortlessly like magic but it’s sad history we’re gonna just cry for her) any kind of creatures, but she hates humans so I don’t recommend-
-
(Locked) Chlorokinesis and Geokinesis. She used to be able to control the earth and plants, but this—along with her power over the fauna—was taken by Gaia and she is therefore unable to use them.
ok I swear if these texts still suck after rereading them I’M QUITTING-

Daughter of Hephaestus
Age: 17 Gender: Female Pronouns: She/Her
Romantic Orientation: Demiromantic Sexual Orientation: Panromantic
Best Subject: Martial Arts and Weapons Birthday: TBA
Faceclaim: Eirini Noune Kazarian
Biography:
Hephaestus has always yearned for a son to match him in his firework, and with his wife’s pregnancy, he was hopeful of it; however, Aglaea gave birth to a daughter again. The god could not do anything but to accept it once again… but what do you know? Maybe this daughter can be the son he wanted.
But that will not be true; not in the way you think. Days later, Hephaestus heard desperate prayers—it was Myrina, the Queen of the Amazons. Around her arms was a baby boy, and out her mouth was a plan to sacrifice this poor baby for a daughter. The god did not hesitate to make a deal with her, and against his wife’s wishes, he exchanged babies with the Amazon. At this, Myrina immediately wore a wide and proud grin on her face, carrying the baby—who she’d call Nikares—girl in front of her women, declaring her the heir to the empire that she has built. Needless to say, there was a celebration, even though her closest people who had witnessed her delivery were confused.
Nikares grew up exactly as the person Myrina had pictured her to be—bold and passionate just like her. Around her tenth year, she was usually complimented to be able to conquer more territories than her mother. The Amazonian Queen knew everything about her, although there was one thing she missed: she was drawn to the fire and would play around it, thinking it was natural for her kind to not be burnt by it. She soon realized her power around it, and began to use it during her expeditions with her mother. It was a big advantage for them.
But there would come a day when Nikares would want to get away; there was this feeling that kept her more and more away from her mother. She couldn’t ignore this feeling, and readied to go on a lone adventure to find whatever it was. She knew her mother wouldn’t agree to this, though, and so she never told her. In her adventures, she came across an odd woman, who had confirmed her assumptions—she was a relative to Hephaestus. Without further barricades, the girl forced herself up to his abode, though who he met was someone she expected less.
It was Origen, who introduces himself to be her brother. They meet the whole family soon, but their reaction wasn’t what Nikares expected it to be. While her real mother was happy, her siblings were angry… but not to her. Hephaestus was ashamed of what he’d done, telling the truth to the both of them. Hearing the story, Nikares felt unwanted and got angry, leaving the family to come back to Myrina. Unbeknownst to her, Origen was following.
When she arrived on their island, she was taken aback at their defensive stance. That was when she realized that Origen was behind her; her instinct was to grab him away, but they were stopped at the voice of her mother. Myrina was introduced to her real child, but she remained insensitive and stubborn towards this and ordered the boy to be executed. Nikares was furious at this, and fought them herself, escaping the island with Origen.
They return to Hephaestus, who was grateful about their safety. He welcomed his daughter to his home, but Nikares refused—still holding a grudge against him—and chose to just continue with her expeditions instead. Before she left, Origen took the ring from his finger and gave it to her as his token of gratitude.
But yet again, against her knowledge, Origen followed her. She realized this more quickly though, and decided to just go along with him. During one of their expedition, they received a letter that would interest the both of them.
Personality:
Nikares is exactly how you’d imagine fire would be if it was a person, just a bit disciplined. She is passionate about everything she takes interest on, and with her bold attitude, she endures all the pain and fear just to achieve her goal. She will do just about anything; even betrayal if heavily necessary. She is also secure about herself and waits for no one’s words to move her life. Just as she is willing to sacrifice, she is also willing to learn and discover new things, but it can be hard for her to change a thought or opinion that’s already carved in her mind… she is pretty stubborn.
As you would expect, Nikares has earned the boldness enough to avoid sugarcoating her words. That’s certainly true, but she does have a brake just to avoid getting herself in unnecessary and extra situations. She treats just as how people will treat her, and hates it if people are fake to her… and also if you dislike her. She’s pretty good at recognizing that as well, despite the belief of her complete insensitivity to people’s emotions.
In fact, Nikares does unexpectedly recognize her own as well, but she can be a bit in denial when it comes to negative feelings like sadness and worry. It is visible though, as she’s not really adept at hiding them—something she gets annoyed at, because to her, one must act tough and strong to be recognized as a superior.
