“I would appreciate it and if she wants more info I can tell her anything she needs to know.” Ezra said taking a deep breath. I cuddled into Braxton a bit. He always knew exactly how to calm me down and he was always the one I went to when I needed support.
Killian held Leo’s hand and smiled. “I mean Im sure Coach will make you help him choose your replacement for next season. So you will have to let me know if you see any good athletes my darling.” Killian smiled and reached up to Leo hoping Leo would help him up for a kiss or lean down for one. @ChayChay05
“Sorry, I missed your lips baby.” Enzo leaned down, lips brushing hers as he spoke, “I could get used to this,” he murmured.
Enzo chuckled, his heart racing. “I mean, it’s nice to go out and have fun, but…” he glanced towards the door before his gaze returned to her, a playful glint in his eyes, “what if we just stayed in instead?”
It was after classes and Chloe decided to go to the library and start doing her homework. She needed to prove to her family that she is still the same daughter she always been, she just does not need her parents to breath down her back and be on case all the time. She walked into the library and as she was walking to one of the table she finished sending a text to Lorenzo, just letting him know she in the library doing homework. As she was finishing she tripped over the leg of a chair and fell. “well fuck” she whispers out loud but more to herself. As she was picking up her books and phone and she saw someone sitting in the chair she tripped over. “Sorry I clearly was not seeing where I was when I was walking and finishing a text. I did not mean to disturb you while you were doing schoolwork” . She then got up once everything was picked up.
Kendrie climbed out of the pool, the cool air wrapping around her like a crisp blanket as she shook the water droplets from her hair. She could feel her teammates laughing and joking behind her, but her mind was far from the cheerful banter. As she walked towards the locker room, she tugged at her swim cap and flicked it into the nearest bin, the sound echoing hollowly.
In the locker room, she settled onto a wooden bench, her heart heavy. Grabbing her towel, she began to dry her hair, twisting it around her fingers in an attempt to wring out both the water and her worries. Images of Katrina flashed across her mind—the redhead’s radiant smile, now dimmed by confusion and hurt. Kendrie swallowed hard, remembering the moment she’d learned that Katrina was with Leo. She hadn’t meant to get involved with him…it had been a spur-of-the-moment thing, a mistake. But that didn’t matter now. Thinking back, she could almost see the shock and disappointment on Ethan’s face when he had discovered … what she had done.
Ethan was supposed to be her confidant, her rock. Now it felt like she had dragged him into the mess, too. If he were here, he would probably shake his head, call her out for being reckless, and tell her to make things right. Yet how could she fix something so broken? She inhaled deeply, letting the warm scent of chlorine and soap fill her lungs. The reality of her choices sat heavily within her, a knot in her stomach.
Once her hair was mostly dry and she had dressed in comfy clothes, she slipped out of the locker room. Instead of heading straight to her dorm, an impulse urged her to wander the campus, as if the endless expanse of buildings and greens might offer her a fresh perspective. She stuffed her hands into her hoodie pockets and strolled through the familiar pathways, her thoughts still swirling like the racing currents of the pool.
Lost in her contemplation, she rounded a corner and collided softly with someone. “Whoa!” she exclaimed, stumbling back.
Phoenix was locked in, the library’s quiet hum allowing her to focus intently on her homework. It was her sanctuary, a place free from distractions, where her mind could roam through complex ideas and mathematical equations. However, her concentration was abruptly shattered when a pretty girl stumbled over the leg of her chair. Literally shaking her out of focus.
“Well, fuck,” the girl muttered, more to herself than anyone else. The sound of her books and phone clattering to the floor echoed throughout the silent space. Phoenix felt a familiar irritation surge, knowing that this interruption would likely steal her focus for the day at the library.
As the girl scrambled to retrieve her belongings, she finally caught sight of Phoenix, “Sorry I clearly wasn’t paying attention while I was walking and texting. I didn’t mean to disturb you while you were working,” she said.
Phoenix couldn’t suppress a smirk. This was too good of an opportunity to pass up. She leaned back in her chair, an air of casual confidence surrounding her. “No worries,” she replied, her tone playful yet laced with an edge that hinted at her unintentional mind games.
