Crash Course in Romance has a bit of this trope
The main romance in the show is between a shop owner and a teacher but the show also has a bit of a love triangle/competition situation with the shop owner’s daughter, the daughter’s friend and this athlete/popular guy at her school
I haven’t really watched many high school dramas yet but if you’re looking for light and fluffy, Crash Course in Romance is definitely that
Extraordinary Attorney Woo is also very fluffy if you like lawyer shows