Speaking of that, Nikares has this attitude that half of the people will probably get annoyed at. She always feels the need to lead in any situation, even if it’s something she is an alien to. She is overconfident about her leadership skills, which honestly sucks to be honest. She can lead a group to success, but she can’t lead a group to unity. She forces people to follow her words and will not take no for an answer, annoying people with her persistence until they will do it. Though, on the bright side, she does know how to succeed.
As a friend, Nikares can be the loyal and protective type and yes, you are totally immune to being betrayed for her own sake. She recognizes the importance of allies and friendships, something prominent between her and the Amazons. But listen here: her grudges can last a lifetime, and although she may not visibly show it, don’t trust your gut when it says she’s not holding a grudge on you anymore.
Others:
- She can generate and manipulate fire and she is resistant to high temperatures.
- She has a ring given to her by Oberion, which turns into whatever weapon she wishes it to become (limited).

Biography:
Queen Myrina was known for one thing. In her time, the Amazons were at its glory’s peak—hearts braved through thousand expeditions, unyielding and undefeated. They grew an unstoppable empire… for a time.
Now, as every monarch would, Myrina desired for an heir to follow her footsteps. With what she has built, it was only a matter of time to give it up to a younger version of her. And so, during one of their expeditions, she mated with a random man, and staying for almost a year on her island expecting a baby girl. She completely forgot about the existence of a baby boy, and the gods seemed to just not favor her too.
And so, when one day, she gave birth to a boy. She was greatly devastated, because she’d been announcing almost every single day with pride of her pregnancy and future. Her maidens were also disappointed at her, and the were about to throw the poor baby off the hills when Myrina had an idea. She walked herself alone to the cliff, holding the baby and ready to throw him there. With a full and desperate prayer, her conscience was stone.
Fortunately for that boy, Myrina was stopped in time by a certain god. This was Hephaestus, the smithing god, whose arms carried a baby girl. They quickly came into an agreement, with Myrina bringing the girl home and Hephaestus bringing her boy to his abode. Hephaestus’s wife, Aglaea, was surprised at his arrival, disappointed at him for his act, but she couldn’t do anything either because it was what her husband always wanted. They named the boy Origen, though he’d often be known as “Orion.”
Origen often spent his time with Hephaestus and almost never with his mother and sisters. Not because they were neglectful of him; in fact, they were pretty accepting of him… well, at least the sisters. Aglaea, on the other hand, tried hard to, but Origen could feel the distance. But anyway, it wasn’t that but the feeling of obligation. He didn’t complain, though—he liked it even, because he liked to create masterpieces for the other gods. Under Hephaestus’s teachings, Origen grew up just like how he was expected to. The gods would even not believe it when Hephaestus gave him credit for the weapons they got. He even invented a ring, which would magically form into different kinds of blade.
Needless to say, Origen lived a good life; however, that must end, of course. One day, he comes across a woman who would introduce herself as Nikares, daughter of Hephaestus. He was real confused, but he brought her to his family anyway. The family was overjoyed at her arrival, but the sisters got angry at Hephaestus, which confused him. Right then and there, he learned about the truth. He didn’t know how to exactly feel, but it did explain Aglaea’s behavior towards him. He soon felt out of place, though, especially about how the girl Nikares was celebrated.
But Nikares still got angry and felt unwanted by Hephaestus, which caused her to decide to come back to her origin. Origen has heard about the nature of the Amazons, but he still decided to follow her back there unnoticed by the girl. At his arrival, the Amazons immediately stood offended and attempted to execute him; thankfully, Nikares defended him and returned him to where he belonged.
Hephaestus was grateful to Nikares about his safety and welcomed her home even, but Nikares stood by her initial decision to leave; this time, however, to wander around the world and search for her own home. Origen, as his token of gratitude, gave her the ring of weapons. Though, that wasn’t what was just going to go with her—he also decided to join her expeditions.
Personality:
Compared to Nikares, Origen is definitely calmer and kinder, but that doesn’t really mean he’s the complete opposite of her. He’s calm and reserved, and he is kind and sweet and lovable, and he will try to care about your feelings. He will always try to be considerate, but let’s just say that those attempts aren’t entirely successful all of the time. Most of the time, he does act “accidentally” like a jerk instead. So, instead of saying “I know, I need to improve,” he’ll say an extra line “but you also need to improve yourself with dancing.”