As the girl finally got to her feet, still slightly flustered, Phoenix’s curiosity piqued. “You know,” she began, tilting her head slightly with a teasing smile, “if you’re looking for a place to study, you might as well join me. I promise I won’t trip you this time.” There was a playful lilt to her voice, and a faint glint in her eye, as if she found amusement in the entire situation.
As I got up I heard the person say“No worries,” and “You know, if you’re looking for a place to study, you might as well join me. I promise I won’t trip you this time” with a head tilt. Chloe smiled and chuckled softly at this person’s remark. “Aww man maybe I so wanted to be tripped by you again though” she said with a sarcastic tone since she was being sarcastic. “But seriously thank you. I will take you up on that offer if you want. But don’t worry I wont be loud and take your attention away from your studies even though it will be hard pay any attention to school work with me around. I can make a good distraction.” Chloe said being serious on the first part of the she won’t be too loud and take there attention from doing there schoolwork, but was joking about her being a good distraction, even though she has seen people literally watch her than do schoolwork, but that was back home. She then sat down and started to get her notebook and textbook out and a pen so she could do her work. “I’m Chloe by the way”
Phoenix couldn’t help but chuckle as Chloe casually played along with the banter. “Aww man maybe I so wanted to be tripped by you again though,” Chloe replied with a playful sarcasm that put Phoenix at ease. There was something refreshing about this girl, a spark that made Phoenix raise an eyebrow in mild intrigue.
“Well, you might have to be careful what you wish for,” Phoenix shot back, a teasing smile dancing on their lips. “It seems like I have an accidental knack for tripping unsuspecting texters.”
Chloe continued, her tone shifting from playful to earnest. “But seriously thank you. I will take you up on that offer if you want. But don’t worry I wont be loud and take your attention away from your studies even though it will be hard pay any attention to school work with me around. I can make a good distraction.”

“I’m Chloe by the way” So Phoenix reached out a hand to her. “Phoenix. Nice to meet’cha.”
As they began to work, Phoenix threw surreptitious glances at Chloe, watching her scribble notes and furrow her brow in concentration. In that moment, Phoenix realized that she didn’t mind the shift in her focus. Engaging with Chloe was more stimulating than solving another problem, and the simple act of sharing the same space felt subtly electric.
What are you studying? Phoenix thought. The way Chloe was engaged with her textbook made her seem serious, but Phoenix couldn’t help but wonder if there was something more interesting lurking beneath the surface. And then, another question hit her: What grade are you? Chloe seemed a bit older, but then again, could it just be the way she carried herself? Phoenix tore her gaze away again, mentally chiding herself for getting so distracted. But she couldn’t shake the thought that kept tumbling around in her head: You’re pretty. How do you do your makeup? It still amazed her how effortlessly radiant Chloe looked, even in a casual setting.
She caught herself biting the edge of her pen, half-lost in thought, imagining how fun it would be to swap beauty tips or share a laugh about their favorite makeup brands.
“Chloe?” Phoenix tried to keep her voice low, hoping not to disrupt the tranquil atmosphere of the library, which felt almost sacred at that moment. “What subject are you studying? Just curious!” As the words left her lips, Phoenix immediately felt a rush of anticipation, hoping Chloe might share more than just a simple answer. Would they dive into a deeper conversation, or would she just keep it surface-level? Phoenix leaned forward slightly, eager to catch whatever came next.
As Chloe sat down she opened her books and notebook. Before she started the homework Phoenix said "Good distractions can lead to brilliant insights, Buuuut I wouldn’t worry too much. I thrive on chaos which made Chloe Smile. “Hmm I never thought about it like that before, but good to know that you thrive on chaos.”
After she sat down and opened the books and after introducing herself, Phoenix reached out a hand to me and I reached mine out a well and shook it. “Nice to meet you Phoenix I like the name” She smiled then went back to her homework and notebook taking notes, since she did have to read the chapter for the homework. As they both worked on there homework Phoenix eventually spoke up again and asked what subject she was working on. “Oh I am working on Chemistry right now. Got to red the chapter, so I figured I would take notes as well that way I can study the notes when I have a quiz or if they call and ask us questions in class tomorrow. What about you?”
Malik had stopped running the track throwing his hands up to rest on the top of his head as he took deep inhales of breath hoping to calm his lungs a bit. He was out of practice a bit. He hadn’t been practicing quite as much as he should have been because a lot had happened for him in the last few years. He remained to himself as he heard some of his team mates approach from behind. He removed his hands from his head and collected his water before heading to the locker room.
