Perfume usually has a sprayer u press and it perfume sprays put in a cloud…theres no way it would look like this(and im sure perfume is colorless) unless MC spilled something on their dress
It was a stupid way of episodes trying to get u to spend gems

Also yeah perfume is clear not coloured, usually the colouring of the bottle will make it look a different colour. Sometimes it can be yellow but that’s about it.
