Vivien Foran
Vivien looked out the window as her family’s carriage travelled down the road of this strange, new place. She examined the landscape, thinking of how beautiful paintings of this place would be. If only I were here on my own accord. She thought, looking down at her travel dress. She’d chosen her most comfortable, yet presentable dress for the occasion, wanting to make a good impression on whoever she encountered first. She wrapped her fingers around her ruby necklace, a parting gift from her mother and a piece of her homeland that she could carry with her. The horses slowed to a halt as the carriage arrived at its destination. Vivien dismounted the carriage, collecting her bags and walking up to the front gates of the castle.

Alistair Reinsel
Alistair rode through the town, the wind sweeping his hair off his face. Even though he’d come to Cynaria a few times with Sir Christian, they never stayed long enough for him to become familiar with it, so he occasionally found himself getting lost on a sideroad. When he finally found the castle, he breathed a sigh of relief and raced towards it. As he entered the grounds, he slowed his hose down and rode to the stables. Finding an empty stall, he dismounted, leading her into the stall and then going through his usual after riding routine, one of the things he was adamant about never changing, no matter where he was. He exited the stables and began to walk around the grounds. Out of the corner of his eyes he saw someone hit a tree and had to stifle a laugh as he walked towards them. β€œWell that was certainly graceful.” He quipped, leaning against the tree and crossing his arms.
