Half term holidays

So in the UK, schools & colleges (if you’re in America, it’d be high school from age 16-19) get a week off from education and this happens approximately around:

  • October
  • February
  • May

Does your school do that wherever you come from? Like give the whole school a week off.

Back when I had school, in Australia we had holidays for each term:

  • Term 1 holidays (around April? Don’t remember :joy:)
  • Term 2 holidays (around June/July)
  • Term 3 holidays (around September/October, I think?)
  • Term 4 holidays (summer - December - January)

And I think there was mid-term break in November and March, something?
