Um yes, because Jessica Yaniv filed law suits against women who were uncomfortable with waxing her balls. This shows that she is using her label as a trans person to get what she wants. The employees were fired which is simply unfair if someone was literally trying to force them to wax them. Are you guys saying that Jessica Yaniv deserves respect no matter what?

Who ever said anything about respect though? I’m just saying that Blair is using misgendering to be like “I’m one of the good ones”. Affirming someone’s gender has nothing to do with respect. Do you go around misgendering cis people because they’re predators? I don’t think I’ve ever heard anyone call R-Kelly “she” before.

But when the individual is clearly abusing the trans community by hiding behind them to commit literal crimes then I don’t think they deserve the respect or the validation of the trans community. Yes, she is trans, but if someone misgenders her then I wouldn’t be up for defending her because of what she has done.

But there is clearly a problem with letting someone go just because they identify as a woman. Their crime is still there.
Also what tf does this have to do with Blair White being a bad person and Rowling’s tweets making people uncomfortable with dogwhistles. We’re not talking about fringe issues with law-breaking individuals who happen to be trans, we’re talking about perfectly normal every day trans people

This is a problem with sexism, not with her being a woman. That’s something we need to sort out, not by taking her womanhood away from her, but by freaking treating her like the criminal she is. Female criminals aren’t misgendered in prison. So let’s fight for her to be put in prison, not to be called a man.

Obviously that’s the main point, but I don’t think we should we discussing how Blaire White is a bad person for misgendering a child predator. I don’t think that matters in the context of that individual taking advantage of children.

See, I said there must be other psychiatric help that goes along with that (because there always is), but this one clipping from an article says something so it must be the case! I’ve seen transphobes use this exact issue before.
Watch any debate Blair has with a trans person on Youtube. I’m pretty sure she misgendered Natalie Wynn in there debate, for instance. She’ll either “slip up” with trans people who don’t pass like her or do it deliberately to get under their skin. And it’s disgusting