Once he was in the locker room he let his guard down a little bit and sat in a bathroom stall with his change of clothes and his bag. He started to change but his mind had started to wander and he soon found himself lost in thought again. Malik always had a lot on his mind these days and it often never really all left his head but sat in the back of his mind just out of reach most of the day only for it to move to the forefront of his brain and let him dwell on it for hours. He loved being here at St. Andrews but he wondered what his life would be like if he hadn’t. Was his existence here helpful to his family or did it make things more difficult for them all?
Malik wished he felt less like a fish out of water here but he also knew it was at least in his opinion in his best interests to remain a wallflower here. It was easier to keep people from knowing him if he threw himself into running and classes. He didn’t have much for class work and material to throw himself into yet so running over and over again was all he had right now. Malik finished changing and ran out of the locker room. He had decided to just run more then if there wasn’t anything else to keep him occupied right now.
Malik adjusted his bag on his shoulder and took off running through the pathways outside trying to run away from all the thoughts in his head that wouldn’t quiet down. As he turned a corner he ran straight into a girl and reached out to try and make sure he didn’t knock her over as he tried to stop himself from moving forward more. “I’m so sorry. Are you ok?” He asked hoping that she could understand him. He knew his English wasn’t the best and he had a strong accent but he really hadn’t spoken to many people here yet so he wasn’t sure if it was really as bad as he thought it was.

Piper smiled at him. “Yeah, I get that Koda Bear, but you could never be mean to me.” She giggled and pushed him playfully. “You know you love me.” She giggled again as she started thinking. She couldn’t believe she was in love with her best friend. How could this have happened? When did this happen? Her mind started racing and she didn’t know what to do or think. She always had to act like herself around him, so he didn’t get suspicious of her.
Liv nodded her head at Eve. She knew they couldn’t pick up where they left off. That is kind of impossible giving the bad blood that was between them. She looked to Eve and smiled. “I wouldn’t rush you to be my friend again. I know it’s going to take time. We need to take it slow Eve. Slow and Steady win the race, right?” She offered another smile as she took a sip of water herself. She really just wanted Eve back in her life. She didn’t care how it was at all.
Rodney smiled at Ken. “That sounds wonderful.” Rodney really liked Ken, but he didn’t want to rush anything at the same time. He knew he had to take it slow. He just liked hanging out with him. “So, tell me more about you. I want to know everything about Bird” He smiled as they headed for the park.
Jade smiled and blushed as Enzo said “I could get used to this,” Jade couldn’t help but feel the same way. Her smile grew bigger when he said “what if we just stayed in instead?” Jade did like this idea. “I like the sound of that baby.” She said as she pulled him back to bed.
Braxton held Ezra close. “Anytime baby, and I will let her know.” I said as I texted my mom. I knew she would say yes. She loved Ezra and his little sister. So, Braxton knew she couldn’t and wouldn’t say no.
Leo smiled down at him. Leo slowed leaned downward to softly and gently kiss Killian. Leo really did love Killian more than he could ever dream of loving someone. “Yeah, baby you are right.” He said as he smiled and pulled himself back up.
Koda “You are right love I can’t be mean to you, even if I tried I would apologize to you. Somehow you broke me down and got and found my soft spot. Just please don’t tell anyone I want to still keep my mean bad boy reputation. And yes I do love ya.” I smile at her, a big smile to.
Ezra cuddled into Braxton more hoping that this would all work out and he wouldn’t have to stress about it more. He nearly missed Ezra call him Baby. Nearly but didn’t. Ezra looked up at him slightly confused when he started to process that Braxton had called him that. “Please tell me what she says I’m on pins and needles about it.” He took a deep breath and sat up a little before asking another question of Brax. “Did you just call me baby?” He asked smiling as he tried to not make things weird if he had heard Brax wrong.
Killian kissed Leo back smiling. He was so happy that Leo loved him and that everything was going well for them both. “You are my world Leo and I am so glad to have you.” @ChayChay05
“I’m so sorry. Are you ok?” a voice with a distinct accent came through as she looked up. A guy stood before her, his wavy hair darker than hers and his skin slightly tanned. “It’s okay,” Kendrie replied, brushing off the incident and adjusting her hoodie. “I wasn’t really paying attention anyway.”
