I could, but I think Iāll just create two different characters. One male and one female, that way Iāll be all ready to go, either way

I was looking up on a random superpower generator, and one of the abilities to come up was living island. Iām sitting here thinking: āSomehow Iām thinking that wonāt workā¦just a hunch.ā

I give the girl passive abilities and give her the codename: Sanctuary

Bio-mass regulation ~She could turn herself into a green fertile island full of fruits and vegetables, enough to keep people alive for potentially years (when she gets strong enough at it). (when the food of her island is eaten, her energy is depleted and needs time to regenerate)

Environmental regulation/Biodome generation ~ She could regulate any hostile environment she comes across into something more habitable (without actually controlling the weather)

Filtration ~ She can filter any toxic airborne fumes through changing the molecular structure of its composition or she can absorb it into her body and filter it that way (makes her weak and takes time that way but faster than the first way if trapped and filtration is needed immediately), her blood can purify toxic or poisonous liquids (including water from rivers, streams, oceans, etc.)

Then for the guy I was thinking codename: Bulwark, it means a defensive wall. (three guesses as to what his abilities pertain to. 
)

Energy shields ~ He can expel any form of energy (including psychic) to construct shields of various strength and size (includes psychic shields that can block telepathy and telekinesis) ;However, this takes a toll on him, reducing his physical strength as the shields he creates to protect others get stronger.

Damage absorption and transfer shields~ Bulwark can also create shields that can absorb and transfer the damage that would have been inflicted to others, to himself instead. For a limited time as creating āordinaryā shields already drains his physical strength.

Increased resistance to all types of damage (Energy, cosmic, psychic, etc) but not so much that he canāt be hurt, just enough to take the amount of damage his powers deal to him without dyingā¦easily.
Just something I thought of for the male character I mentioned above.
