Finally, someone who agrees with me! I’m a very visual person, so there have been so many times that I’ve actually enjoyed the movie more than the book because the characters matched the way I pictured them more than the book characters. Like Bridge to Terabithia! I prefer the movie Leslie over the book Leslie, and the movie Jesse over the book Jesse! Plus, there’s music in movies to set the scene. Also, I like the Charlie and the Chocolate Factory movie better than the book. Sure, the books have more scenes, and the movies sometimes omit important scenes, but if there’s a movie based on the book, more often than not, I like it better.
