Hmmā€¦ well, just had to have a quick Google search of Kakeguri. (pulls at collar) Whoops. Sorry, didnā€™t know what it was. Anyway, it seems to be about a school that practically promotes gambling. So given that this is the plot and they are underage, I am inclined to say it would go against them. Unfortunately, it is sad to say that many anime/manga stories do go against our version of the PG-13 rules.
