I feel Ur pain. I’ve had that many times.
As someone who went through something similar, ik its tough. I hates the arguments. I had my parents throw around things like saying I was being brainwashed by the other. It got to a point where I couldn’t think for myself, I didn’t trust either of my parents to talk to them about things. And then, when they found out they would get angry at me. Being on the outside is better but sometimes you’re still dragged in. My advice is to just ignore them, if they try to bring u into it or its bothering you, just go in and say, look can you guys stop arguing it’s upsetting me.