Being always with Hephaestus, witnessing him getting ridiculed and scorned by some other gods, Origen also developed the behavior to stand up to just about anyone. In fact, he has gotten in trouble for that once or twice… or always. He doesn’t like it when people bully other people no matter their class and reputation, and even if he hates the person being bullied, he will always stand up to them.
Origen likes to always have something to do, and he needs to always be occupied or he’ll get bored and think it’s the end of the world. He doesn’t like to sit around and wait for something to happen either; he does it himself. His mind is also full of creative and sometimes crazy ideas that he always somehow turns into real things. Now knowing this, you’ll know who to turn to when you need to get something done immediately. Origen can also be a perfectionist though, which is a hassle for the impatient ones but rewarding for him. Good thing he’s patient too.
Invention is not the only thing Origen does; he has mastered a lot of things, and is currently mastering something. Origen is the type of person to get bored easily—he even gets bored about smithery and invention despite them being his favorite things—he constantly looks for new things to discover and do. And when he finds it, he will try to master it until he wants to do something else again.
Origen is open-minded and flexible to change, not afraid to face strange and alien concepts. He can also be sometimes gullible to different ideas though, which can cause him to get confused about his own… which can cause him to also not want to bother himself with it anymore. He’s easy to influence and he might not know about that; when he does realize he’s being influenced, he tries hard to get rid of it and “return to his older self.”

Son of Prunella and Bensiabel
Age: 17 Gender: Male Pronouns: He/Him
Romantic Orientation: Biromantic Sexual Orientation: Demisexual
Best Subject: Spells Birthday: TBA
Faceclaim: Aleksander Dynowski
Biography:
When Prunella and Bensiabel got married, they returned to Prunella’s hometown. That was a bad idea though, and their relationship got judged due to the husband being the captor’s son. Prunella made it clear that he was her savior, but no one listened—one of the biggest villain? Her own mother.
They soon gave birth to twins, Vittoria Livia and Vittoria Livio. As they grew up, Prunella’s mother would refuse to recognize them as her own blood, even always convincing her to separate with Bensiabel. Bensiabel soon got enough about their situation, convincing Prunella to go to another town with him. However, Prunella was convinced by her mother, who couldn’t afford to lose her again. Bensiabel got heartbroken about not being chosen, but he knew he had to go; at their separation, he was supposed to bring both of their children. Prunella wasn’t willing, but agreed to have Vittoria while her husband would have Vincenzo.
Bensiabel brought Vincenzo to the next town. He decided not to be too away from his family. Through his son’s growth, he made sure to keep check of his morals and values, also constantly reminding him about his sister and mother. He basically made him a copy of him, teaching him everything that he knew including magic. Because of their bad relationship with the other town, they would barely visit there despite wanting to, but Vincenzo would actually sometimes visit and watch over his sister. Even getting frustrated about her miserable situation.
One day, Bensiabel suddenly got sick. They thought this was just going to pass away with medicine, but it only got worse to the point where the man had to always stay on the bed. Vincenzo got worried about this, and trued the best he can with magic to heal him. Bensiabel refused his help, and instead told him about his grandmother whow as a witch. Vincenzo, assuming this witch was going to be able to help them, set out to find her.
When he got there, he introduced himself as Bensiabel’s son. He expected something opposite to being unwelcomed, and almost even dying of it. The witch admitted to being the source of his father’s pain, which angered Vincenzo. The boy managed to get through her stone heart though, saying that she should be considerate about his own son. The witch gave in, but she told him to find her a replacement, still preferably a relative of them.
It was a bad idea, but Vincenzo immediately thought of Vittoria. And so he went to get him, barely staying for an hour to make things quicker. Despite the guilt, he convinced Vittoria that they were going to meet their father and practice magic together. He brought her to the witch’s house, who was delighted at the sight of beautiful youth. The witch immediately accepted the replacement, and took the curse off of her son.
Vincenzo immediately runs to his father, who recovered quickly. He told him about what he’d done, expecting to be lashed out at. Instead, Bensiabel takes action immediately, telling Vincenzo to assist him as he performed a harming spell against the witch. The witch realized the “plan,” attempting to even inflict pain towards Bensiabel and Vincenzo as well. Vincenzo convinced his father to finish the witch off, and through many hesitations, they finally managed to save Vittoria.
Vincenzo goes to find Vittoria, who was expectedly furious at his betrayal. He tried to explain what happened, but the girl refused to hear any of it and left for good. Vincenzo let her do so, but Bensiabel convinced him to be responsible and find the girl to take her back home.
