Leah nodded as Darina asked her if she had really thought so. After all, Dariana had truthfully helped her get rid of most of the pain, nearly instantly. “I would say you’re welcome, but I am just saying facts. You are a natural at this” she said as she pointed at the ankle, and gave Dariana a smile. She could see it had made Dariana happy to hear, and Leah was happy she at least could do something in return. “I’m sure to find you if I have another injury,” she said with a chuckle. She now trusted Dariana to take care of her if it would be needed, which was not something she did easily. She had been forced her whole life to take care of herself and her younger siblings, to bite through her pain because there were more important things to worry about.
“Wo- wow” she stuttered "I think that might be the nicest thing anyone has ever said to me. What Dariana had said meant a lot to her, as it was exactly what she wanted to be. “Might need your help on that fanciness” she said with a smile. She thought for a bit about what would be a good question to ask, until she settled on: “What would be the proper way to introduce myself to the Prince tomorrow?” While with Dariana she had been able to just mirror her interactions more or less, the Prince and Leah were in no way equals. She knew she most likely had to introduce herself in a different way than he would introduce himself to her. Any advice on this she could get would prove very useful, she thought.
