What gets me much more are people who believe that saying ‘it’s just my opinion’ absolves them of everything they say. I might be blunt, rude and/or give unwanted, unsolicited feedback, but ‘it’s just my opinion’. The other person can just ignore it if they like. If they don’t? Their problem.
This is really manipulative. Just because it’s ‘your opinion’ doesn’t mean you should share it as you please, with no consideration to others.