Vincenzo soon found Vittoria and against her wishes, followed her everywhere she went.
Personality:
Vincenzo might be one of the most chill people you’ll ever know; he’s too chill to the point where it may seem like general nonchalance and it is not usual to offend him. He’s the type of person to be okay with everything, even though it’s a bad idea. But, fear not, he does have feelings… this is just his way of “coping” and telling you he doesn’t really like to make a big deal out of things.
Speaking of that, he’s pretty good at avoiding problematic things and he basically doesn’t really know how to deal with them if being faced with it; however, if there comes a time where he does have to, he often makes decisions right after the problem is handed over to him. Needless to say, he can also be the worst maker of decisions. Just take for example what he did after finding out his father was sick. And yes, he depends a lot on luck. He just like to be spontaneous, and most of his hopes are about problems getting finished immediately. He’s also obviously not one to hesitate.
A relationship with him is like a game. When you reached a high level but died somehow, it’s not a worry because it’ll just be like playing the game again from the bottom. He will just ignore you like he would if you’re a stranger, but that doesn’t mean you can’t approach and begin a fresh relationship with him again.
He values his freedom a lot and will hate it if he gets restricted about it. He knows he can’t just do anything at all, but he chooses not to recognize that fact at all. He can get really persistent as well, especially with things that he’s extremely passionate about, but he can also get submissive… such as when he might pursue you romantically, but if you just say no a couple of times, he might just shrug it off and go the next day as if he didn’t do anything like that at all (which would make him look like a fake assh0le).

Faceclaim: Alice Pagani
But even when Bensiabel has been gotten rid of, the people still cannot stop putting their nose on Prunella because she kept her daughter Vittoria. She would get judged everywhere she goes, mostly shunned and scared she might do something evil to them. Vittoria had proven many times she’s not supposed be feared; she doesn’t even possess any magic. One of the people that shun her is her own grandmother, who would watch her every moves and criticize whatever she does, which caused Vittoria to get confused and frustrated about herself. While Prunella would reassure her and tell her she didn’t need to worry, there were too many people against her. After all, two is better than one.
Soon, Vittoria didn’t feel like enduring anymore and asked her mother about her brother and father, to which Prunella answered “I don’t know.” This disappointed the girl, but she just continued to live her life anyway, though she spent her time enjoying the fantasy in her mind—her way of coping the ugly reality she had. As a result, she was often influenced by those fantasies.
One day, Vittoria meets a boy the same age as her, who introduces himself to be Vincenzo, her twin brother. They meet Prunella, who was happy to see him again. Immediately, she asked about Bensiabel, and Vincenzo ignored the question and told his mother that he needs to get Vittoria away from here. Although it was painful for her, Prunella finally gave in and let Vittoria go.
Vincenzo brings Vittoria to a far away land, telling her she was going to meet their father and teach her magic like him. Of course, Vittoria was excited about this, because finally she could live a good life away from the worst people. But what she doesn’t know is that what she’s gonna face is not better at all. When they arrived, it was the hut of Bensiabel’s mother, the witch, who had cursed her son to be terribly sick after betraying their father’s mother. It turned out that their father got cursed by the witch because of the betrayal, and now he’s bedridden. The witch agreed to let the curse go if and only if they had a replacement. Vittoria realized she was the replacement, and attempted to run but she was caught by Vincenzo.
The witch was glad of Vincenzo’s sacrifice, because she could make so much more from her aside from enslaving her to do things around her hut—she could also take her youth away; and so, she puts a curse on Vittoria, that every time she disobeys or fails what she needed to do, a year of her life would be taken. Vittoria ended up losing almost five years of her life, failing a couple of times even in just three days.
Soon, the witch gets sick terribly. She realizes this was probably Bensiabel, and before she could fight his spell, she died. Vittoria was set free by Vincenzo and brought to their house to recover, but she left immediately after that due to her anger towards her brother. She left to return home, but after getting reminded of the ugly life there, she just chose to wander off alone.
Personality:
To sum up her whole character, Vittoria always finds herself immersed in different fantasies way better than real life (as how most of us would probably do). She’s used to always only be the one to sympathize, understand, and entertain herself. Sometimes, she can often confuse these fantasies for reality, though it’s more often that she tells you about them instead of her reality just for the sake of her seeming interesting. It’s the habitual fear of judgment, to be honest, and that’s also not the only thing she lies about. She lies just about everything, as long as she can get away from bad consequences as well. Though, she doesn’t always get away with it, because she might give you the wrong information every time which will make everything not make sense at all.
