Actually, the braids are a black style, it’s just not exclusive to only black culture. They aren’t “Dutch braids” as Episode claims they are because Dutch braids are looser. The correct name they should have given it is Two Cornrow braids. It is a black style however, non-black people can wear it if they have a curly or Afro texture. 
There’s Native Americans that have that style apart of their culture, I don’t see no problem with it. Same with Hispanics and the Latin community.
