Now that Marie approves of it, I’m far more inclined to say maybe they have a promise of getting together after the war. Like there is interest there, but it’s like an agreement thing where ‘we’ll totally come out once this sh*tshow is over’. So until then, it’s just all about living another day.

And that’s the other thing. Peter and Quintin are the characters the both of us are more likely to kill off, therefore dramatic heartbreak ~