She couldn’t help but size him up. He looked to be about her age, maybe a little older, dressed casually in all black zip up and shorts that fit just right. He was barely taller than her, with an athletic build that hinted at an active lifestyle. His deep brown eyes were serious but held a glimmer of empathy, making a stark contrast with her own vibrant hazel ones. She sensed a hint of nervousness in his posture—she wondered why.
“I’m Kendrie, by the way,” she introduced, extending a hand despite his demeanor. Her assertive nature often broke the ice in awkward situations, and she appreciated the way it established a level of comfort—a subtle reminder that connection was just a gesture away. “And you are?”

“Oh, right now I’m deep into cellular biology. Membranes, enzymes, and all that good stuff,” Phoenix said. “It’s amazing how everything is connected. Like, did you know that our cells basically communicate through selective permeability? It’s wild!” Phoenix wanted to gag. They weren’t some squeaky voiced teen who gushed over homework. They were honestly a little condescending, but at least they were a little self aware
Phoenix took a brief moment to rein in their thoughts, feeling that surge of frustration. “Right, so… studying,” Phoenix said, forcing a lightness into their voice as they tried to keep the tone playful.

It was silent for a few moments then Phoenix spoke up and said “Right, so… studying,” Chloe decided she got all day to do this she can talk more than work on this and huts her book and notebook. “Or we can talk not about homework and get to know each other a little if you want. We have plenty of time to do this homework, and sorry if it seemed like I was very focused on homework, it’s just i’m trying to prove something but I can prove it later today”
Eve fiddled with the straw in her glass, her brow furrowing in thought. “I get that. I really do. But it’s hard. I keep remembering…everything.” The words hung between them, heavy and poignant. “Even though I know it’s not your fault.”
Eve’s gaze drifted to the window, where the sun was beginning to set, casting a warm golden light over the room. “You think so? That we can really start over?” Eve narrowed her eyes, studying Liv’s expression. “I’m scared,” she confessed quietly, a flicker of vulnerability flashing across her face.
Evelyn blinked, her defenses softening a little. “I miss that connection. I miss you.” A soft sigh escaped her lips, as if the admission had lifted a weight off her chest, as her eyes met Livs.

“So, tell me more about you. I want to know everything about you, Bird” Ken looked up, again remembering there five inch height difference. “Like what?” He asked, pushing through the front entrance, holding the door open for Rodney. “That I’m pretty darn good at parkour? I’ve lived in Delaware my whole life. Or more like, I don’t know, I’m not a fan of Tomato’s?” He teased a little at the end, raising his brows at Rodney. As they walked, he made sure not to step on the cracks.
He couldn’t believe how effortlessly they had slipped into this easy banter, like a familiar dance that neither of them had forgotten.
As the sheets crumpled beneath him, Enzo leaned back with a mischievous grin. “You know, I was just thinking… it’s not every day you get to spend a night in with someone as captivating as you.” He feigned a dramatic sigh, placing a hand over his heart. “What a privilege it is.”
Diego was finishing up at football practice and knew even without tryouts he had a place on the team he was there on a football scholarship after all. After practice had ended he had stayed behind a while to practice a few things he had been shown today. He wanted to make sure she had everything perfect before tryouts. He wanted to prove he was there for a reason. As he finished up now feeling satisfied he headed to the locker rooms. After he showered and changed he knew exactly where he planned to go. It wasn’t back to his room or anything like that but he planed to hide out in the art room for a while and work on a painting he had been sketching more and more ideas for all day.
Diego felt like a bit of a mess as he headed to the art room he had a sketchbook in one hand a pen tucked behind his ear, his backpack on his back full of school work, and a very rough and beat up duffle bag swung across his shoulder. Needless to say Diego was a bit off balance. When he rounded a corner just down from the art room a little too fast he had to use the wall to help him regain his balance. That didn’t last long though as he turned the next corner heading into the art room and ran straight into a girl. “Oh I’m so sorry. I didn’t see you there. Are you ok?” He reached out to her hoping he hadn’t hurt her at all.
