also dam I really made the whole Hayden making Carmen think of someone she was once knew and her feeling protective of him out of nowhere on the spot, whew.
Needed to find a reason for Carmen to even join them because Carmen would have just stomped away annoyed after her talk and rant if the plot did not need her to be an instinct.

Carmen going to be so pissed she got powers when all she wanted to do was make sure they didn’t sign a letter to their deaths without some safety first especially since freshmen/sophomore are involved but she’s going to warm up to them.

Man I’m so curious on how this is going to turn out. You did good work though, being forced to write something your character normally wouldn’t do by adding an unorthodox reason as to why they did it.
