I laughed at his dignity comment. “I’ve never had dignity.” I said, sending Xavier a telepathic message. Mr. Xavier? Where’s the water? “What’s your name?” I asked

Charles Xavier
The Kitchen is down the hall. We have seltzer, sodas and strawberry milk in the fridge.
“That’s fair,” Aiden said, slowly getting up and leaning against the wall so that he wouldn’t fall again. He looked over his body- he had a few superficial cuts and bruses, and they were all healing pretty quickly. He looked at the girl-he could actually focus now. She had long black hair and dramatic makeup, and he could swear that there were almost shadows around her. "I’m Aiden, " he said. “What about you?”

Thank you, sir I thought back, walking to the kitchen, filling a glass with water and getting a soda for myself. “I want to try this…” I muttered, In awe at the different drinks. I brought back the water, handing it to him, looking at the can oddly. “How do I open this? Oh, I’m Korbyn.”

Korbyn has no clue of things in the outside world because of her mother.
“Is there somewhere I could bake some cookies?” Kai asked as she left the room. Her nerves were getting to much for her
Location: Outside The Study Room.
“Is there somewhere I could bake some cookies?” Kai asked as she left the room. Jean pondered momentarily. The ovens aren’t functioning yet…At-least no in the dorm rooms. Jean sighed.
“Erik!” Jean called out as Erik strolled out of the room. “I know I can do it myself…But I think you need a break from Charles.” Jean chuckled as Erik laughed. Jean summoned a large chunk of metal.
“Where did you- Nevermind,” Erik sighed. “Mind making a makeshift oven and cookie pan?” Jean asked with a smile as Erik mumbled something sarcastic but reluctantly did it anyway. After the oven was made literally right in the middle of the room.
“Bake away, I hope they’re delicious.” Jean smiled at the girl, Lighting the bottom on fire with a quick flame. “Anything else?” Jean asked the girl slightly more excited than before.
The girl came back a bit later with some water for him, and a soda for herself. “Thanks,” he said, downing the glass and setting it on a lamp table. He then saw the girl struggling with the can. “Here,” he said, taking it from her and popping the tab. “Nice to meet you, Korbyn, though I wish it wasn’t by crashing through a window,” he said, smiling slightly and handing the can back to her.

“Thank you.” I said, taking a drink, abruptly spitting it out. “Pfffffbbbt! It burns!” I yelped, rubbing my tingling tongue. “What is this?!”

(Xavier is probably dying of laughter if he’s reading her thoughts )
“Thank you so much.” Kai said with a smile on her face. A kitchen would of worked too she thought to herself. Though she wouldn’t say that to these nice people.
Aiden lifted an eyebrow. “Um, Slice?” He said, looking at the can. "I mean, I haven’t tried the grape flavor yet, but it can’t be that bad… "
@Ouijaloveletters - Korbyn
“W-why does it burn? It tastes good, but it burns my tongue…” I said, highly confused, staring at the can.
@phnx - Aiden
Aiden grabbed the can and took a small sip. “Tastes normal to me,” he said, handing it back. "Do you have allergies, or something? "
@Ouijaloveletters - Korbyn
I shook my head. “No…I don’t think so. I’ve just never had…So-da…” I said.

“My mother…I wasn’t allowed out of the house.” I muttered quietly, looking at the floor.

