I think those apply to the beauty side of health and beauty, also make up could go in art

Yeah, I would say it depends on the topic then. We would have to define the line if we were able to make this section happen.

Health and beauty is a subcategory 
it would be a subcategory of general chat
This is technically still possible, we’d just need to make sure fashion related threads stay open and active