Vittoria wears a lot of masks, often because she wants people to like her. You might even get confused about who she really is with how often or how fast she changes moods and attitude, which also often depends on who she speaks to. The more you get to know her is the more that you get confused about her. She’s not some deep mystery, but Vittoria can look like one because of it.
She also tends to bottle up her feelings a lot, especially negative ones and she’s notorious for holding long and deep grudges; those grudges, she doesn’t really show actively, but if you notice her being more silent to you than ever, that’s the sign. Because of that, she can’t help but explode sometimes. She gets upset and disappointed easily as well, because she—ironically—always expects the best from people. Speaking about that, she can also get overly optimistic, something she’s learned to always do just to make herself feel a little bit better… and something that really isn’t effective at all.

Personality:
Chester is one of those people you either love or hate - though most people love him. He doesn’t like playing games, he asks a question if he’s curious and he argues if the answer doesn’t make sense. Chester is a jokester, making puns every chance he gets. He enjoys making people laugh and is uncomfortable in situations where people accuse him of being too cavalier. He doesn’t enjoy fighting, but he will. And he won’t use his invisibility as a cheap way of winning - unlike some people, he has honour.
Chester is wise yet oblivious, strong yet weak, courageous yet scared, polite yet immature. He’s an oddball - the opposite of predictable. His teachers should hate him for his sarcastic and smartass comments, yet he’s an A average student and most of his teachers think of him as their favourite student. He treats authorities as though they’re equals and remains bold in the face of danger. He weighs the pros and cons before doing anything frowned upon, often thinking about the worst-case scenario and deciding if he’s okay with the potential consequences.
Chester pushes through awkward conversations and does his best to include everyone. He prefers being out with people but needs to recharge every once in a while. He’ll try his absolute best to be there for anyone, but even Chester knows he can only do so much. His go-to for cheering people up is trying to make them laugh, though some people just get p!ssed off. Some people think Chester is amazing, others think he’s too annoying for his own good.
Biography:
Many people often wonder how Chester came to be. The most frequently asked question being how a cat managed to have a human child; this is the same question Chester has magically managed to avoid for his entire life - mainly by turning invisible and sneaking away. Despite the confusing details of his birth, Chester had a nice childhood. He lived with his mother - who the narrator of this story is actively refusing to reveal whether she was human or cat - and rarely ever saw his father. Chester received a birthday card every year and occasionally Cheshire would drop by for Christmas.
Chester didn’t mind not seeing his dad, perhaps Chester would have minded more if he knew he had a sister who lived with him. Neither of his parents ever bothered telling him. The couple had split up when Chester was a year old, Alya two. And, unlike Alya, Chester grew up on Earth. So any chance of them ever meeting was out of the question.
It sounds strange, but nothing life-altering ever happened to Chester. He had friends, a couple of significant others. Other than that, he had a rather sheltered life. The most tedious part was hiding his lineage from the people who knew him and restraining his want to turn invisible most of the time. Not to hide, mind you. Simply to inconvenience the usual bullies who liked to mock his friends.
It came as a surprise when Chester received his OUH letter - only because he had no clue a school like this would exist. He had a lot of questions, such as how stories such as Mulan would work if in the present time any child of hers would be dead. Did that mean there were separate realms where it was currently the 15th century? Or stories that required mythical figures such as Merlin would work if the story would need to be true for a child to be made, so the story would no longer be a fairytale as it’s true. He constantly pestered his mother with these questions, and she never had a response. He decided that he’d have to have a talk with Headmaster Grimm when he got there.
But even the name Headmaster Grimm brought up some interesting questions as Brothers Grimm rewrote quite a few stories to make them more gruesome, which brought up the question: was Headmaster Grimm really trustworthy? And, seeing how many stories are rewritten, couldn’t there be multiple children of the same fairytale with the same characters, just written by different people with different yet similar endings? Needless to say, Chester had many questions and not nearly enough answers.