Adriel
Adriel was out on the soccer field practicing his dribbles and sighed when he went to try a new technique he had seen someone else do and it didn’t work. He didn’t hate being here it had just been awkward for him. It was more half truths and pretending. Both were things he was used to but at some point even those who were used to the heat wanted away from the fire especially before they got burnt. He just was trying to keep so many things out of his head and the distraction soccer was suppose to provide was not working today. He simply gave up on distractions as he headed for the locker rooms. He changed and showered. Digging his piercing jewelry out of his bag he slipped each one back in where it belonged. If he was going to be the secret of the Perez family and the disgrace or Phillip Perez he wanted to do any little thing he could to upset them. Piercings were one of many things that was really easy.
When he was done changing he packed up his bag and headed back for his room. His mom had told him to call her after practice and tell her about his day. He knew that she felt really alone by herself in their small apartment but that she was glad that he was here. It would bring him better opportunities and they both knew that. As he headed back to his room he just tried to keep his head down he always liked to remain a bit of an afterthought. He just wanted a chance to relax but he still had homework so he knew that wasn’t going to happen.
He walked down the halls keeping to himself as he headed back to his room hoping that his room wouldn’t be around for a while.
“Don’t worry your secret is safe with me. Just like I know mine is safe with you.” She winked at him. “I would never tell on you Koda.” She giggled. When he said he did love her this made her smile bigger too.
Braxton smiled down at Ezra. He had always had feelings for him. However, he never told him. As they grew closer as friends… his feelings for Ezra grew deeper. Braxton waited for his mother’s response. “I will let you know what she says.” As he looked down at Ezra all he wanted to do was kiss him. However, he didn’t want to make things awkward. That was the one thing he was always worried about. Braxton listened to his last question. “Yes… yes I did. Is… is that okay?” He asked suddenly nervous that he just screwed everything up.
Leo smiled and blushed as he sat back up. “You are my world too and so much more Killian. I know you with everything I have.” He smiled down at him again. Sure, Leo was a player back in the day. However, Killian changed all that. Well, technically Madi did… Then she broke his heart, and he became a player again. Until now that is.
Liv listened to what Eve said. It pained her a little that Eve would choose to hold it against her even though it wasn’t her fault. She kept silent for now. Then Eve asked “You think so? That we can really start over?” Liv looked deep into Eve’s eyes “Yes, I do believe we can start over Eve.” She then took a sip of her soda. Then Eve said something that Liv couldn’t believe… *“I miss that connection. I miss you.” Liv looked back at her deeply “I miss what we had too Eve. You have always meant so much to me.” That came from the bottom of her broken heart.
Rodney smiled as Ken started talking. “Honestly… Those are great things to know, but anything you feel comfortable with telling me.” Rodney said with a smile as they walked. “You are too cute sir.” eh chuckled
Jade giggled at Enzo and his joke. He always could make her laugh. “You’re so cute and funny baby. You can have this privilege anytime you want. I mean this hotel always has vacancies.” She said as she leaned into him.
Camila was in the art room. She had just finished a painting. She was bringing the brushes to the sink by the door when someone came in too fast and bumped into her. It sent paint water flying into the air. She looked down as it cascaded back downward right on her head. Then she heard the voice say “Oh I’m so sorry. I didn’t see you there. Are you ok?” Then she felt a hand touch her. His touch was warm and carrying just like his voice. She slowly looked up at him. “Well my mom always don’t cry over spilled milk… I guess the new saying should be Don’t cry over spilled paint water” She giggled as she tossed the brushes in the sink to the left. She then looked at his face. She was mesmerized by how handsome he was. “I’m okay. Thanks for asking. I’m Camila” She said as she held out her hand to shake his.
Lorenzo was walking towards his room after practicing pitches for baseball. He entered the boys’ dorms and smiled as he greeted people and waved to others as he walked. Then he saw someone that looked so familiar. He couldn’t believe his eyes. “Adriel Perez???” He asked as he walked closer to the person whose back was turned to him. “If you are Adriel then d*mn from the back you look just like my cousin dude.” He said as he reached the guy and tapped his shoulder for him to turn around and face him.
Kids smiles at his best friend. It’s true he did love her but only as a friend and as a person in general. She was sweet and caring. “of course I would keep your secret Pipe, I saw what happened at our last school and not chancing that again. And if somehow it got out then I guess we will all be transferring schools again at that rate or maybe it would just be easier to be homeschooled. And thanks for keeping my secret.” she smiled at her. “so what do you want to do now?”
