Ughhh is my general feeling about this.

Like good for her, but making people feel bad that they haven’t prioritized their body slash have great genes kinda sucks.

Everyone is different and that’s ok.

I’m thinking things related to stuff that isn’t exactly PG.

Like with the kids and idk… it’s kinda creepy.

My thoughts exactly! This is lowkey creepy. Like she’s literally in underwear in front of these kids. :face_with_raised_eyebrow:

Some women’s bodies don’t go back to the way they used to be after pregnancy so this poster isn’t fair.

People’s bodies are different, and pregnancy is rough. Nobody should expect them to even think about working out. Nobody. Some people are even bed-ridden during their pregnancy. It’s just better to lose that expectation. If THEY want to do it and it is safe to do so, then great for them! But otherwise… NO JUDGY!

You & me both, I feel that it’s guilt trippy. I’m pretty sure that picture is photoshopped as a way to make women feel trash about themselves.

I mean her being in underwear in front of her kids doesn’t bother me, they’re her kids after all.

My issue is the body-shaming aspect of this. And also the hyping up and maintaining of societal norms for women, that you should have this particular body type, and now you don’t have any excuse, because even pregnancy is now proven not to affect how conventionally ‘attractive’ you can be.

P.S. She’s really not my type, lol, I don’t find her body type that attractive so it’s a fail on both fronts :joy:

The poster is definitely promoting body shaming for sure. Knowing these chauvinistic men, they’d be like, “You’re just jealous because she’s hot!” When you state the fact that it does body shame other women who still have baby fat after giving birth.

Some women lose weight after pregnancy without working out.

And some women don’t feel the need to base their entire life and self-image around numbers shown to them that somehow correlate to how they look.

It’s the same problem when someone says they’re attracted to a certain weight or height. You’re not, numbers aren’t attractive :joy:

Hahaha of course.

I find it ironic how men think that all women have unrealistic expectations of men when they have no room to talk because they go on about their unrealistic expectations of a woman…no wonder why they can’t get laid! :joy:

Yeah, I’m allowed to complain about women going about height because I don’t have stupid expectations :eyes:

Aw hell naahh :imp: talk about ridiculous expectations for women

You couldn’t be more right! Well it’s good to feel comfortable with your body and showing it proudly but NOT when you photoshop it and show it around to trash other women that simply doesn’t have the same bodytype as you.