Personality:
Contrary to what some might think, Vulpes did not spend her days sulking around the palace after her breakup. She instead, hung out with Momo. The two have developed an inseparable bond. Part of this might be because Vulpes can’t stand being alone. She freaks out, turns into her fox form, and hides anywhere she can, waiting for someone to come find her. She’s taken to sleeping in the same room as Momo. She sleeps in her fox form on a chair in the corner. With all the pillows Momo insists on being there, it’s often quite comfortable. She can only assume it came from the week she spent in that forest. She had been in such a hurry, she didn’t pay attention to where she was going and was lost. However, her fear of being alone is nothing compared to her fear of dogs. The moment she sees one, she runs away and doesn’t return for hours.
Vulpes has always been kind. She has no qualms talking to other people - she still prefers being around Momo, though - but she’s often weary when it comes to favours. She knows that not everyone always wants something in return, something she had to learn the hard way. And the curse says nothing about people having to return her own favours, which makes doing them even more annoying. Vulpes is also extremely self-conscious, if not a little vain. She has it in her head that if someone takes offence or acts even the slightest bit rude while she’s talking to them, it’s somehow her fault. Or if anyone sniggers in her general direction, they’re laughing at her.
Vulpes also has a tendency of being lazy. She prefers to sleep all day instead of paying attention in class or studying. Vulpes often sleeps in Momo’s lap or sidled up next to them. But often, Momo will read a textbook out loud while she sleeps, and Vulpes usually tries her best to listen. Even if what she hears is foggy and dazed in her memory, she appreciates everything Momo does for her.
Even though school isn’t her thing, Vulpes has spent most of her life learning how to sing. She’s gotten quite good at it, at least that’s what Momo says, and has even started playing the guitar as well. It’s been gruelling and she can really only play five chords or so, but it’s been worth it for the amount of change she gets performing on the street with Momo doing a dance beside her.
Biography:
The legendary story of how the two foxes - Kit and Lunar - met is known across the entire kingdom. Though no one admits it for fear of execution, the story runs laps around that of Kuzma and his wife. It all started one fair night at dusk - the perfect time of night. Kit planned on spending her night hunting. Despite her limitless amount of chicken Kuzma gifted her, Kit still enjoyed catching her own meals occasionally. The only issue was that over the months she had spent being pampered, Kit’s hunting abilities had decreased drastically. Which is why the beautiful orange fox failed to notice the large hunter tracking her.
Kit continued in her obliviousness, trying her best to find a bird’s nest. She stopped for a moment at a quick creek and, to no avail, found not a single small animal in the dense forest. However, ways up the creek, there was a fox who’s ears piqued up at the crack of a twig. He raised his white snout from the water and stuck his nose in the air. It was faint, but he could smell definitely smell the faint aroma of cured leather - that of a hunter. Lunar slowly crawled through the bushes and came across a certain fox. He recognized her from the royal events and posters, the fox who had united the King and Queen. Behind Kit, a surprisingly stealthy human hunter crept towards her with a net.
Lunar then jumped. What came over him, he did not know. He just knew in his heart that this was what he was supposed to do. Lunar’s jump was unlike any other he had ever made, he leapt over the bright orange fox, his pure white fur turning pink in the sunset. He snarled as he latched onto the unsuspecting hunter’s ear, causing him to scream out in pain. Perhaps Lunar could have stayed and try to defeat the hunter, but the same gut feeling that had told him to jump told him to drop in that moment. So Lunar did, he dropped and sprinted whilst the hunter screamed and cursed in anger, Kit quickly following after him.
A year later, after many more adventures - and of course a quick visit to a witch so give them the ability to turn into humans and live a human lifespan - they married. Soon after was the birth of Vulpes Kitsuki. The couple immediately took her to the same witch, and Vulpes was given the ability to shape shift, as well. Except, the witch had grown tired of watching selfish people advising rulers, so she made a condition. Vulpes had to return every favor anyone ever did for her. If she didn’t, over the following days she would slowly loose her human form until she was once again a normal fox. To regain her ability, she’d have to return whatever favors she owed. The rules were rather simple, if you asked Vulpes.
Growing up in the palace, it was only natural she met Hisao, Kuzma’s eldest child. Of course, they were only one and far to young to have any meaningful knowledge of each other. But it was still original basis for their friendship. A year or so later, Kuzma’s second child, Momo, was born. Momo was admittedly smaller than their brother. Which is why, when Momo hit the age of nine, Kuzma insisted Vulpes protect Momo, along with Hisao. Vulpes wasn’t sure why Kuzma didn’t hire a bodyguard but, alas, all her belongings were moved into the room in between Momo and Hisao. Though, Vulpes supposed that being near Hisao - her first crush - wasn’t that bad.
