See I thought they were only a throuple for the prom because Elijah was conflicted on who to refuse and he didn’t want to refuse anybody, so in that way it would be dramatic if both of them wanted Elijah but not each other, in that case it would bring a lot of drama. Especially if with this threesome Richard’s questioning sexuality suddenly turns to him being gay, that would mean drama becuase he would be in the couple only for Elijah and not interested in Sammy and would in time start hating her
But if you want to go the easy route he could be bisexual and into them both

Hey Kbail, you know that RIchard won’t ask Elijah if he wants to join even though he secretly wants to, but your character can see his eyes and decide to join himself and Richard could only pull him closer as he notices him coming closer and wanting the same thing … Can I add that to the post?
