Major is the main one. It requires more classes
Minors are an additional thing on your degree that is a smaller concentration of classes

Majors and minors help you tailor your degree to what you want to do after university
(I havenāt declared mine yet, I donāt have to until the end of first year, but I want to major in film and media with a minor in world languages)
