I’m not sure if it’s just the placebo effect, but in India, they tell you to wash your hair on the 2nd day because it makes the period finish faster. Every time I wash my hair on the 2nd day of my period, the flow gets heavier
Definitely! I keep chickening out because apparently it’s messy when you don’t know how to do it, but I will get there one day
My cramps have gotten so bad now, I can totally appreciate the four years of my life when they were not that bad. I have to carry ibuprofen or some other medicine to school just in case it gets too much.
I’m going to stay away from this thread since I can’t relate with this matter.
I know that feeling! I had cramps so bad one time that I looked ill and I was shaking
Ah poor us! And the worst part is I had a test yesterday and I may have half-a*sed it because I was too busy dying from pain.
Pills.
Fun fact: When i first had my period, i thought i was gonna die due to blood loss coz i was bleeding too much
I’m sure you’re not alone in that regard
Totally, and it sucks
I remember my first time getting a period, I was like 12 years old and while I knew what it was I had imagined it so much differently
I was at the same age but my mom wasn’t at home, it was my sister and i and i just panicked
Ohhhh I was at school and when I got home it was the grand reveal and I cried for a bit because like I said I had a very strange idea of what it was but welp now when I get it I’m like “oh hi there”
I didn’t cry but i was trembling and now i got the same reaction, luckily i bleed less
I was just like: "well, I guess I’ll die "
When I had mine, I laughed nervously because my mom had been telling me about it for months, but I didn’t think she was serious!
How often do you have to take them?
Daily, but I skip them… Apparently they’re bad for you
I’m not sure, I never taken pills. I heard they help you regulate your periods.
They do, yeah.
