I got lucky, my dad works at my University and I get tuition remission. I pay around 1-1.5k per semester (well technically my dad pays for it).
For this semester they took FOREVERRR to update my tuition, it said 23k for weeks and I got it down to 1.4k.

The only downside is that the commute to uni is SO BADD.
I live around 45 mins to 1 hour and 20 mins away, depending on the traffic and time of day.
This semester I drive with my dad most of the time, last semester I took the train. The train takes over an hour.