Just as she was attempting to scare the girl off, another one—who gave off purple-haired Cruella DeVil vibes—approached her. Why does no one understand I don’t want to be talked to?! How was it that she could go days without human interaction and now she was being forced into a social situation with two people? She slowly turned towards the other girl who was asking if she was in the Xavier manor, an annoyed expression on her face. “Nope, this is my father’s house… who are you?! Oh my God, did you break in?!” She gasped, her hands flying to her chest in mock-horror. “Security! SECURITY!!”
The first, baby-faced girl, was reeling from Ziva’s “friendly” greeting to her, jumping on the defense almost immediately. Ziva turned her back to Purple Haired Cruella De Vill, moving to face the first girl. “I mean, maybe they would’ve but they’re dead,” she said matter-of-factly, her eyes boring into the girl’s face. She scoffed at the girl’s ‘trying to make friends’ statement, rolling her eyes, before looking away from her.
The girl backed off and Ziva let out a sigh of relief; it looked like she had successfully gotten this child to leave her alone. Wait, is she a child? Out of the corner of her eye, the girl looked decades older than she had been before—or had she always been this old? Ziva turned back to stare at the girl, blinking with confusion until the girl literally sliced through her skin with a knife, then peeled off the layer os skin, revealing another layer of skin beneath it. What the f-ck? She thought eagerly, her eyes disbelieving. “You are a weird f-cking girl, Inna,” she noted in an approving tone, eyebrows raised in surprise. “So, where do you put the skin when you’re done with it?”
Obviously she had to show the girl her powers now, so she bent down and stuck her finger inside the wall socket, raising her opposite hand at the opposing wall. A bolt of electricity shot from her finger to the wall, leaving it black and scorched. Then, with a slight gesture, she made the lights go off, the lightbulbs exploding and raining down in a mixture of glass and sparks of electricity. Shrugging, Ziva turned back to the girl. “Nothing major.” Inna offered her candy but she declined, not wanting to a) be poisoned or b) have to owe Inna something. “My name is Ziva,” she said, as an afterthought.

“Um.” Well, this got real awkward real fast. “I’m sorry,” Aiden muttered, not knowing what else to say.

Ajee was excited but cautious about going to the auditions. This was her first time going to something like this and it was an experience that she hoped would change her life for the better. She was just going through life on a whim and she needed guidance and order. The taxi ride was over and she saw the gigantic house out of the window.
“Thanks brother.” She said to the taxi driver before he sped off. The mansion was so big that she could hear her boots echoing. She was trying to find out where to go.
“Dang this place is big.” After walking around for some time, she heard some voices chatting away in another part of the hallway.
“I guess I’ll go over there.”
When she got closer, she saw people standing in groups, talking. She walked closer to them and started observing. Everyone looked younger than her which she wasn’t expecting. She was starting to think that they would have more energy and vibrancy than her. She sat down on a chair and opened up a book that she kept in her bag and tried not to think about it.
APPROACHABLE FOR ANYONE
“It’s ok. You didn’t know…how was your home life? You don’t have to say.” I said hurriedly.
@phnx - Aiden
Inna looked sympathetically at the girl. “I’m sorry. I understand why you’re so…” She stopped herself before the words “belligerent” or “childish” slipped out of her mouth, and instead decided to say “…Standoffish. It must hurt a lot to loose someone you love. I know I wouldn’t want get close to someone after that, just in case.” She chuckled. “I’m sorry. I probably sound like some armchair psychologist over here.”
“You are a weird f-cking girl, Inna,” The girl said after Inna showed her her powers. Inna smiled and stuck her tongue out playfully. “You’re just jealous.” She joked. “So, where do you put the skin when you’re done with it?” “Well, I mean, it’s not like I hold on to it or anything.” Inna chuckled. “I usually just… throw it away, assuming I’m old enough at the moment to think to do so. If it’s outside, though, I usually just leave it somewhere out of the way. It’s very thin, so it’ll biodegrate quickly.”
As the girl stuck her finger in the wall socket, Inna’s overprotective childhood sent her heart racing. Soon, though, an electrical current shot from the girl into the wall, exploding the lightbulbs. Inna couldn’t her but clap her hands, amazed. “That’s amazing!” She said, putting her candy back in her bag. If the girl didn’t want some, she wouldn’t press it. “My name is Ziva.” The girl said. “That’s pretty.” Inna smiled. “Does the electricity come from your body, or do you have to absorb it first? I’ve met other mutants before who’ve had to absorb energy first, so I’m interested to know if someone can produce their own.”