Time progressed and all three of them became close friends - Hisao and Vulpes becoming a little more than just friends. But Vulpes always made time for Momo, making sure to read with them, play games, making crafts. Whatever thing they wanted to do. This wasn’t to say that Hisao and Vulpes couldn’t start dating, as well. This is exactly what happened when they were 15. Neither two were big on PDA, but they held hands quite often.
In fact, things had been going well for a year. Everyone was happy, even Momo who, though was acting oddly distant, seemed alright. It wasn’t until Hisao’s 16th birthday that Vulpes wanted to do something special with him. She wanted to take their relationship to the next level. But when Hisao turned her down without giving a reason, Vulpes assumed that it was because she wasn’t good enough for him - a fear she had developed at the beginning of their relationship as almost all the girls in the kingdom wanted to be with him. She ran away in tears, hiding out in the forest for a week.
Needless to say, the two broke up. Vulpes started completely ignoring Hisao. She tried to change their rooms, but it was rather difficult when she refused to tell anyone what had happened between the two. Kuzma, without a cause, claimed that it was for Momo’s safety that she couldn’t move. Luckily, Hisao seemed to catch on that they weren’t telling anyone and neither has dated anyone else since.
One more year later, Vulpes received her OUH invitation, she was ecstatic. Of course, she would be attending with Momo, but that meant she’d be stuck with Hisao as well. However, maybe this would a good time to get some answers from him.

|| personality ||
[ Momo was often referred to as Chīsana momo -or “little peach” by Kuzma, their father. Though this was partly because their first name meant ‘peach’, there were plenty of other things about them that made the title so fitting. Besides their looks-soft, pink lips, even softer hair, and round rosy cheeks, Momo was always a smiler. Everyone around them found them quite fascinating in manner. Momo was a quick learner-always observing the world around them, and applying what they saw with those bright eyes to themselves. They learned to walk, then only a week later, to run and skip as well. Soon after their first word (vulpes) was spoken, they babbled the songs sung to them by their governesses. They were fascinated by what others could do, and wanted to learn to do these things themself. And learn, they did. Their father made sure to get them the best teachers. Momo was taught not only the basic subjects but languages, arts, and athletics as well. Learning so many things at such a young age has made Momo a knowledgeable and talented person. They’re also very open minded, and adore learning new things. ]
[ Unfortunately, though Momo loves to immerse themselves in a brand-new hobby-they soon get bored. They have a short attention span and easily tire out-going through phase after phase. This has led to a wide and impressive set of skills-Momo can play the biwa, has dipped into ventriloquism, and “fell in love with golf”-which led to an entire course being built. Though Momo still retains faded memories of how to practice these skills, they are far pushed back-they’ve moved onto something new. One thing they’ve never quite gotten out of is her quirky and colorful fashion sense-a fashion sense similar to harajuku. Whilst diving into the cute and bright world of harajuku, Momo learnt to bead bracelets, sew accessories, and design outfits unlike any other. They often use their clothing to express themselves, painting their emotions on the canvas that is their body. Even when feeling dull, they never let themselves be seen in anything less than “out-there”. They’ve seen the looks they get-they only become more confident-no matter if it’s admiration, envy, or disgust. All attention is good attention for Momo. ]
[ Momo’s lust for attention is one of their worst traits-something that often makes them seem childish and annoying in others’ eyes. Momo has FOMO-fear of missing out, they want to be part of the group. When they feel as if they are left out, they become jealous. Momo is a very envious person-though they havw always been spoiled and catered to, this makes them take such things for granted. They get angry when these accommodations are removed, and long for what they cannot have. They have always set the bar so high for themselves that even the best no longer seems good enough. Lastly, Momo is constantly observing the world-drawing information from every little thing. Momo is somewhat of an imitator-often by accident. They pick up on people’s sayings and mannerisms, and tries them out. They are easily inspired, and often “borrow” hairstyles and outfit ideas-and though they are strongly against plagiarism and would never truly steal someone’s idea-this can get a bit annoying. To people they have a crush on, this habit often intensifies-they often act a bit like their crush. They can be very determined to get their crush’s attention. Momo also likes to use their creativity to make things for their crush-especially bead bracelets and accessories. When they have a crush on someone, it is obvious-unbeknownst to Momo. ]
|| biography ||
