Yeah my bad.
I never realized this was a stereotype.
Itās generalizing muslims as if were all like that. Of course it is.
Well, that was interesting to know.
I feel like people also need to know that thereās a line between culture and religion. Donāt let it be crossed because thatās what causes most or some of the misogyny in the first place.

A question:
Can Muslims eat food made by non-Muslims?
I donāt remember if I already asked itā¦
Uh yes as long as itās safe/halal. I do all the time.
I dont understand why real things cant be put in stories.
Iām not one to want to portray someone badly, but in another thread here, there are girls saying theyād never date certain races because of how poorly they were treated by them and nobody argues them for stereotyping. I tried but failed.
But here its saying I canāt put those girlsā real life negative experiences into a story because it is a stereotype.
I just feel so much contradiction.
Not really contradicting yourself. Just not out to make others look badly, which is fine. You donāt ignore what they have to say. You do listen, just donāt promote it as āthatās all of them.ā
If anyone plans on cooking for their Muslim friends and they arenāt sure what to cook, veggie is a safe option.
Halal meat can be difficult to find in some places
I think the name of Allah should be said when slaughtering the animal.
Oh yeah I know haha. But there are places in the world where halal butchers are hard to find
The question is: if itās not known whether the meat was slaughtered when saying the name of Allah or not, can they eat it?
I believe they canāt, but that is definitely a Shadow question!
Or maybe @liyahsdiamond? You grew up in a Muslim family, right? Iām not making stuff up?
@ELx is rather knowledgeable too
I doubt it. But maybe they actually can
Yes, and Iām Muslim myself.
If Allahās name is not said over the meat, you say his name over the meat yourself.
And what about the preparation? It has to be prepared in a certain way, right?
Can Muslims enter in other places of worship, such as synagogues, churchs, temples?
If I celebrate holidays like Hanukkah, Succot, etc. and I want to invite you, can you be only presented? (I donāt mean to ask if you can say Jewish prayers)
If itās for a permissible reason, yes.
