Unpopular Opinions

I-

It’s an american cartoon (sitcom). It’s very funny and relatable. The Ten Best Boondocks Episodes Of All-Time - Black Nerd Problems

Huey is my favorite. He’s the oldest brother and the best real fighter. Riley would be like a street fighter whileas Huey is a trained fighter.

Hating on popular things is not cool, neither is bashing someone for liking it.

It’s fine if someone doesn’t like or enjoy it, but I’ve noticed that a lot of people just straight up hate on popular things so they can look quirky and different.

Yeah, I don’t care for that mindset, either.
I don’t get why people HATE singers or bands so much. I mean, they make it personal. There are some songs I don’t like, and there are singers I don’t listen to because I don’t like their style of music or the lyrics of their songs. But I don’t put so much energy into bashing them, saying bad things about everything they do or say, or following them on social media just to hate on them. They haven’t done anything to me personally.

Agreed, it’s completely okay if you don’t like the song, movie or brand, but some people just hate on them for no reason…

A lot of people say that people should stop telling millionaires and billionaires what they should do with their money, but I think that these ridiculously rich people, especially billionaires, have so much potential to do something about the world’s problems!
Like, there are at least 2,208 billionaires in the world, with a combined wealth of $9.1 trillion and there are people who can’t even afford to buy food. Like more than 3 billion people live on less than $2.50 a day, and 1.3 billion live on less than $1.25 a day!

And Kylie Jenner is the world’s youngest billionaire, and a lot of people are like “let her do what she wants with her money” but it just incredibly frustrates me to know there are so many people suffering and so many people who can actually do something about it but don’t.

Like when that big French building burned down, oh ho ho, suddenly there’s all this money coming out of the ying yang to fix it but there’s not enough money to fix the poverty crisis and the hunger crisis.

YouTubers who say problematic s–t shouldn’t get a pass. I’m tired of LongBeachGriffy’s attempts to get cancelled. Like no, you’re not being sarcastic, you believe most of the stuff you tweet about. You have the nerve to victim-blame women who are clearly getting hurt somehow (it’s FILMED, for god’s sake)— that’s not f–king comedy!

Wow, what was that person victim blaming women for?

Apparently a woman was drugged and got date r-ped (the actual event wasn’t fully recorded), and there was another incident a few weeks back where a woman got hounded by a bunch of guys, and one of them sexually assaulted her. In both of those events, he blamed the women… like it’s not funny or cool. At all

Oh no yeah that’s definitely true, but it seems to be the only way to fix anything in the world. I think the world would be better if money wasn’t as big as it is too, but humans are soo greedy that I don’t know if we could give something without getting anything in return.

That’s fair… but I’m just saying that people who have a ridiculous amount of money—money to spare—should at least give back in some sort of way.

Skinny shaming is not taken as seriously as fat shaming. Being skinny, while accepted, is no longer the standard anymore. It’s a slim waist and big hips.

Ah, to add on to that:

In the era of trying to be politically correct (although I do think that term is a cop-out to dismiss actual problems) people are now stuck in a sturdy bubble of fake wokeism.
When people criticised Lizzo for her basketball game fiasco, others were immediately accused of fat-shaming, as if her weight has anything to do with her jiggling her ass for all the kids to see. It’s even worse because these are the same type of people to talk over you while you talk about the prejudices you’ve faced in your life.

It reminds me of the parents from the movie Get Out. The father says he would’ve “voted for Obama a third time if he could”. He’s not even the first black president but that’s a different topic.