[ Momo was born a beautiful, smiling baby. Like the meaning of their name-‘peach’-they had soft, glowing skin and even softer hair. Their hair seemed to bush out-framing their head like a halo. Everyone around them found them quite fascinating in both looks and manner. Though the two were different, Momo always looked up to their brother Hisao. Hisao was [how many years] older, and acted so too-always the tougher sibling, the less expressive, the quieter. They knew their family would always protect them. Though no one made them feel as safe as Vulpes. Kuzma’s beloved fox friend-the one who had helped him become King was very welcome to live at the palace. And when she had a child, it felt right that Vulpes would watch over Kuzma’s children, helping them succeed as well. ]
[ Momo had a great relationship with Kuzma-who they took after in many ways. Kuzma made sure Momo had a happy childhood with everything they could want-their bed was large and full of life-sized stuffed animals. They were taught in dozens of classes, and recieved the very best tutors to each them anything they wanted to learn. Part of it was because Kuzma never got such an oppurtunity as a child. His parents sent him away when he was only a boy-and he was too lazy to take up any skills. He wanted Momo to have every chance at a happy life that they could. And Momo was. Both of their parents were kind and loving towards everyone, and treated Vulpes as family. However, to Momo, Vulpes was always more of a friend than family. Though it seemed Hisao and Vulpes spent more time together-possibly due to the closeness in age- Vulpes and Momo had their fun as well-often playing games, or letting Momo tag along on Vulpes’ and Hisao’s many adventures. The fact that everyone was so accepting when they came out as genderfluid and queer only increased their love for the people closest to them. ]
[ Momo never particularly enjoyed books. It was next to impossible for them to stay still, and hard to get lost in an imaginary world when the world in front of them was already so interesting? But a warm summer day, with Vulpes curled up in their lap would change that-adding a positive memory related to reading to Momo’s memory bank. They leaned against a tree with bleach-white bark, book open on one hand, other hand resting lightly on Vulpes’s soft red neck fur. The book was nothing special-just one Vulpes had chosen from the library. They did this every so often-the small red fox curled up on their lap, eyes small, peaceful slits as Momo read to her. But this time, the fox’s eyes fluttered completely shut-Vulpes fell asleep. And a few seconds later, involuntarily, she slipped into human form. Vulpes was absolutely beautiful. Her pale face looked peaceful, her curls framing it perfectly. The way the sun traveled through the leaves above them, turning scarlet tresses to gold was mesmerizing. And that’s when Momo realized- Holy canoli. I’m in love with Vulpes. (It wasn’t canoli, but you get the gist.) ]
[ Having a crush on the foxy protector wasn’t necessarily easy-especially when she started dating Hisao. Yeah, that one hurt really bad. Their moments with Vulpes seemed like dust to the moments Hisao and Vulpes shared-Momo had to witness them and how “in-love” they were. “What about our reading under the tree? Our bracelet making? What about the hide and seek?” Momo asked these questions-though never to Vulpes. They asked these questions to their ceiling at night, wondering what made their brother a better choice than them. Perhaps it was how much he and Vulpes had in common. Momo felt like a child compared to the two. They knew they had to stop liking Vulpes. Who liked their brother’s girlfriend?! But it seemed impossible every time that day under the tree came to mind. Vulpes and Hisao spent less time with Momo-which didn’t even hurt that bad-it meant Momo wouldn’t have to distance themselves from the happy pair. Instead, Momo took up several hobbies at once to distract themselves from the awful pit in their stomach-a pit of jealousy, bitterness, and insecurity. ]
[ Maybe all the wishes-the ones on shooting stars, ladybugs, and dandelions did amount to something. Because after a short time, Hisao and Vulpes broke up. Momo had no idea why-and no one told them either. The air between Hisao and Momo became awkward-though Hisao would never know why. They still talked, of course. No grudges were held. But…how did you tell your brother you had a crush on his ex? And before she even was his ex? This was something Momo did not want to reveal to Hisao. Momo had their Vulpes back. They began to spend more time together than ever before. Momo followed Vulpes everywhere-and anything she wanted to do, Momo instantly agreed. And they were never disappointed-Vulpes was everything blissful, adventurous, and fun. Vulpes was even the one that watched Momo’s silvery hair get turned to a carrot-like orange (to match with Vulpes.) Now that they were so close, Momo’s love was set on fire-their crush even larger than before. And when the golden invitations to OUAH came in the mail, Vulpes would be by their side-their protecter, but more importantly, the girl they had loved for years. Momo made a promise to themself-at this new school, they would sort this crazy mess out. They’d confess to Hisao and Vulpes-hopefully everything would go just right, and Momo’s fairytale life would continue. ]
